I got the large and extra large and I'm typically a size 10. The large was good, even a little snug. This dress looks amazing on, but looks unappealing on the hanger lol. It really hugs your body but in a good way. I thought it was very slimming but of course I also wore spanx. I did not wear a bra and it was fine! The top ruffle took care of that. I also did not feel that the dress was falling down all night which I often find with strapless dresses.

TTS, nice and snug. Thick material that hides everything. No issues with it staying up. Lots of compliments!

This dress is so comfortable and so flattering. The details (especially the bottom) give this dress something extra without being too out there. I’m short so I was nervous about the length but it just looked like a longer dress (perfect for the black tie wedding). I will be renting this again. Highly recommend

If you’re thinking of renting this dress, do it!!! It’s a great twist on a black dress with the hem and pleats at the bottom. The top is super secure with a clasp and button in the back, which means no fussing with it all night. The material was thick, but not to warm for a humid September wedding. Overall, the dress was very comfortable to eat & dance all night in. Such a great rental!

Love this dress. I got tons of compliments, the fabric was thick so held me in in all the right places, and super comfortable from top to bottom! I would have gotten the 8 if it was available so it was just a tiny bit big on my top but makes me think it runs pretty true to size. For reference I'm 5'6, 150lbs and 8 would have been perfect, 10 still fit great.

Wore this to a friends all-black, black tie wedding. It was so comfortable, formfitting, and easy to dance in. There were so many people telling me they love the dress! Only complaint is, I think it is a little large, so I would recommend sizing one size down. This will just help make sure that it stays tight and up without having to tug at it all night, which I did have to do.

This dress is AMAZING. The top was tight on my chest but in a good way to where I didn't have to keep pulling it up. The dress itself hugs the body beautifully paired with the float bottom. SO many compliments and wish I could own it!!

The fit was perfect and true to size. It was on the long side so heels were a must.

This dress was a hit! I got so many compliments on it and it was pretty comfortable to wear as a bridesmaid. Great too especially if you are short. Bodice has a bit of structure to it, but was easy to move in. The zipper slipped a little while wearing it, but I am also on the bustier side and it would not keep me from renting this dress again.

I didn't realize the wedding was formal dress until 2 weeks before the event. Luckily, I was able to rent this dress in my size and it worked great! It was a little big around the chest, but didn't give me too much trouble and fit perfectly otherwise. The dress is very flattering and fitted in all of the right places.

This was my back up dress and didn't fit me, but I will definitely rent again in smaller size. I'm about 135, 34C, 5'9 and rented a M -- top wouldn't stay up at all (I'm holding it in the back in the photos). But I will definitely rent again in a S next time. Loved it!

I have never felt more chic–and I use RTR a lot. I wore this to a black tie optional wedding and it was the perfect level of formality. I ended up wearing the XSR which was a perfect fit. I'm normally a 2 or sometimes a 0 and this XSR fit perfectly. Also, no need to wear a bra. If you're any shorter than 5'6" then this may be a little awkward in length. Cannot reco enough. This may be may favorite rental ever.

This dress was by far my favorite from RTR. I wore this to a small wedding and received tons of compliments . The fabric is structured and thick but with enough give to dance - you don't need a bra or spanx ! Hooray !! If you are looking for a great black dress with alittle bit of edge and lots of comfort , this is it . I am true size 6 and wore a medium

Flattering silhouette and safe bet for a black tie wedding

I wear a 34C and this was loose in the bust. I wore a strapless bra to fill in a bit and worked fine. Got a lot of compliments on this one. It was a more casual wedding I attended in it.

this dress is made for the less curvy girls. slightly tight in the hips / wide in the chest. also some boning in the torso poked at my lower back a bit which wasn't super comfy. it looked great in the photos though, and i loved the unique detail at the bottom. overall was happy with it for the price of the rental :)

My first RTR piece! Absolutely loved this dress!! The style was classy and a little sexy. I ordered the S and M and even the medium was a little bit tight. I typically wear an 8 but this was hard to zip up. Other than that, would highly recommend for a formal function or date night ;)

the dress was beautiful but unfortunately needed a 1/2 size. M was tight on my hips big large was WAY to large on the top. I made it work with some fashion tape. The fabric is super forgiving & kept me warm in a December wedding.

I was disappointed with the fit of this one for sure. All the comments told me to get a bigger size than I normally would. That is what I did, and it was too big on me. It was falling down all night and was about an inch and a half too big in the back near the zipper. That's a LOT of space for a strapless dress. Other than that- a lot of people complimented it and said it made me look skinny.... So ... I guess it wasn't a complete fail!
