These were clip-on, which I was prepared for from other reviews. I was hesitant as I wanted to be sure they would stay put. They were PERFECT! Nice and secure. I did not have to adjust them all night and there were lots of hugs and dancing. They are a large showcase type of earring, so I would recommend pairing them with a great bracelet and skipping a necklace. They were absolutely perfect for the Old Hollywood feel I was going for in style. I also rented the dress and bracelet from RTR. Truly incredible first experience!

Earrings comfy

The earring were great. They are clip on but they had a very strong grip and stayed on all night without worry. The grip was a little bit uncomfortable, but it was worth it to make sure they both stayed on my ears! The metallic edges look a little bit aged, which went perfect with my outfit. RTR sent these to me overnight as well which made them that much better!

The picture does not do these earrings justice! They were perfect for a formal wedding! Did not realize they were clip on but it didn't bother me.

The earrings were a little larger than what I thought and a bit heavy. I didn't realize that they were clip on either, but they were still very cute and classic looking. I wore these earrings for my legal wedding with the Badgley Mischka Vision in White Dress.

Beyond beautiful earrings that make a statement. Clip earrings with a padded backing so they are not very heavy on your ears. Beautiful shine and sparkle. Can be seen from a distance.

I rented these to enhance a dress I already owned and love the look of them. It was my first time wearing clip-ons. I was a bit nervous about how easily they could pull off, so I ended up putting them in my bag before heading to the dance floor. Still, worth the rental!

These were shipped to me with my dress rental as a "mystery accessory", and the stylists did great pairing these earrings with my dress. The dress had a high neck, so I didn't want to wear a necklace, so I was happy to receive the bigger earrings as it was a perfect fit to tie everything together. I would prefer pierced earrings to clip-ons, as I am not used to clip-ons but I made do. They were a bit heavy, but I lasted the whole night with them on. One earring's hinge was a bit loose (I am just sure from normal wear and tear) so it kept slipping and I had to put my husband on earring duty to make sure I didn't lose it! But still beautiful none the less!

These earrings were fabulous! I'm slowly venturing into wearing larger earrings, but once I put this pair on with my one-shoulder gown, I was sold. The clips themselves were a bit large (and tight) for my earlobes, so I took them off for about an hour during the opera, but popped them back on for a few hours after with no problems. Loved them and would definitely rent them again for a formal occasion.

I wore these to my boyfriend's birthday party. Little did I know that he was going to propose! They added the perfect amount of sparkle to my outfit and helped make the evening absolutely perfect.

When you put them on they're heavy, which I'm used to studs everyday. After about 30 minutes and tons of compliments - I didn't feel them!

At first glance I didn't think I liked these earrings, they are very large. Also be aware they are clip-on earrings. Once I was dressed and had my hair and makeup done, I tried them on again and I liked them much more. If you are looking for large statement earrings these are for you.

The earrings are beautiful! They are large and a bit heavy. By the end of the night, one was really pinching. I'd been wearing it for about 5 hours at that point. My ear was red and pinched when I removed it, but it didn't take long to recover. I would rent again for a shorter wear time.

These came to me from RTR after the first pair they sent of another style couldn't be worn. I thought these were beautiful. A bit heavy so I took them off after about five hours of wearing them.

Loved the luxe look of these earrings, and while I would have preferred earrings for pierced ears, I imagine they would have given me old lady lobes due to the weight of them. Looked absolutely beautiful, but I was so terrified they would slip off during my night, I had them securely tucked in my purse about halfway through the night

Absolutely loved these earrings! I did not realize when I ordered them that they were clip-ons, though. They were pinching my ears by the end if the night, but they looked so good I didn't care!

I rented these earrings for my three bridesmaids. They were the perfect addition! Their sashes had a gunmetal color and it really worked well with these earrings. Their dresses were navy, dark purple and charcoal. So happy RTR had something cause it's so hard to find gunmetal jewelry!

These are pretty comfy for being clip-ons; I wore them for several hours before they started to get uncomfortable and wearing them through my wedding day was no big deal. They are big and blingy which might be a bit much for some events but perfect for bridal jewelry. Loved them!
