Loved this dress! Well made and great fit! It's better in person then photo. As other reviewers commented, embellishment detail is in navy and the dress is black.

Many friends complimented this dress! If you're taller than 5'9", it will be too short. It's a little tight in the bust. Otherwise it's professional and stylish.

I really liked the see-through details on the stripes. It made the dress fun. The four fit me perfectly (I'm normally a 4-6) but the material isn't stretchy at all. It didn't lay quite right around my shoulders so I didn't love it on air, but it looks fantastic in person!

Loved this dress (ignore my goofy face!). The blue piping made it super fun. Cut was flattering and I wore it with flat boots to work then ankle heels to an event that night. The feedback on tight sleeves is accurate; it’s one of the few times I’ve needed help zipping up a dress just because the arms were too tight. That said, it was pretty comfortable on. It would be perfect if it had pockets!

Felt classy and sexy at the same time. Loved how this dress covered me, but still felt fun and attractive. Power move dress!

The sleeves were a quite snug, but the fabric was thick enough that it nothing looked lumpy or bumpy. I probably could have gotten away with the 4, but it was really cute!

I feel like a rockstar wearing this dress!! Note that ripped stripes are navy blue and not black. So if you are one of those people who only wear black, maybe skip this one. I am large chested and in between size 6 and 8. My boobs are kind of squashed in it but there are some room around my hips. It's a little tight in the arms.

The blue mesh ribbing along the sides and at the top of the dress really make it stand out from common work wear. the short sleeves and length are great office coverage as well. I loved the fit and material of this piece; comfortable and yet stands out. Hard to see in photos, but that ribbing detail is a nice electric blue in the light. Very fun work alternative (my puggle also liked this one. :) )

Great work dress. Very comfortable, thick fabric that doesn't show lines, and the ribbed detail adds a neat design. I did wear a strapless bra with it because you can see bra straps through the semi transparent upper half. I did feel the dress was a little short for work at 5'6" but with dark stockings, it was perfect for me.

Great quality. Nice thick fabric. My only warning is that it twists as you walk and with the pattern the lines obviously show it's twisted around. Not great for having to walk a lot as you keep having to adjust it.

Wore to work. Black and blue dress. Thick and quality material. Paired with black tights and booties. Would rent again!

Really liked this dress. The sleeves were kind of tight, with no stretch. But overall, it’s a very nice dress. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the fabric, but it’s like a rayon and not heavy or stretchy.

I read the reviews, which said the dress runs small. As someone with larger hips, I am always wary of how these types of dresses will fit and if they'll hug my curves too much. So, I ordered a size up (6). It ended up being a little too large, roomy through the waist and hips, but I could get away with wearing it anyway. Next time I'll get the 4!

The dress was very flattering and I received many compliments. However, it was not remotely comfortable. The sleeves were tight on the arms and I felt i was constantly adjusting it. Also baggy at the waist but tight elsewhere.

I rented this for work and the blue detailing on the dress is gorgeous. The top panel near the neck is actually sheer without a liner, Which made it impossible to wear with a normal bra. It would've been nice if that panel was lined like the sheer panels down the dress. Otherwise, I loved this dress!

Loved the details on this dress. Along the front and the arms were these somewhat sheer navy accents. Made the dress interesting and unique. Downside is parts of the dress have a silky inner lining which makes me feel hot sometimes. Fairly comfortable but a little restricting, and high neck.

Ok - nothing special. The sleeves are strange - they are right at the el ow - they cut at the bend in the arm. The cut of the dress is form fitting, but still a little dowdy.

There's not a ton of give, so it felt like a small 6 or large 4. It's a beautiful dress and I received lots of compliments.

This dresses looked really great when it arrived. Material was nice, a real polished look. But when I put it on it didn't fit right on top. It was right on top and the arms were just not working with my body. I have a large chest so it might just not be good for those with large chests. But a nice dress if it was the right fit.

This dress is very pretty with the the sheer detailing on the chest and arms. Unfortunately, I could not wear this dress. While my arms are not very large, the sleeves were too tight so I couldn't even pull it on. If you have large or muscular arms, skip this one.

Tight through upper arms couldn't zip and was my usual size. No Lycra for stretch.

Really nice dress, thickish material. I'm usually between a 4 and a 6 and rented a 6 and it fit quite snugly, especially in the neck area. Wore to work!

I Loved this dress! I felt like super professional wearing it at work- yet sexy to. The sleeves make it a great option for those colder offices, yet the netted collar area gives it a hint of forbidden sexy. The detail of the blue line areas going down the side create a slimming illusion for those of us with more curves. Could see this not only for work but for church, going out, weddings etc.

Wore it to a client presentation. It's a bit sexy and def hugs your curves so I would size up if you're not a true size or want a little less snug fit. Beautiful dress though!

I really loved this dress! My only complaint would be regarding the sleeves. Maybe because my arms are not long enough or because my arms are too wide but, the fabric was tight near the elbow - to the point of indentions in the skin.

Amazing work dress with a little bit of edge--fits true to size, and is a nice thick material that hugs your curves without being too tight or revealing. The stripe detail gives an otherwise plain LBD a bit of visual interest, and the 3/4 sleeve is perfect for cooler temps.

I rented this for work and it was great. Could also work for a cocktail party or special event. The contrast of the navy against the black is beautiful and it stands out from the typical black dress.

I am 5'3" and busty (32 did). The dress fit perfectly. Also a very modern design without going over the edge. I kept this for 4 weeks because I loved it so much.

This is a very well-made dress. I love the blue ridged lines that are the neckline and seaming details. The dress is lined and felt so great on. I work it with blue graph paper patterned hose and felt pretty stylish. It was nice on my curves as well - not clingy by well-fitted.

This fits perfectly and is very flattering. As other reviews stated, the blue color is much more vibrant than pictures show - really gorgeous in person. The only downside for me was the bottom of the sleeves. The bottom of the sleeves were a bit tight with no give and fell in an awkward place right at my elbow. Other than that I loved the dress and would rent again.
