This blazer was just a wee bit too tight in the arms and when buttoned but was still ok to wear to work. I paired it with the emerald top (also from RTR) and a pair of dark brown corduroy pants. The green in the blazer is very subtle but definitely blended well with both the blouse and the pants. It would have also paired nicely with just about any other colors. I'm not sure if going one more size up would have been a good fit or would have simple been too big, since the jacket is made to be tailored. If I lose a little weight, the size would be perfect.

This went with everything and was a solid piece to make an outfit more formal. Liked the pockets and shoulders. It was nice to have a neutral pattern so it had a little more to give than a solid color, but still was versatile enough to go with different things

I wore this a few times with various outfits. It travels well and doesn’t get wrinkled. Good easy staple that can go with cream, black, or brown.

This blazer is great for both business and business casual attire. I brought it on a work trip and work it multiple times in a variety of ways. I have larger than average arms and it was a little snug there. Looked best with a sleeveless top underneath.

Got to wear for a conference. Looked very nice and high quality but was a little small around the chest. If I sized up it would have been way too long

My arms are flabby and while the sleeves were not extraordinary tight, it made it a little uncomfortable. If you're like me, wide shoulders and flabby arms, consider sizing up.

It fit pretty consistent with how other blazers fit me. It felt a little itchy in the shoulders weirdly enough but otherwise was great

This blazer is perfect for work during any season. Its shoulder pads and nipped waist make it very figure-flattering. It was perfect for my board meeting and looked polished paired with black. You can't go wrong with this one.

Wore it with a large white button-down. Perfect for work, but easy to dress down with jeans.

I loved the cut of this jacket, it fit well overall but was too tight in the armpits and shoulders, tight enough I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it. I will size up next time.
