Such a cute, versatile bag. Would love to keep it!

I love this purse very comfy and cute for everyday use

I am sad to send this bag back -- it is great. The straw part is actually a very soft yarn, so it's not scratchy and doesn't catch on anything. The color went great with all my warm weather attire, and the strap can be adjusted to be either a shoulder strap or a cross body. The bag is roomy and has a nice balance of softness and structure -- it holds its shape but makes it easy for you to stuff something in or fish something out. There are two outer snap pockets and an inside zipper pocket and slip pocket. I used this as my Hawaii travel bag and was able to fit my wallet, sunglasses case, phone, sunscreens, lipsticks and compact, tissues, hand lotion, and cell phone charger without overstuffing it.

It was a good size with lots of storage without being overwhelming.

Loved this bag and used it daily for the entire 2 week rental period. It is versatile and goes with everything and fits everything you need without being too bulky. I loved the option of using shoulder strap or top handles. Just wish there was more of a discount. I will either rent again or buy this eventually!!

I loved this bag! It was perfect for summer: big enough to hold my wallet, sunglasses, keys, lipgloss, snacks lol. I used the crossbody strap most of the time as the bag is a bit heavy to hold especially if you're shopping for hours. The rattan details felt perfect for summer. I would rent again.

This bag is really pretty - very summer/fall. However, I found it to be really, really heavy - especially once all of my stuff was in it. I wore it more as a crossbody instead of a shoulder, and it did feel better as a shoulder bag, but not super practical for everyday

Loved this bag for the transition for summer to fall. It has 2 outside pockets perfect for phone and smaller items. The inside pocket is roomy enough for a larger wallet, sunglasses in case, keys and other items.

I am usually not partial to Coach bags simply because I have preferences for other handbag brands and unique styles however I was interested in giving this a try. Upon arrival the bag was a bit smaller than I anticipated but it was still able to hold my zip-around travel wallet, Samsung Note 9, and perhaps a small cosmetic bag, for example, comfortably. You can choose to use the long strap as a shoulder bag. I am not sure if it could be long enough as a cross body. You also have the option to remove it for it to be a handbag. The quality of the leather was very nice and the straw accent made it unique. However, it just wasn't my style.

I usually love Coach but this purse looked blah to me. Honestly it didn't look like something I would pay 50.00 for much less 400.00. Sending it back.

Good quality which I expect from Coach. Beautiful color but way too small for everyday. Mailed back the same day I received it.
