I was being honored at an event and needed something professional and business-minded but wanted to stand out. The red carpet was a surprise but the dress was a hit. It fit well and I wore it through the evening to celebrate afterwards. I'd definitely rent again.

I usually wear either a 4/6 in most sizes. I wore this dress in a 6. The top was a little loose but not too bad that I couldn't wear it. I love the color of this dress and the fact that it has pockets. I wore this dress to a valentine formal lunch work event. It was the perfect fir the occasion. I received many compliments on both the color and the style.

Wore this for our fall party and received so many compliments. The fabric is very thick and luxurious, zipper is a bit tight to zip as a result and you'll need help, but it is a showstopper

This dress is gorgeous and fits like a glove. Its thick enough to hide the imperfections in my waste and hips. I probably wont wear it because I want something a little more exciting for my anniversary dinner, but I will definitely rent again.

I rented this for a formal, more conservative dinner and it did not disappoint! This structured dress delivers in all the right ways. Fit was perfect, and doesn't hug any of the wrong areas. I'm fairly short so it hit right below my knee, but didn't make me look ridiculous. You can't tell from the photos or model, but the fabric is somewhat shiny but not obnoxious. Highly recommend!

Great fit, great fabric. In a room full of red dresses, this stood out. Deep color and lovely textile. I sized up and didn't regret it one bit. Very roomy and comfortable for the day

I felt absolutely incredible in this dress. I was nervous when reading reviews to size up that the size 8 would be too small (no 10 was available at the time) but it ended up fitting like a glove! Of everything I ordered for my unlimited shipment, this is what I really wanted for this wedding. I'm so happy it worked perfectly and that I even matched the poinsettias. Wish I could keep this dress forever!

This dress is very nice. deep color and unusual fabric. Pockets are awesome. It fit perfectly, is cut full in the hips but it hangs just like the photo because the fabric is kind of stiff. I really liked it. I think it's more sweet and young than elegant, but I loved wearing it. I could not steam out the crease down the front center from where the dress was obviously folded, I got it to look a little less creased though.

Perfect for cocktail attire. Can dress up or down which I love in a dress. The fabric is great and has the right amount of texture with color and sheen. I would wear this again for sure!

This was a backup dress and I was a little nervous about it as all of the other photos showed it for winter events. I was planning to wear this to a Cinco de Mayo-themed gala. The dress is stunning. Gorgeous, rich fabric, pretty embossed flowers. It was PERFECT with a floral crown for the party. The dress fit so well...sometimes there's not enough room up top, but this was so flattering and not too tight. Also, POCKETS!!! I got so many compliments on the dress and felt like a million bucks.

Rent this for a little photo shoot with my baby. So beautiful. I read reviews and most said run large. So I ordered a size up (2), usually I wear 0, a 2 is very comfortable on me. Color is gorgeous.

I wore this stunning dress to a Red Brunch for HIV/AIDs awareness. I got stopped so many times with compliments. This dress is eye-catching and flattering. The fabric does not have much give, so I would not recommend it if you are hoping to dance the night away. But for a brunch or cocktail hour, it is perfect!

This dress is *almost too dressy and holiday-like for a professional setting, but I still wore it to work because the red looks great on TV. There's no stretch to the fabric but it fits true to size, so just order your usual size. The capped sleeves are slightly constricting so you may need to leave the back slightly unzipped at the top. Love this Carmen Marc Valvo style!

Wore this for a casino wedding. The dress fit great and I got tons of complements. Have a 36E cup size and the bust was very comfortable. The middle poofs up a bit when you sit, but the dress is otherwise perfect and I strongly recommend it!

This is the perfect dress for a holiday party! I got lots of compliments on it. The printed texture is beautiful and it had the perfect amount of shine. I wore the 10 but it I did it again I would probably size up to the 12 because it was a little tight in the chest. I paired with gold earrings and heels and it was a great final look.

This dress runs true to size. It doesn't have ANY give. I have large thighs and vary between a size 12 and 14 dress. I was able to wear the size 12 because of the generous cut through the hips, but I wouldn't consider this a fit and flare dress. I think this dress would flatter almost all figures. The 14 wasn't available as a back-up size and I was nervous, but it ended up being a very flattering dress. It doesn't require much accessories. Beautiful color of red and very easy to look great for your special event!

I was nervous because of other reviews, but it fit great! I probably could've worn a 16W because I have a smaller waist, but it was unavailable and I was worried I needed to size up. It's a great length and was perfect for the cocktail wedding we went to!

This was my first RTR experience but it definitely won't be my last. I rented another dress as my primary dress for a friend's July wedding but really loved this one. I was nervous to rent it because it had so few reviews at the time, but when I saw a promo to rent a third dress for $35, I decided to give this one a shot and I'm so glad I did. The fabric is stunning and the color is very rich - photos don't really do it justice. I have a small waist and wide hips so I ordered the 18 even though I wear a 16 normally. It really accentuated my waist and the pleats were very flattering. The top wear the sleeves connect to the dress was a little big, but I was still very happy with the fit and because it flares out, there was no need for spanx! I highly recommend this dress for anyone with an hourglass or even pear shape. Ordering one size up is probably a good idea too.

I generally wear an 8 or a 10 but per the recommendation I ordered a 10 with a 12 as a back up. My body type is definitely not thin but to small to be fat... round it all of with the fact I am short (4'11), busty, with a booty. I am a 43 G, so the dress was a lil tight in the bust area but that's expected with all my clothes so I wasn't uncomfortable. I could zip up the 10 but since I order this dress for a religious convention where I would be sitting down for 8hrs , getting in and out of a van and walking around, and taking pictures, the 10 was a bit too tight, so I went with the 12 which gave me a lil more wiggle room. The color is beautiful, the embroidered flowers are a nice touch. I felt beautiful and received a lot of compliments. The dress is a classy fit yet stunning. I recommend a size up to have some breathing room if you will be sitting down, but overall a great dress for a special event without being overly formal.

A bit tight around my bust area but the fit was perfect. Received lots of compliments from friends. Very glad I got that style and color. I usually wear a size 16 but in this dress, I wore a size 20W :(

I was more than obsessed with this Carmen Marc Valvo sheath dress. It was absolutely stunning and flattered my body in all the right places. The flower embellishments compliment the dress beautifully and the side hidden pockets are extremely convenient. The dress looks like it fits great but in reality the fabric has absolutely no stretch and is very fitted at the waist. Typically, I am a size 2 and I could barely move. Therefore for your primary and backup size we recommend sizing up for both. Regardless, it is great for any cup size, curvy friendly and comfortable at the hips! Pair with strappy heels, a choker necklace and fancy bracelet and you will be looking absolutely fabulous!

The cap sleeves are flattering, as is the cut in around the waist. It is very tight around the rib cage, so eating and wearing this dress is a bit tricky. The length falls below my knee which I wish was a smidge shorter. However the bright red was complimented many times at dinner and at church. Great dress with black heels for a holiday celebration.

I wore this to a work holiday party and was worried it might be too short before I received it. It was knee length for me (5'7 plus I had heels on) which was just what I was looking for! It also had pockets which came in really handy! Only downside was sitting down the high neck was a little tight.

I always wear a six, but I could have sized down with this dress. Beautiful fabric, and a gorgeous color. It hit an appropriate length. The structure wihtin the torso was great!
