This dress is GORGEOUS. It is pretty heavy due to the quality of the dress. The silk lining felt so smooth on the interior of the dress. I have large shoulders so the top strap on each shoulder kept riding up over my shoulder but it don't bother me too much. I felt SO AMAZING in this dress and received so many compliments!! Definitely considered buying this one

Size up! This dress smushed me big time but was still wearable & comfortable but the girls were flattened to no avail. It worked because the dress already shows cleavage so it reduced that a bit. It does have some stretch to it or I never would've been able to wear. Size up no matter what & if you are bustier or curvier maybe size up 2 sizes. Also be prepared for some cleavage if you are busty but overall this dress was awesome! The fabric was thick, lined, & high quality. I wish I could show pics of the back as well. So many compliments! I would rent again !

Super flattering and curve hugging. I didn't need to wear spanx or any other shaper because it was almost a shaper itself. It was hard to lift my arms with the little straps that go over the shoulders but I just kept you arms down. Highly recommend (this brand really works for tall girls)

I simply loved this dress! I wish I had gotten my size. I ordered the 6 and a normally wear a 4 so the sleeves moved around a lot BUT that did not stop the drama this dress gives. All night people were asking "where did you get your dress?" I highly recommend this rental

Rent it!!! I absolutely love this dress! I am grateful that I ordered it, by chance, as my back up choice. After realizing the other dress wasn't going to work I put the red one on and I'm so glad I did. I received compliments all night long! I ordered an 8 but because I have a large bust and a large rib cage I would have been interested to see how a 10 fit on the top. However my friend assured me that the fit, although snug, wasn't overly tight to result in an ill fitting dress. The style is so fun and unique however the dress was still very comfortable. The only time I ran into any problems was on the dance floor when I was raising my hands over my head and the two shoulder straps would get offset… But that was at the end of the evening and it was a fun dress to wear and enjoy a special occasion.

Loved this dress. Totally an out of control head turner. The front and back are stunning. A sexy body con dress. Great for Holiday Party (better reserve it before I do), sexy date night or semi formal wedding. The fabric is stretchy and thick so it pretty much has built in spanx. Don't wear a bra with it. You will need help sipping it up. Don't ask your guy because he will only want to zip it off. It's really that hot!

I'm 5'3, and extremely petite. I usually wear 00 or need to have things altered, so I was nervous this dress would be big on me. I was so happy when I tried it on and it fit beautifully! The length was bit long for my height, but it didn't bother me, and I still received comments that it made me look tall. The style is unique and fabulous, and will stand out at any event you are attending. The material is thick and of very good quality. The neckline shows some cleavage for a romantic, yet still very elegant look. I would highly recommend this dress!

Loved this dress. The fabric is nice and thick and fully lined. You can't wear a bra with it but that's OK because the fabric was thick enough that it kept the girls in place. Received compliments all night. Will definitely rent it again

Fit like a glove. The back of this dress is the real highlight- the cut outs are amazing. The shoulder straps pin your arms so not a great dress if you want to dance. Had strangers in the nightclub stop me to compliment the dress.

This dress is amazing. I wanted something that hit the knee, hugged my curves (with no shape ware) and had enough flare for a Vegas event. The material is amazing and high quality. The cage detail is even sexier in the back. I received compliments from men and women all night. I was so comfortable too. I have a very large bust and it definitely was provocative but it was Vegas. I love love love this designer. Highly recommend this dress.

Edgy, yet cocktail appropriate sheath! The neoprene fabric gives the fabric some stretch while maintaining a true to size fit. The cage straps fall nicely over the shoulders while allowing for room in the bust and movement of the arms. As for a backup size, I'd recommend sizing up in most cases especially if you have a curvier figure. AT 5'7" the dress hit at my knee. Pair it with minimal jewelry (maybe stud earrings) and strappy heels.

First time renting with RTR. Would give 4.9 stars and agree with previous reviewers about sizing up, and expect lining to be looser, and needing occasional adjustment. Wore this for a night party, was looking for a more sexy fit and got more than what I imagined and was very very pleased. Received tons of compliments from several guests so additional evidence that others admired the dress and design too. Based on previous reviews, I ordered a size 8, although I normally wear a size 6, and it worked out well. Size 6 was not available, so not sure how that would have fit. Pros: red color is not terribly loud and just appropriate, dress was hot sexy but elegant, simple and classy and covers up imperfect perfection areas :-). Cons: because I had to size up the bottom half fit well, but the top half was a bit loose and needed slight adjustments throughout the night. However, because it was a night party with dimmer lights, I could get away with the slightly looser fit and adjustments. Would highly recommend the dress to others, even with the slight loose fit at the top.

