Needed a bra - better with some lift, wore pasties and had to keep making sure I wasn't exposed

It fit well and I felt like everything was comfortable. Great for a short person like me, I did not have to wear really high heals either

I honestly did not think I would wear this because I didn't think the layers and ruffles would look good - I was so wrong. The dress was tight through the chest and waist and then beautiful and flowy through the legs. I didn't wear a bra but if you had a good sticky bra it would look amazing too. So happy with how it looked for a black tie wedding

I didn’t want to have to buy a special bra and I had one with adjustable straps that made this work. My regular bra, which I could’ve made work with a clip in back, came up too high at the armpits. Good to know so you don’t have to last minute bra shop. So anyway I liked that this dress wasn’t stretched out by other renters, the non-stretch fabric was a good rental choice. So I did fast for a day and wore spanks to make the medium work. A large would’ve been nice, even though I am usually not a large these days, but not available as a backup. So size up when in doubt as it’s a slim fit in the booty and hip area. I was happy after a bit of a panic about it being tight in the butt. It is pretty and not too revealing for a work related gala. And 5’7.5” I wore a 3” heel, a 2.5” might’ve been a little better but it worked and I felt confident and danced all night in it.

I absolutely loved the dress and received countless compliments when I wore it at a gala. It's conservative but accentuates your curves in all of the right places! The ruffles at the bottom added the perfect feminine touch. If you're thinking about renting this, this is your sign to add it to your cart!

I loved this dress and will rent again! I'm a 36B and have a huge rib cage, so the ML was slightly tight but didn't bother me standing, sitting, or dancing. So many compliments!

For me this dress ran very small. I am 67” and 170lbs. For a reference in Old Navy I am wear a size 8 long or medium. The fabric is not forgiving. I have a small chest but a broad back making the fit tight. The seem wether it was normal or high waisted was very tight. I also used double sided tape to keep my boobs in check. I received many compliments and felt so pretty. Despite the tight fit I could sit comfortably and loved wearing this dress.

This dress was way more fun and flirty then I initially imagined. The chest was a little loose so my bra made some sneak appearances, but otherwise the fit was amazing, especially in a size long (I'm 5'9"). I wish I bought it.

Rented this dress for a fall wedding, loved it but I did wear a bandeau because it was too low cut for my liking. Otherwise beautiful dress, came with lots of compliments!

This is my second time renting this dress so I knew it was dressy and classy enough for a summer wedding. The photos seem casual but it's quite summertime formal. I rented a Long which was perfect for my heels. It fabric is soft and moveable. It was quite easy to dance the night away.

I absolutely love this dress! I ordered size 4 and 6. The 4 fit perfectly. For reference, I am 5’6” 132 lbs. The dress is super comfortable and I loved being able to wear a racer back bra vs a strapless. The ruffle down the front is very flattering. The high neckline was perfect for a spring wedding on a cool day but might feel constricting on a warm day. The high low hemline was fun and flirty without being too revealing. I love the way it showed off my shoes. I wore 3-inch heels and the dress didn’t touch the ground which was my preference. If you’re on the fence about renting this dress, just do it!

5'3", 120lbs 32D. I wear a 0 in clothes but needed a 2 in this and the length was perfect with heels. The front is very revealing if you're busty. I felt it was secure enough to go braless.

I loved this dress so much! I wore it to a formal winter wedding. It was beautiful and flowy and so fun to dance in. If you have a big booty like me and are trying to get down it might get a little tight in that area but luckily it's long enough you can pull the fabric underneath up a little and noone will notice. I got compliments all night about how classy it looked and felt really comfortable in it. It was slightly long - I had to pick it up a little bit walking around, even with 4inch heels on ande specially going down stairs. Overall it was AMAZING. I would definitely recomend

I loved this dress. It was very comfortable and easy to wear. Another plus, it's made with an awesome fabric that needed just a little touch of steam when removed from the RTR garment bag. For a fall wedding, I wanted to wear a longer dress but with my height, it's hard to find one that doesn't look like I'm preparing for a flood. I wore 3.5" heels and with the long length offered by RTR, it was perfect. The high/low hem and ruffles on this gown are stunning. Highly recommend this dress for tall chicks!

