Like all 'thongs' it tends to ride up after a while, creating fatigue on the tail bone. Can't see a way around it and the benefits definitely out-weigh the minor discomfort.

Great to avoid VPL (viable panty lines)- and does help to flatten stomach! Comfy too!
Pros: No underwear lines! helps hold in stomach (not near as much as spanx, but still a nice little extra pull in)! Price was also reasonable. I also liked how it helped my tighter dress slide on and off. Cons: Not as much 'suck in' effect as Spanx, dark color would show through on some thinner dresses. Editing review--now worn 2-3 times now and definitely not as much suck in as spanx. Fine when the dress is flattering but I have to switch to spanx when the dress demands more squeeze effect. I recommend spanx as first purchase and this as a second purchase only if thong style needed for a SHORT dress!

Holy wedge-y!!
Wore this for thanksgiving and I sat there the whole time wanting to cry! This doesn't really suck it in for you but it does give some nice support. However the thong is just intolerable.

I bought this to wear for pencil skirts and other form fitting dresses. Don't expect this to suck you in like a girdle, you won't magically " lose" 5lbs. What it does do is give you a nice smooth line, plus it's kinda a sexy old Hollywood vibe.
