Definitely took me two tries to get this piece on, but oh I loved this dress! Such a fun drape, great color, and flattering too. Felt like an Apperol Spritz in a dress.

Wish I had another occasion to rent this dress for as it fit like a glove and is truly one of a kind! Wore this for dinner during my best friend’s bachelorette (it was orange and pink / sunset themed) and I loved how it looked and felt.

Yes this dress is difficult to get on, but if you approach it with a “can-do” attitude, I promise you will not regret it. Once I finally got it on, I absolutely loved it and got sooo many compliments! Don’t let a little struggle keep you from an incredible funky and fun find P.S. I wore spanx with it for a seamless look, but the ruching lays so well that you could get away with not wearing any

I typically refrain from leaving reviews (I’m busy!), but I find myself compelled to comment on the more fashion-forward clothing to ensure that RTR continues offering cool stuff for us fashion girlies. I absolutely adore this dress. Though it may take five minutes to figure out, you’ll figure it out after a quick look at the model in the photo. Commission (the brand) is the brainchild of two young, first-generation immigrant designers. The clothing line serves as a heartfelt tribute to the Asian working mom. (That’s why the dress is giving Asian church mom but SEXY.)The dress's asymmetry performs wonders balancing out my proportions. The draping ruffle off of the shoulder and the bottom of dress move & hang gorgeously. Unlike the model in the photo, the dress revealed a part of my upper chest, leading me to believe I should have opted for a larger size, although it generally fit well elsewhere. From the back, the dress cinches perfectly at the waist, creating the illusion of a rounder bum. Be prepared to spend some time putting this on, but trust me, it's well worth it––this dress offers a refreshingly cool take on the contemporary sun dress.

I ordered and spent hours trying to figure out how to put it on, it made no sense and never looked right. Felt like multiple different pieces of a dress that didn’t work together at all. Good luck to anyone who orders it!

I’ve never had so much trouble trying to put on a dress in my life. It took me about 10-15 mins just to figure it out and once I did get it on, it didn’t look good at all. There’s way too much going on and there was a weird flap of fabric not laying right in the back… Waste of a rental sadly.
