This dress is made out of good stretchy cotton and so even though the bodice is fitted, it doesn't feel restrictive. The sleeves are amazing, the pleated skirt...gosh I loved every little thing about this dress. I wore it on a hot day, but wasn't dying because of the ventilation up the skirt :)

Never ordered that dress, found on semiannual clearance sale. Awesome dress. Fitted in waist area. I am 34"-26"-35 . Size medium fits perfectly. Fabric is thick cotton. Great quality!!!

Runs small--which I knew because I tried it on in the store. My measurements are 37-29-40 (exactly size 10), and I needed every bit of the XL--usually wear L in dresses. Nice, thick winter fabric with fun puffy sleeves. A little short for me at 5'9.5" with a bubble booty; but that was fine for social wear with opaque tights and leg warmers. Wore this to decorate my Christmas tree and renting again to wear on Christmas day!

The drop waist fit of this dress is super flattering! The dress has so many amazing little details: the tiny, pretty pattern, the loop and button closure up front and inverted pleats on the shoulders! The sleeves are a bit large but still very elegant and not theatrical. Would rent this again!!

This dress reminded me of the fashions of the Elizabethan period, so I had to try it! It runs very small especially in the lower bodice section since it's structured. I'm very glad I sized up! I made it work appropriate by wearing a skin colour slip underneath because you can see through (just a bit) all the buttons. The material is also thick so I only recommend it for late fall (without a coat) or winter (with a coat). This is a unique item and RTR should get more things like this!

Love love love this. It's tight in the mid-section but creates a great figure. However, was way shorter than I'd hoped so definitely had to wear with black leggings.

I rented this for work. I love that it's comfortable and at the same time has cool details. It fit perfectly except the zipper does stick, so you'll need someone to help you.

Loved this statement piece. I wore it once with skinny jeans for a night out and plan to wear it again to the office.

I loved the puffy sleeves as well as the pleats, it made me feel like a swashbuckling pirate when I paired it with leggings and boots.

The high collar, buttons, and big sleeves definitely get attention. I paired it with skinny jeans, high boots and a leather jacket. Loved it. Really made my waist look small and surprisingly didn't make my broad shoulders look broader. Perfect for those in between weather days as winter turns into spring.

I loved this dress, however, it ran small- a large was VERY form fitting. I'm a size 10 dress and this would likely not work for someone with a large bust. The only style drawback was that the sleeves are very puffy. They got in the way and were out of proportion to the fitted style, so if you like the puffy sleeve look, this is perfect! It was very well made and the details are unique.

I ended up not wearing this dress for a couple of reasons. Although it definitely fit, it was more snug in the waist that I wanted for this style. Considering I usually wear a size 6, I feel like a medium should've fit a little less snug. But more than that, I didn't like it because the sleeves were just so puffy in comparison to the rest that I felt like I was on the pirate shirt episode of Seinfeld haha. Just not a good look overall. Material and print were nice though!
