I would say this is more of a drop waist fit and flare. The dress is very flattering. A lot of reviews said this dress was very low cut... I did not think so but then again I am more flat chested than most.

A little too low cut for my Grandmother's more conservative (read: elderly) preference, but worked just fine with a camisole underneath.

It fit well in the chest and ribs. Had room for eating. The hips were extremely open. And the fabric was so soft and silky. Mine had a few pulls in the fabric but barely noticeable. Definitely a good choice for the busty ladies.

This was lower cut than I am used to so I was a little uncomfortable but my hubby assured me it looked fine. Loved the pattern and fabric...only wish it had pockets.

Fit like a glove

I love this dress! the Cirtus Flare dress is fancier than it looks in the photo and it is true to size for me and very slimming and gave me more of an hour glass figure than I really have. I am more of an apple in real life. Very well made dress!

It was snug through the middle and very very lowcut in front, which is not something I'm used to. Other than that I paired it with Kate Spade necklace and got many compliments. Comfortable and easy. Color was a little more vibrant than I anticipated but I still thought it very fun. Would rent again for another event

I wore this dress to a wedding that started at 4:30 p.m. when the sun was still out. It was the perfect dress for that time frame because it was bold and colorful for day time but still classy into the evening without feeling dressed down amongst a sea of black cocktail dresses. I would rent this baby again and again!

I didn't get a chance to wear it for my work party. It was sent as a backup but it's a very beautiful dress and I will rent it again for something!!

I typically wear a 14-16 however the 16 wasn't available. I got the size 18, it fit pretty well in the waist and hips but the top part of the dress was too big. Loved the quality of the material. Such an elegant yet fun dress.

This fit great; the zipper gets a little stuck near the bottom but it's no problem if you've got a friend nearby. Didn't have any problems with bra straps showing or anything, and it's even got some pseudo-pockets. It might be a little low-cut in the front if you've got big boobs, but everything stayed in place all day for me.

LOVED!LOVED!LOVED this dress! Fit perfectly to my body and true to size (for me at least) The semi drop waist really hid my stomach area and the low v made my chest look great! I wore this for my birthday party at a rooftop. It was on the dressy side but I wanted to dress up. It was a windy day/night hence the picture but wanted to show the whole look. Compliments rolled in all night. I would rent again if I hadn't taken a ton of pictures but I def recommend this dress! The picture on RTR looks more white/yellow/black HOWEVER it is more of a light greenish color which worked well for my skintone, hair and eyes. This dress is definitely suitable for wedding or formal affair.

This dress is true to size and fitted to the body; which made my curves show pretty nicely. The cleavage was a little more pronounced than what I am used to, but it does not detract from the elegance of the dress. The fabric has some shine, which is perfect for evening wear. Overall, this is a beautiful cocktail dress and it was perfect for the anniversary dinner that I attended.

This dress was absolutely perfect for my friends' June wedding! The material is fairly thick - almost looks like an upholstery fabric, but is stunning. I am usually a 4 in dresses, but ended up wearing the 2 because it fit me better in the top. The bottom is very full and required a little bit of ironing to get it lay right. It also did a great job at disgusting my somewhat larger hips. Overall, I would rent this dress in a heartbeat!

This dress was absolutely amazing! The color is more green than yellow, but still beautiful. The dress is very cinched at the waist which made me increase a size however it gave the perfect hourglass figure.

This dress was absolutely AMAZING! I turned heads from the moment I walked into the party. The cleavage was kind of low and the bust/upper body fitted so you might want to size up depending on your taste. The fabric seemed heavy but it was stunning. Fabric was soft and silky. I felt great in it and looked fabulous with my updo hair and peep front bootie! I was able to dance and enjoy myself all night long! I would recommend this dress to any event.

This dress doesn't run too large. I'm a 12 regularly but I was able to fit the 10. I had no trouble zipping it up. I think getting a size smaller helped define the curves instead of it being loose. The sleeves helped cover up arm bulges (something I'm insecure about) for a sleek fit. The dress also compliments the cleavage area. Not too much cleavage but enough for a nice lift if that makes sense. I noticed a few snags in the fabric but overall the dress was beautiful!

I would have never selected this dress if I saw it solely on the site since the model on the site definitely didn't have my body type. But going into the store I was able to try it on, and as someone with curves this dress was great. My bust area was enhanced and looked much different than on the site. I really enjoyed how it made me look. The color was great and the quality of the dress was superb. Felt like I was wearing something very rich. I received tons of compliments all evening. It was a great find.

Material felt like heavy drapes and although this dress is lovely, it was way too hot and stifling for a summer day and evening.

I rented this dress for a semi formal work event. The dress was very low cut so I wore a tank under neath as it was VERY revealing in the chest. The material makes it elegant enough to wear to a formal event like a banquet or wedding.

This dress was lovely but is a thick, heavy fabric, which doesnt necessarily seem to match the light springy colors. I tried it on in store and loved this dress for it's drop waist flared skirt. It's great for someone short waisted like myself. Unfortunately with a 3 lb gain and/or the spanx I was wearing, I had trouble keeping the dress in place on my hips and it kept riding up. Felt more comfortable in it after the second wear. Works with regular bra, but it is a dramatic V in front.

