very comfortable and elegant dress - fitted enough and with full coverage at top that didn't need a bra. slender/straight skirt but sequin bow and back train are fun/playful additions. absolutely loved this dress - so many compliments. perfect for a sophisticated formal affair!

I ordered a dress from RTR and it did not come in on time and we were flying to LA for an our engagement shoot. RTR was so accommodating and shipped another dress overnight so this was actually a last minute option. The dress was quite stunning in pictures although it had some imperfections. The bottom of the dress was frayed because it is long and it was very roomy on the top which is never my problem. Despite these issues, the dress is elegant and classy, making these pictures my favorites amongst over a thousand pictures taken.

This was my back-up. The size 12 was too big so RTR sent me an emergency size 10 which fit perfectly. The material was substantial, the dress was comfortable but elegant, with a small train that I appreciated (though I did have to watch for people stepping on me during the crowded reception. I ended up liking this much better than the dress I'd planned to wear as it was more flattering to my shape (I could stand to lose 20 pounds).

I wore this to a formal wedding and it was so elegant. The tail was so much fun to swing around on the dance floor. The dress will require very little jewelry to spice up even though it's a black dress. Definitely recommend it!

Asymmetrical back is dramatic yet classy. This dress feels fabulous on. Give it a try!

Beautiful dress. Simple elegance. My husband loved my "rear end" in this dress!! Danced the night away. The only negative was the hem was a little worn/frayed

This was my backup dress and I didn't end up wearing it, but - of course - I had to try it on! It's a nice dress that seems like it'd be flattering to most shapes and beautiful on. The particular dress I was sent was damaged and looked very worn. At the time it I rented (feb 2012) it didn't dawn on me to review (since I didn't wear it) but had I known then how awesome the customer service is at RTR I probably would have recommended taking the dress I received out of circulation. Had my first choice not worked out the dress I was sent wouldn't have even been a backup option for me because of the apparent damage (mostly the bottom of the dress - stringy hem and apparent wear). But one in better condition would probably be fabulous.

A beautiful gown, even though I didn't wear it for the event (it was my backup) but it was amazing and well made
