This top is everything. I wore it 3x and gave into purchasing it because I just couldn't let it go. The versatility of it is amazing...you can truly dress it up or down. I wore it with jeans and booties (pictured), shorts and flip-flops, to nice leggings and heels one evening. Note: The shirt is well made, however the fabric has zero give. That being said, size wise it does run a bit large. I typically am a S and the XS is perfect. Rent this, you won't regret it.

This was flattering and professional. I normally hate bows so I figured out a way to tie it without a bow. It was great to be able to cinch in the waist. Kind of regretting that I didn't keep it.

Surprised by how sheer this top is, expected it to be more opaque. That was the only down side. Loved the fit, fabric is super soft, very cool & comfortable. Had to touch it up with an iron before wearing. It did wrinkle through the day, although not as much as I expected it to. Perfect for under jackets especially if you need something lightweight & cool. Tag says machine washable. If it wasn't somewhat sheer I would buy in a heartbeat. Great with RTR Pam & Gela Floral Pant!

Gorgeous material. Super soft and feminine. Unfortunately this XS was way too big on me. Had gaps underneath underarms and not too tight around chest area. The bow helped me tighten it a bit around waist. Would recommend to RTR to include XXS

The blouse runs large for Club Monaco. I am a 14-16 with a large bust, and it fits me comfortably. The material is very soft, but it does wrinkle.

Basic, but easy to wear. Tie at bottom allows you to adjust it to fit your waistline.

I liked this top. It was a solid work top. Not too see through and the neckline is flattering and versatile to wear with a sweater or jacket

This is one of those shirts I would have been hesitant to buy because it's a cotton-y material, prone to makeup stains. So, it's the perfect rental. I work it to work and it was simple, yet different. Others have suggested a nude bra or an undershirt. I did not find sheerness to be a problem for me, so it may depend on your skin tone. I have light olive skin.

I really loved this shirt! Definitely considering buying it. This top is adorable and I got a lot of compliments. My best outfit was wearing it partially tucked in with high waisted jeans and mules. Wear a nude bra though.

Cute white structured top. Perfect for work, happy hour, date, or daytime. The material is thin and slightly sheer but fine with a nude bra.

The fit is a little boxy, but I liked how it hit on my hips (I am 5' 2"). The material feels well-made and comfortable. It lasted a 12-hour workday, which is a huge win.

This fit as expected, not too loose or small. It felt like a basic white tee, but the tie detail gave it an extra touch so it wasn't super casual. I wore with both dress pants and jeans. I should note that it's fairly wrinkle resistant- I packed this on a business trip and was amazed that it held up well after spending 15+ hours in a suitcase.

Standard fit. Simple but cute. Really fun to wear with pop color shoes

I loved the material and look of this top. Ended up not wearing it though because the armholes were cut but too large for me (and I do not have thin arms) - could see into to my bra anytime my arms were not strait at my sides. Wasn't comfortable wearing it to work like that.

Not a flattering top and falls kind of weird. Also, it is see through and you should wear a shirt underneath.