I got tons of compliments on this dress. I'm normally between a 2 and a 4 and ended up wearing the 2--the 4 was much too large in the bodice. If you're between sizes I would definitely size down. The fabric was very thick and had a nice lining, which was great since this wedding ended up being surprisingly cold! The dress was very comfortable and excellent for dancing--I was even able to do the splits on the dance floor! The silhouette is a little poofy just below the natural waist (it actually flares out slightly ABOVE where the skirt begins), so it's not necessarily perfectly flattering from the side--this didn't bother me, but if you're anxious about that you might consider a different look. The skirt is VERY full as well; most people are holding it down in the pictures I've seen on RTR. Overall I loved the dress and felt great in it, but be warned, it is a LOT of dress!

The dress fits true to size but is very tailored & has a drop waist line that flows into pleats & a full skirt. Initially it cut my short torso in half making me look wider so I planned to exchange. When I brought it into the showroom the stylist suggested I go a size up. It did the trick! It dropped the waist where it needed to be & still fit great. The v in the neck line is deep so dare to bear on the cleavage end, but it was just enough!

I rented this dress for an early 30th birthday celebration with my best girlfriends, and it was definitely a great dress for the occasion! The colors, cut, and fabric are all beautiful. I have to agree with other reviewers that this dress is quite low-cut, but this didn't really bother me. One major drawback, however, was the fact that this dress runs VERY small. I usually wear an 18, but needed the 22 in this dress for it to fit through the waist. If you don't carry as much of your weight in your waist, you may not have to size up as much, though. I had plenty of room in the bust (I'm a 36G) and hip areas. The other major drawback for me was the price of the dress. Although it was a gorgeous dress, I'm not sure I would rent it again unless the price dropped. It was a fun dress to wear, though!

The fit was definitely pretty snug, so I had to go a size up. The neckline is pretty low V, so make sure you have a bra that can't be seen. The dress is longer than I expected (I'm 5'6") and had a lower waistline than I expected. The seam sits on your hips, not on your waist, so it created a longer torso and flared look. I would recommend getting the pleats pressed so flatten things out a bit. Otherwise, the skirt can look a little bit "poofy".

I wore this dress for a second time and it was very nice and appropriate for the occasion fit very nicely. I received compliments throughout the evening.

FIt true to size, and looks much better in person than it photographs

I already submitted this review once, but somehow disappeared after pending for weeks. This dress runs really big but is also really unflattering. The material is good quality, but the construction is all wrong. The waist for the dress sat below my hips, making my legs look very short. The bottom is also very poofy, not flowy like on the model. The material is very shiny, which is difficult to see in the photo. I have been renting from RTR for years and hardly ever have a "miss" but this was way off base.

This dress fit like a glove., and was perfect for my friends wedding. The colors are a beautiful yellow and grey and the material is heavier so that it stays in shape. It is quite long, so being short (5'4) I definitely wore heels to finish the look, which I actually went completely different and did a bold red, with matching clutch!

Overall this was a beautiful dress, and it fit great. Unfortunately, the pictures didn't show how fancy and shiny the material in this dress really is. It ended up being a little too formal for my work party.

I am in love with this dress. I received compliments all night and definitely stood out from the rest of the crowd. I agree with other reviews that in person, it has more of a green hue (but still beautiful). The fit was true to size. Short waisted gals may find themselves pulling it down throughout the night (like me), but this wasn't a deal breaker. The front V cut is VERY dramatic. I wouldn't recommend it for your pastor's son's wedding. However, it's perfect for a black tie charity gala. The flared bottom hides all imperfections and tummy fluff. Pair with a black elegant heel / big crystal earrings and you are set to go! I will be renting this again!

I ordered this dress because the color caught my eye but I really didn't think I'd like it because I didn't think it would hide my tummy and I thought the bottom would be too puffy. What a surprise! It fitted perfectly, made my tummy look flat and the bottom turned out to be fun and flirty, especially on the dance floor. I received so many compliments. Just note, it's a deep V cut and my bra did show a bit so I had to adjust the dress multiple times but it's wasn't awful. For an apple shape, this dress is a perfect fit. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful dress and excellent fit. Did not have to wear a bra and I am a size 38D. The dress fit me as though it was made for me. Love love loved it!

The dress was a lot more low cut than what the pictures and descriptions led me to believe. Luckily I was not wearing this to a business party or I would have been in trouble. Don't get me wrong, the ladies looked great! But when I put it on I was a little surprised. Other than that the fit was great. I'm 5'5" and a size 20 in my jeans. The dress was a snug fit but it didn't feel like I was going to bust out of it. It felt like I was wearing a tailored dress. The length was perfect, hitting just at the knees. Looks great with sky-high heels (which I wore!). Love, love, loved this dress!

I didn't wear this dress because it was my back up but I will definitely rent it again. The dress felt like a wedding dress. Stunning!! The fabric, the colors can't say enough. It was a little snug on the waist so when I rent it again I would go the next size up.
