It hugged every curve with exquisite tailoring. The fabric is beautiful, soft, and comfortable with stretch that conforms perfectly to your body's shape w/o binding. Not readily noticable in pictures, this dress has a little sheer "cowl" detail in the front at the V. The cowl isn't low-cut per se but I wore a lower-cut black bra because I could see my regular nude one peeking out a bit when viewed at certain angles. Spanx "Bootyful" hose were necessary for me as well, needing the lift and tuck they afford when wearing such a form-fitting dress. It is also completely lined (but I did not have any issues with the lining showing at the hem as some others have reported). I would rent this "Look At Me Now" dress again but go one size up. The 2 was just a hint too snug for me. Love that the dress was knee-length and that my back was completely covered too--at this time in my life, the 50s, I want both fashionable and conservative. This dress fit the bill. Many thanks to RTR stylist Lauren who helped me with this order. My original selection became unavailable at the last minute having been returned in unwearable condition by the previous renter. Lauren had to find a substitute dress when I couldn't be reached to choose one myself. She did a fabulous job, sending me not one but two alternative dresses at no additional charge. Everything was managed with exceptional customer service.

This sheath is gorgeous in person and super flattering on. Unlike many sheaths, it has a great stretchy material, so finding the right fit isn't as exact - the 2 was a bit large, I could have worn the 0, but it still looked great and gave me a great hourglass figure. Definitely a knockout.

The dress fit perfectly, it hugged all the right places and was very comfortable! It was the perfect balance of sophisticated, understated yet an edgy play in the LBD. I loved the cowl neck! Hard to see in photos but it's a medium cut, not too low by sexy enough. Would rent this dress again. Only tiny downfall is the hem is weird, the inside lining hung a little lower then the dress a few times.

The dress is very fitted & the slit up the back is higher than pictured. I don't usually wear dresses this tight across my rear end but the thickness of the fabric made things look better than normal. The lining does sag below the dress, as previously reported, so I took a couple of quick hand stitches to hold it up. (Hope that's okay with RTR). Since we were attending a business formal event I ended up wearing a black camisole under the dress so the neckline would not be so low. The camisole blended in well with the dress and you could not tell. My halter strap black bra worked well under the dress. I enjoyed wearing this dress and would recommend it in spite of the lining issue (just sew or pin it). The dress arrived without any problems at the hotel where we were staying. I'm looking forward to renting again.

This was sent as an alternate when the Herve Leger that I selected was returned damaged. The dress fabric was really comfortable, but a little too thick for the summer. I might consider this for a winter function, but the cut of the dress really wasn't my style. It was too conservative for the look I was going for. It is definitely form fitting, so spanx are a must if you have problem areas.

It's a lovely dress. Form fitting, thicker material with a silky lining, so maybe not the best choice for a warm day. I wore to an evening wedding and received compliments from my boyfriend and his family, who I was meeting for the first time. I'm an 8 and it fit well on me, although there felt like there was very little difference between the 8 and the 10. I didn't have a problem with the hem as some other reviewers had mentioned at all.

The dress is such incredible quality, and very form fitting. The pictures simply do not do it justice. For the price you simply cannot beat it.

This dress looks beautiful on and the fit is absolutely amazing. You can't go wrong with this one. I ordered it in a 6 and 8 and both dresses hugged my body in the right places and looked great. I ended up wearing the size 6 with black strappy sandals and an Alexis Bittar bracelet. Easy and so stunning! This is definitely a go-to dress if you're concerned with fit and size.

The lining was either stretched out from a previous wear or was cut odd because it kept bunching down and was often visible under the hemline. The dress had great stretch and was very comfortable. I would recommend it.

Cons/ weird hem

The length is perfect (not too short, not too long) but the waist is not true to a size 0... At 5'8" 117 pounds I usually have a hard time finding dresses to fit my waist and this dress was no exception
