Love everything about this dress!

All the reviews on here really stressed how snug the arms were and I was super stressed out about it before the dress came. I was worried I made a wrong choice! I didn't find them that bad! I found that going up a size really helped with the fit. I usually wear an 8/10 but wearing the 12 in this dress was perfect. Going up a size made the arms/neck line fit great. I loved the way this fit around my hips. Great style! and perfect for a black tie benefit.

This fit me great. Other reviewers had some issues with the sleeves, but I just let the neck go out a little wider, so the sleeves didn't bother me much. I really liked this dress and will definitely rent it again!

Fit was on point. For a second I thought it might be too small but it fit perfect, not too tight, not too loose. Just right. It wasn't itchy or anything, very comfortable feel, hugging in all the right places with enough room but sufficient tightness particularly in the midsection and hips (which I tend to have a lot of). Highly recommend this dress for any formal affair, I got it for my best friends engagement party and everyone loved it. Super fun, sexy dress -L

This dress is very form fitting. Because of the lace that doesn't stretch much, you might want to get a dress size up. She didn't have too much breathing room. Even though she looked and felt fabulous, she would have preferred a larger size. Other than this, the feel and look of this dress is exceptional. She and everyone loved it.

Liked the dress a lot. Wore a size 6 and felt so great in it! It hugged my curves great. The arms are a bit small so I was a little uncomfortable since I have athletic arms. Otherwise a great dress with amazing detail!

It was a little tight in the arms so I had to wear the larger size. I got a lot of compliments! This dress does not disappoint!

I ordered a size 10 and a 12 as this dress style isn't always flattering on me. It usually ends up being too lose on top and too tight on bottom. He size 10 fit however I ended up wearing the size 12 instead because it was just a little bit longer on me. The neckline of this dress is so flattering and adds a real element of class. The beading on the dress is very subtle and gives it that little extra something. The fabric was comfortable on the body of the dress but I found the lace fabric on the arms to be a little itchy after a while. Nothing to the point of discomfort, more like a gradual annoyance. Overall, it's the perfect little black dress and I would recommend it for all body types.

The dress was heavy and it did stretch out as the night went on. I read other reviews that the sleeves were tight but I had no problem with them. Everything fit nicely.

I originally ordered a different dress but when it arrived I realized it was too short and also had some fraying on the bottom. So I called and the assistant helped me with the return and overnighted this dress she recommended. Worked well. I normally wear an 8 but took the suggestion of sizing up due to the narrow arms (I have an atheltic build). Length was perfect and I recieved many compliments though the night. I normally wear a size 18 and this dress was 18w. I did not have the opportunity to order a size up because it was not available. I suggest if you have an event to reserve at least a month ahead of time to guarantee the right size being available. This was a bit snug but the my spanx really helped! I felt beautiful in this dress and received many compliments. My husband even wanted me to buy it! Thank you RTR!

Dress is very beautiful, is beaded and very well made. I initially ordered a 14, , however the arms are so tiny, I could not get the sleeves up past my elbow. The sleeves look like they belong on a size 6 dress! I had to send dress back and call RTR to overnight a size 16w which was perfect. The size 16w had a small tear in the back and some snags but it was not noticeable in the low lighted environment ...I received a lot of compliments. You need a strapless bra as the dress sits off the shoulders.

I rented for a mad men themed reception. It was selected as a backup dress but once I tried it on I thought it was perfect. It was very comfortable and I normally wear a 12 so this was a pinch big. But I loved it and would definitely rent again.

With my linebacker back n shoulders, the top of the gown was fitted (no bra worn), as the night progressed it loosened. The hip area was loose but allowed movement for dancing. Luv RTR.

I think this is the most beautiful dress I have ever worn. Fits like a glove and not only is it sexy, but classy. I found it to be very comfortable.

This dress was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I got compliments on it all night, everything about it was right.. the length, fit, and style. The lace detailing was sexy without being too revealing, I would definitely recommend this dress, I might even rent it again myself! Great job once again RTR!

Perfect dress! So classy, but sexy and flattering too. Paired perfectly with black heels and really didn't need any additional jewelry or anything. Read the reviews and decided to go a size smaller than I normally would. Got a 4 as back up--both fit, but the two was the best fit. I think the 0 would have been an absolute perfect fit although based on other reviews, the arms may have been too small. I didn't have any issues with the arms being too tight in the 2 and I felt like the dress was made for my body! I didn't want to take it off and had compliments all night. I will without a doubt rent this dress again for the next wedding or formal function I have!