Its very fitted which i usually dont like but it was flattering still. A girl in the club said i was the most fashionable person there. Its stretchy so i could move around. Only downside is when i would dance i had to readjust the top a few times. Dont need a bra. Id recommend

Overall this dress was very comfortable although I did have to "pull it down" a bit throughout the night. This might mean I got the wrong size. The lining was showing by the end of the night which was a major bummer. The fabric is thick and forgiving but I might have consumed too many bloating items that night and wish I would have worn some spanx to keep the tummy smooth. Despite some hiccups, I felt great in the dress and my boyfriend loved it.

My only complaint about this dress is that the inside lining was slightly longer than the dress so that the lining peeks out from the bottom edge occasionally. Otherwise this dress received a lot of attention and felt great!

I rented the dress for an a farewell dinner at a winery. I ended up not wearing it because you cannot lift your arms in it without having to adjust them appropriately on your shoulders. It has no room for you to be feeling bloated, so if you are having a "fat" day I would size up. Unfortunately, for me, I was. Great dress, but it is more of a work art for a gesticulate person.

I chose this dress for a semi- formal affair. A breakfast brunch for my birthday on January 1,2016 with a live band.I purchased the 10 & 12.The 10 had a snug fit for the affair. I wore the size 12.The size 12 fit just right at first( not to snug). Prior to me leaving my home, to my dismay, the hemline fell( front of dress )and the dress stretched leaving lots of slouching in certain areas. However,I had no choice but to wear it. I received lots of compliments,as it is a beautiful dress , which shows your curves ,but in a classy way. The material of the dress is forgiving and you really do not need a shaper. No bra needed as well. Minimal jewelry. The dress would have been perfect ,if I did not have to pull the hemline up every 5 minutes.

I did not rent this dress as my main choice for a wedding, but it was a "special" upgrade if available. Something happened to my second size of the dress I did rent, so I received this dress in a 2 and 4 as my backups. What a nice surprise! The 2 and 4 both fit, and fit well, the 4 was just a little looser in the hips. The material is very substantial with a lot of stretch, and fully lined. Unfortunately, the size 4's bottom strap was torn away from the body of the dress, and I thought the dress might be a bit too warm for a September 2 wedding in Michigan. I decided to stick with the original dress I rented, a fuscia Jill Stewart strapless dress. I will be renting this dress for my husband's work Christmas party FOR SURE!

Dress runs small. The fabric was nice and heavy with a stretch so it fit to the body great. I'm a 34DDD and could not zip the dress up from the mid back. Very sexy dress shoes the perfect amount of skin to be classy but sexy!

I rented this for a wedding in Vegas. It's lovely, unique, and obviously well made. The dress is showing signs of wear - but it's not very noticeable. Very classy dress for an event.

LOVE this dress. It's perfect for a cocktail attire affair, got lots of compliments on it. I wouldn't recommend it for an event with dancing though. When you raise your arms the straps get messed up and have to be slightly adjusted. But they stay put otherwise. I am a 32DD and wore a backless stick on bra which worked great. Even though the dress is form fitting, it's very comfortable. Great quality, thick fabric. And-- this dress is made in the USA! I am 5'6, 120lbs, and wore a size 2. It fit perfectly.

I would've liked to wear this dress but it didn't make it into the lineup! The fabric is very heavy so no need for spanx or a bra. I'm right in between a 6/8 and the 8 fit perfectly. So if you're not sure where you are on the size chart, size up. I didn't wear this dress as I was going to a concert and knew I'd have my hands up, which you just can't do due to the cage straps around the shoulders. But if you're going for dinner or a cocktail event it would be perfect.

This dress was a beautiful color and it fit perfectly everywhere except my bust. It squished me, but I wore it anyway because the rest of it was so fabulous.

You need to be taller than me (5'2') for this to work well. Beautiful fabric. Vibrant color. It has great lines and is worth a try. The overall fit was not snug for a 0 which is my usual size. I would say go a size down.
