okay seriously this was my favorite RTR EVER!! i was contacted on wednesday two days before my event that the original dress (herve leger) i had ordered had been damaged and after searching for last minute rentals found this. LITERALLY THE MOST GORGEOUS DRESS IVE EVER WORN. i felt so fabulous and glamourous and it fit like a glove. I was nervous about wearing it at first because it is extremely fitted and slinky but it looked and photographed so perfectly. Just a fair warning that you have to go underwear less and wear sticky boobs because this dress shows everything. IM SO SAD I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK :( side note: it also photographed like a magenta color but it wasnt in real life

I rented this dress for my senior prom and really loved the fit of it. The fit of the dress is very nice and gives the illusion of curves for those who are more on the straight and narrow side. This is a very sexy dress without being so revealing, and it it super comfortable to dance and jump around in. I recommend if you're 5'6 and above to get the size in a long, especially if you'll be wearing heels with it. Overall, beautiful dress and I recommend it!

It fit nicely and the length was perfect.

Perfect in every way. Got compliments all night long. I have an athletic build so if you're tall, broad-shouldered and not very curvy, this is a great dress. It is beautiful and flattering. I got a long - I'm 5'9" and wore 4 or 5 inch heels and it was the perfect length. I wish I could wear it again!!

Beautiful color, conservative yet sexy. Overall amazing dress, highly recommended. However, the fit is snug so if you are worried about any areas of concern I would consider adding the second size up.

The color of this dress is even more vibrant then how it looks in the picture. It is just beautiful. This is one of 3 dresses that RTR sent me for free for a "showroom at home" event. I so wish I would have had a wedding or party to attend so I could have shown off the dress. I would size up if you have a butt and thighs, as it is pretty revealing in this area. I thought is was also very comfortable. You will turn heads for sure as it is sexy yet not so much that it would still be appropriate for many events.

Runs true to size, size 2 was a perfect length for me. Color is perfect!

I am 5' 81/2", 125 pounds, 32C and wear a size 4. I ordered size 4L. The fit was comfortably snug at the hip and waist, but the top was a bit loose. I knew it may be the case as I am not well endowed, but the gathers worked to give the elusion that I had more than I do. I ordered the longer length to accommodate my 3 1/2 inch heels. I was very happy with this very flattering gown!

I can not say enough good things about this dress - it is literally amazing on!!! Wore to a summer wedding, received nothing but compliments all night long. Super easy to wear, dance in , walk in etc absolutely no cons what so ever!!!!! RENT THIS DESS!!!!

Beautiful dress. Gorgeous color. I got so much positive attention. I had this dress shipped to my hotel at an out of town event and the heels I'd packed to wear with it were too high. I think 2 and a half inch heels would have been much better than the 3+ inch heels I wore. Instead of the dress slightly skimming the floor too much of my shoes was exposed. I wore breast lift tape to keep my boobs up and breast petals to keep my nipples from showing. That all worked out well and I was very comfortable. This sexy dress was out of my comfort zone but I'm extremely happy I rented it.

I received compliments all evening. The color was vibrant and the fit was amazing! I usually wear a 6 but have to go up if the dress is snug in the hips, which this one was. Rent it and you won't be sorry.

I am 5'6 and ordered the long because I wore heels, but it was still a bit long. Unless you are wearing very high heels, order the reg length. No other complaints.

This dress definitely stands out. Two separate women stopped me on the street (literally) to tell me how beautiful it was! That said, it is only for days when you are feeling body-confident. I was unsure about it up until the last minute because it really shows everything around the waist and butt. As others have said, it is tight around the hips. I usually wear a 4, and got a 6 for this reason. The 6 was was a little loose around my chest area, but not too bad. I am 5'6 and wore 5 in heels, and the 6R was plenty long enough - the 6L would have been too long.

I rented this for a formal wedding but did not end up wearing it. I believe I received the 2L although the tag just said 2 - either way, it was barely touching the ground before shoes. I might have decided to wear it anyway (with very short heels), but it was just a bit too tight to make me feel comfortable. The dress itself is actually really gorgeous - the color is rich and the fabric is thick enough to cover everything. The Spanx Nude Simplicity Girl Short is perfect underneath and doesn't peak thru the cutout. The center cutout is small enough that it's not an over-the-top amount of skin showing. Overall, it's a beautiful dress, but definitely go up a size, and girls over 5'7" or 5'8" will probably find it too short.
