I absolutely love the way this dress swings and love the pleats! So easy to wear. Unfortunately I ended up wearing a jacket over because the weather turned cold but I am going to find another opportunity to wear before it has to go back. You can dress up or down.

Flows at back. Best for tall. Super comfy. Not flashy but a good staple with a twist.

I wore this for work from home on dress up Friday. The dress is very comfortable and flows well. It looked like a Muumuu and I felt lost in it. I added a navy belt worn at my natural waist and was happy with the result.

This dress was a great loose option to style with a two toned navy and tweed blazer. It felt a tad big but the blazer cinched the waist. Would recommend pairing with a belt.

This dress is so comfortable and versatile. The slip underneath is more fitted than the dress. Style with a belt, blazer, or sweater and it was perfect for work straight into a happy hour or work event. Could probably wear to a wedding reception too. I bought it because I love it so much!

So I recommended a belt with this, because otherwise, it's truly a sack. However, once you add the belt... OH MY GOODNESS. This is so cute, so trendy, and you're going to look like a boss. Wore this to work and then a happy hour afterwards, and everyone kept telling me I was strutting while wearing it. I guess the dress gives a sense of confidence? I can't recommend enough for all you corporate girlies.

This dress looked incredibly frumpy on me. For reference, I usually go between a 2 and 4 but the 2 didn't do anything for me. I should also mention that I'm on the shorter side. Maybe this would look better on a tall frame

I have the shirt version of this dress from Club Monaco and I love the high neck and the accordion pleats, so when I saw this dress on RTR I had to get it. It's a beautiful bright navy in person, and wasn't too long in the back. I got tons of compliments on it and it was like wearing pajamas to work!

Wore with a belt and flats. Runs a little large so went with the smaller size. Would definitely rent again

I wasn't overwhelmingly impressed with this dress but I received TONS of compliments. It fit comfortably, traveled well, and I was able to dress it up with sandals and down with sneakers.

Loved the dress! Great look but not a maternity dress if you are after you 3rd trimester. The zip in the back was totally off because of the belly on the front.

This is really pretty in its simplicity, but it does nothing for your figure on its own. I belted it and wore with a lightweight cardigan for a stylish-yet-professional work look on a hot day. Note it is pretty long in the back, wouldn’t recommend for anyone especially short.

Cute but I wish I got a smaller size. It made me look super goofy. Definitely going to get again in an 8 :)