I enjoyed wearing this dress - it fit comfortably and stayed put all evening long and through hours of dancing. This dress is simple, in the best way. Traveled in my suitcase well, fit well. Received compliments (although this dress is not anything I would call flashy or attention- getting) and I felt appropriately dressed for my "black tie optional" tropical destination wedding.

This dress was perfect. I am 5'3 and 125 lbs. I wore a size small and it fit amazing. The front was a little low and you could see part of my bra , but I just pinned it and no one could tell. I received many compliments all night. Definitely would wear again

This was a lovely dress to wear for an upscale anniversary dinner. I'm 5'6" and wore the Long with modest heels and it was perfect. There is no stretch to the material but with proper undergarments ;) the sleek fit looked sharp. I would rent again- got lots of compliments.

Second time renting this dress -- really love it for summer formal events because it's lightweight while still fancy enough for a wedding or gala. The fabric is thin (need seamless undergarments), but the ruffles help to camouflage any bumps and really flatter your shape. Oh, and the high/low ruffles hem moves wonderfully and looks great on the dance floor.

I love this gown so much! It's so light and flowy, but still flattering at the same time, which is hard to find. It was a bit low cut, but I was still able to wear a bra. The color is a beautiful deep navy, and it actually comes in like a sea green color too. I'm 5'5" and the Regular length was perfect, but I like that it's a little shorter in front so it will still work if it's a little short or a little long for your height.

Many compliments on the dress. The dress flows and is beautiful. It is navy for sure - images on RTR appear to be a purple shade. It is very low cut and I had to get comfortable with that as the event was a formal work function. Con - make sure you have tape to make sure you have no embarrassing moments with the girls.

For the most part this was a perfect fit, but just a little large in the chest area. I would have given it 5 out of 4 stars if I didn't need to pin it, or wear a bra. As you can see it photographs well. Very elegant and effortless look.

This dress was gorgeous and fit well. The only thing I didn't like was there was a seem around the ribs that makes it very tight in just that area.

I wore this to w wedding. I typically wear a 6-8 so I ordered the medium and large and ended up wearing the large. The medium fit really well in the bust but was a little tight through the hips so I went with the large (I knew I wanted to eat a lot). The large was big on top but I stuffed my bra and sort of strategically tucked it and made it work. I used fashion tape to keep the ruffles in place on my shoulders and neckline. It was beautiful! I got a ton of compliments. This is an amazing dress for dancing- I kept spinning and felt like a flamingo dancer. I love this!! I want to own it!

My bootie is on the bigger side and so the size small was snug, but I was still able to dance and walk around.

I received so many compliments. The dress is long so plan on high shoes - I am 5’6” and size 4 and it was to the ground. Also, plan in a halter bra or stick on bra cups. Beautiful and comfortable!

I rented this dress for a formal wedding that we attended. I read some of the previous reviews and decided to go up a size and I am so glad I did. It is really tight in the belly section, so a smaller size definitely wouldn't have fit me. Everything else though was spot on! I was able to wear short heels to keep the dress off the floor and the chest area fit nicely.

Not my usual style in the main picture, but saw everyone look so lovely in the comments, and it indeed is so cute!! My husband liked how it fit pretty tight and I liked how stretchy it was and the fun ruffles!

Pros- I am 5'3" and with 2" heels the dress just grazed the floor on the back portion. Comfortable fabric and the ruffles were very pretty. Armholes and v neck were perfect I did pin the v neck to eliminate the gapping in the front and it was a quick easy fix for smaller chested women. Should be a good dress if you are more fuller chested as there was plenty of room.

I wore this dress to a gala and got so many compliments. I originally had the MR, but it arrived with a small hole by the zipper. RTR was great and got a new one out to me right away, although I had to wear the ML. I am tall and wore with heels, so it worked, but was defintiely long.

Rented 2 dresses and was not able to wear this one. Shoulder to waist was too long by 3”. Snug at waist. Lovely flow and fabric weight.

Nice dress, nothing exciting about it to me. Fit my hips but as stated above fit strangely in entire chest area. I was looking for a dancing dress to change into at my son’s wedding and this one was too long and too low cut for my older body!