I am 5'8 and 113 lbs and either a size 2 or 4, and I was pleasantly surprised that the 2 fit great. I was looking for a long sleeve dress because of the cold weather and this dress is even more beautiful in person. As always, customer service was great and this dress was even brand new with the tags still on. I received so many compliments on this dress!

It's a skin hugger yet flattering and forgiving at the same time. The neck line is gorgeous. I wore this to a black tie and was not at all underdressed. It is an eye catcher! It was comfortable. Showed off my curves, it's sexy but conservative all at the same time. Love love love!

I rented this gorgeous dress for a baptism reception and I have never felt more beautiful in a dress than I did in this dress. The fit was amazing. It was super comfortable and I got so many compliments on it. I usually wear between and 8 and a 10 in dresses but I ordered the dress in a 10 and a 12 knowing that designer dresses usually run small. I ended up wearing the 12 even though the 10 fit me like a glove because the sleeves were so narrow. This lace has NO give at all so the sleeves were very tight. I opted for comfort over size and I am so glad I did. Rent this dress - you will not be sorry.

First, let me state that RTR has to be the most dedicated, awesome company. In the midst of a hurricane, which I FULLY comprehend after living through Katrina, they shipped me my dresses overnight airmail. I was headed out shopping 2 days prior to a destination wedding to look for a mother of the groom dress, and I received the email that my dresses were on the way! This company ROCKS! Having sang their praises, now let me critique this dress. Perfect. Elegant. I felt like a star. The wedding was at a venue in New Orleans, and there were hundreds of candles. The beading on this dress picked up all the flickering light and was twinkling away. It is a substantial dress with boning, lined extremely well, and slightly drapes on the shoulder (I wore a VS bra with clear non-slip straps so it was not a problem at all!). Beautiful, glamorous, and comfortable! I danced away to all sorts of music. Compliments galore. Gorgeous. Loved it 100%. Thank you RTR, for your customer service and tremendous selection of dresses!!!

I wore this to a military cocktail reception in Washington, D.C. What a spectacular dress. It felt tight for about the first hour (I was the first one to wear it), then was perfect the rest of the night. It also felt heavy on the hanger, but not at all when it was on. The length was just right, and the way it fit and hangs really accentuated the few curves I have. It felt like such an 'of the moment' dress and I could not have been happier with it. My husband kept repeating, "You look SO nice!" This is a dress I wish I had in my closet!!

The fit wasn't too tight, very comfortable. The shoulders were much lower than in the picture but it still looked great. It was heavier than I thought it would be but I didn't feel weighted down. There were small loops at the top on the inside so you could hang the dress. They kept coming out through the night. Despite the little issues, I would wear this dress again.

The arms were a bit tight but loosened up after wearing it for an hour or so. I secured the hanger loops down with some fabric tape, a must. The dress was formal but not over the top. I received numerous compliments. I recommend RTR to friends.

This dress was perfect for the occasion. I am a wedding planner so I'm always looking for new dresses RTR is the perfect option for me! This dress fit perfectly in with the theme of the wedding and my role. I suggest you order one size up as it is a little snug around the arms.

I loved this dress. The black over nude is stunning -- it looks as though you're showing skin, but it's perfectly modest. The black is a very rich tone and the lace has embroidery over it in a flower pattern that doesn't show well in the photos. Also a few discreet sequins to give sparkle -- stunning, elegant and classy effect, almost Spanish looking. Size 2 fit perfectly other than the arms, which run SMALL! I'm very thin and muscular but barely could get my arms in; hence the 4-star review. You'll also need someone to zip you up, as I could not manage it on my own. No bra needed if you're small. I wore to the ballet in Philadelphia and turned heads all night. If you want a truly elegant dress, this is the one.

Lots of compliments, fit snug but not tight. Very elegant but a bit longer than I would have preferred. The sleeves have a zipper at the ends to make them more fitted. An excellence choice overall!

I received a LOT of compliments on my dress! It fit very well, the size I wore was a tiny bit big, but I didn't mind it because I had a little room to move around in when I danced. I am always warm and I thought that this dress was going to be heavy and make me really hot but to my surprise it was light and airy and very comfortable!

This dress is awesome. Beautiful and sexy especially if you have an hourglass figure. It is heavy and not sure comfortable for wearing for a long time.

Beautifully made and high quality. I wore with spanks (after a day of eating!) and it zipped right up. Normally a 14 but I sized up to a 16 because of the arms - arms fit but were a bit tight. Great experience! Love RTR!
