No cons...true to size. And the length was perfect with my heels on.

The dress accentuates the right areas.. figure flattering.. The length is not as long as other gowns on here. I'm only 5'1-5'2 and I was wearing 3 inch heels and wasn't dragging it on the floor. What is not noticeable on the picture is that it looks like there is a mini train in the back but the front is perfect length. I would rent this gown again if I have another event.

It's a fun look and the dress is a very smooth fit. Extremely flattering. Was surprised to find that some people thought the sides were really see through to skin, rather than layered with a lining.

This dress was selected by an RTR stylist and sent to me as a backup to my backups! it's AMAZING and I totally would have worn it but I ended up getting the zipper up on my first choice (ML by Monique Lhullier j'adore gown) BUT I loved this dress so much that I actually brought it with me to the event in case I needed to or wanted to change. It's that fabulous that I totally wanted to wear it lol. It accentuates you in the right places - the side accents make your waist look smaller. I rented a 14 bc it was totally last minute. As a size 10 in regular clothing I could've worn a 12 in this but the 14 was fine too...

Being petite it was a bit ruff taping up the hem. It was worth it.

Everyone complimented my dress and how great I looked and how nice the dress was. Definitely recommend it! I'm thicker on the top and it helped dissimulate that. Loved it!

I wore to White House Correspondents' dinner in Washington and it was absolutely appropriate for meeting members of Congress and work colleagues, while also stunning. Only bad part was the hem (dress has a train). I'm 5' 3", and even with 4" heels I couldn't walk in it. I struggled with fashion tape the night before, with an uneven and sloppy result. Men expect their rented tuxedo pants tailored and I think Rent the Runway should offer this service. Not fun to have to do it yourself.

This dress is absolutely gorgeous. However, the size chart for it seems to be incorrect. The dress fit more like a regular size then a "W" size. As there is absolutely zero stretch on this dress, be sure to size up at least two sizes!

Loved this dress. It was even better in person than the pictures. Very well made . However , the dress runs about 2 to 3 sizes too small. I ordered my size based on the measurements in the size chart . They were comparable to other retailers like Lane Bryant and Ashley Stewart. So I felt that ordering in my regular size would be fine. As soon as I took the dress out of the bag I could tell it was very narrow. I tried it and could not even get it over my head . My advice would be to order up if you really want to wear this dress.

Beautiful gown that would have been perfect but it unfortunately did not fit. I am normally a 14W sometimes 16W in work dresses and jeans. Not the case in this gown, I ended up with a 20W that didn't fit and no option for a larger size. The problem area was my hips so if you're especially curvy in the hip area, definitely go up at least 1-2 sizes. I would note that another designer dress I ended up with wasn't that much smaller than a 20W so I guess in formal dresses, it doesn't run that far off, it just does from daywear sizing. Either way, go up at least 1 size but if you can, it's worth it, the dress is fantastic.

I rented this gown for a black tie wedding held at the Rainbow Room in NYC. When I put this dress on, I felt like a million bucks and this was later confirmed by the may compliments I received from other wedding guests. The fit was perfect, comfortable and showed my curves. Initially, the dress was too long but Josephine, at Hallack Cleaners in Hackensack, NJ, made it a perfect fit by shortening the dress with a temporary hem. Dress runs tight but not small if that makes sense. I got it because I could wear a full bra under it. The material under the cutouts is a soft pink color. Being white it kinda of looked like full cutouts but that effect isn't going to work on everyone. Got a lot of compliments at the World Technology Awards.

This dress was long enough for me, ample room in the waist, and fit perfectly in the bust (I'm a 42DD) but the hips/thighs were so tight. I don't have exceptionally large thighs, and definitely no booty, but I could not sit comfortably, let alone walk at a moderate pace. It wasn't the right fit for me, but RTR customer service fixed it in no time at all!

I didn't wear the dress. It was sent because my size in the one I truly ordered wasn't available. This dress is BEAUTIFUL. Very elegant and classy. The only reason I didn't wear it because the material is not forgiving. Definitely a snug, sexy fit, which is not what I was going for.
