This was the most amazing dress I've ever worn! I was nervous about the arms/shoulders being too tight (a common problem for me) but they fit perfectly and weren't too short. The lining of the dress feels like heaven. This dress was extremely comfortable and looked amazing! So many compliments. The fabric was thick and warm. I would rent this dress again in a heartbeat. It was hard to send it back. My only minor issue was that I couldn't wear a normal bra as when I did the zipper would unzip to below the bra very easily. Not a deal breaker for me but something to test out before leaving the house.

I cannot say enough about this dress! So comfortable and form fitting. Love the long sleeves but tight fit that show off one's body. The two colors and zipper give it a high fashion feel as well. I wore this too work and out! Love this dress, but for warning it can be tight in the arms.

This dress is my favorite rental to date! The garment itself is extremely well made (heavy duty material), very warm on a chilly October night, and fit beautifully. There was plenty of give to the fabric and the bust darts created an amazing silhouette that somehow also cinched the waist. The color was a very chic navy as well. I am very tall so the hem was well above my knees, but it was still tasteful and classy. I am generally a size 2 and this dress was true-to-size, fit like a glove (though I did wear a Spanx just because) - had no need for a backup size. I cannot recommend this dress enough...would definitely buy it if the opportunity ever arose. Thank you RTR!

This dress is awesome! It is super sleek and very unique in person. I love the navy/black combo with the exposed zipper in the front! This dress is very fitted so you should definitely size up for your back up size! There is a fair amount of stretch with this dress ,and the fabric is pretty thick. I would definitely recommend SPANX with this dress!

This is a great dress for a winter date night. I ordered a size 0 with the 2 as a back up size. The dress was fantastic, but I didn't give it 4 stars for 2 specific reasons: 1. The zipper bunches when you stand and I found myself pulling on it every time I got up. 2. While eating dinner I leaned over to say something to my husband and the zipper gave way giving the restaurant a sneak peak at my bright pink bra. It only happened the one time but it was embarrassing.

Yes. You definitely want to rent this piece, ladies. It took me awhile to find something appropriate for this weekend from the Unlimited selections. (Ditto on workwear, lately.) I can't be the only one with this problem. Especially true for events like weddings and graduations where you obviously want to wear something super flattering but not make it look like you're trying for the attention, you know? So this dress fit the bill: gorgeous silhouette, gives the option to choose your own neckline (hello, zipper!), and a hemline long enough to allow you to move without trepidation. This dress was a nice, thick (perhaps ponte) knit fabric that not only makes you feel all snug once you're zipped up, but is also appreciated for cooler and rainy days. I had to size up from my usual due to stock availability, but wasn't totally worried because in the event that this thing truly sucked me up and in, I didn't necessarily want it to look painted on, either. (See aforementioned criteria of "event appropriate.") ;) The two worked well in this regard. Because of the fitted stretch nature of the dress, I think you have a bit of wiggle room with the sizing here if need be. This is the kind of dress most women could easily wear somewhere at least once (though to me, it could have easily pulled heavy rotation.) Definitely worth a rental.

Fit true to size. Silk lined and luxurious. Super comfy and sexy but also conservative enough for the office. Sad to send it back - my favorite rental so far!

Fabric is stretchy enough to both be smoothing like spanks but comfortable without looking too tight. Black side panels make dress even more slimming and zipper can modify neckline to make more or less conservative. For such a designer dress it is priced very well and I'm guessing that's due to its age. My dress was a bit worn, small seam pulls in about 5 places on the arms and the zipper was showing its age with paint wearing off and buckling a bit. Still, I'd love to own it and I'd wear it again for sure.

I wore this dress for NYE 2014 and it was fantastic. I ended up wearing the size 8 because I have a rather large bust (32F) and didn't want any problems with the zipper. Once i got the dress on, I received so many compliments and looked like a knock out!

I needed a dress for a very conservative wedding and this one was an amazing choice cause it's very modest (long sleeves, thick fabric, below the knee) but it is still so sexy because it hugs your body and makes you look like a movie star! I am usually size 4 and could have gone a size down for a tighter look, but I wore size 6 which was tight enough to look flattering, but didn't give me that "too sexy" look

I wore this dress to a fashion show in NY and it fit very well into the decor. I liked it so much, I am thinking anut buying one for myself. While it's not something for a formal dinner, anything from a party to a fashion event would be suitable. I can't praise it enough!

This dress was perfection. I just liked my other choice better for the daytime wedding I attended, so I didn't end up wearing it.

This dress made me feel so pretty and thin, it showed off every curve and tucked in all those little imperfections. The material is thicker than an Herve Leger dress and the zipper gives you a tiny wast effect. I was going to wear this dress for a wedding but I couldn't make it fancy enough, would be great for a formal dinner, or a nice date.

Unfortunately, the quality assurance team, didn't catch the hole on the left sleeve of the dress. The black zipper was worn, I saw paint chips on the zipper. I sent the dress back :( ; however, I will make another attempt at Rent the Runway in the future. I didn't order a backup dress. Every dress I liked was rented for Valentine weekend.

Rented this as part of my unlimited for a date night. This dress is super sexy but still classy. I don't like to show a lot of skin so the ability to adjust the neckline with the zipper was perfect. The black panels create a very slimming look and material is thick and holds you in. I'm between a 2 and a 4 but felt the 2 fit perfectly.

I rented this dress for Valentine's Day, but it was too large in the waist and hips. It caused the zipper area to bunch up in a very unflattering way and it didn't hug my curves like it's supposed to. I wish a smaller size had been available because the dress would have been really sexy if it had fit properly. The zipper down the front of the dress is an awesome feature!
