Felt cute

Size was a little big at the waste but not by too much. Skirt is cute but after ironing it and putting it on, it easily wrinkled. I highly recommend wearing a dark underskirt for when you want to sit down and cross your legs without those little peek a boos.

I work with kids...enough said.

I loved the fit and style. However, as you can see in the picture, it wrinkled immediately and a lot! Otherwise, I'd rate it a 5 star! I'm just under 5'7" and weigh 125.

Worse than I could have imagined

Yikes. Definitely avoid if you have pear/hourglass shape. If you're straight through, maybe it would be cute. The buttons pulled so much that I'd have to go up 2 sizes to fit across hips, but down one size for the waist. Even if it had fit, it would have been difficult to wear, fabric is a wrinkled mess.

Not a good fit

I failed to read the reviews before renting. I agree with other reviewers. This skirt runs small and button spacing gives visual access to your thighs and lady parts if you make the wrong move. Cute skirt but unfortunately not a practical design. Definitely needs a liner! I'm going to try a larger size and maybe it will work with a slip.

Great work piece

Wonderful, versatile skirt. I wore it three times during the cycle and will totally rent again next spring/summer. It's very lightweight and not denim-y at all.

Cute skirt

Despite mixed reviews, I liked this skirt. It did get a bit wrinkled but no worse than other things I've rented. The fit was also great. I would likely rent again.

Lots of gaping.

This fit great and the fabric is nice and light for summer, but the gaping between the buttons had me worried I was flashing people all day.

I am petite and this was too long. I thought I would make it work but no.

Good Quality, Perfect for Spring

I rented this skirt for work and was very impressed by the quality. The color in person was slightly different than online, as it is more of a linen texture with a denim color. It was the perfect length for the office, but my only concern was when I sat down the gaps in between the buttons opened up, so I had to be careful not to flash anyone! Other than that, I highly recommend it.

Wrinkles! No liner!

Wrinkles so easily after sitting. Also NO LINER IN THIS SKIRT! So when buttons gapes open when you are sitting, you are exposed! Must wear slip

Had potential but didn't quite work...

Gapped at the buttons at hip level, especially when I sat or moved around. Needed a little stretch so it would work better...

I really liked the color and length of this skirt.

Fit was a little big to sit as a high-waist and it wrinkled quite spectacularly, as others have mentioned. You also need to wear a slip underneath because the gaps between the buttons in the skirt are quite large.

Buttons pull

Really wanted to love this but I'm a stickler for details and if you're even just a bit snug at the hips in this it'll show the buttons pulling. Most people probably would never notice if I didn't point it out but I'd be super self conscious all day

Cute....in theory

I really liked this skirt on the hanger when I saw it in the Georgetown store. I thought it would be perfect for my business casual dress code at work. However, there is a pretty significant gap between the buttons when you sit down and it wrinkles like crazy. If you are doing a lot of standing- this skirt would be perfect. Otherwise, hard pass.

Super cute, fits well, but exposes a lot

This skirt is really cute and fits well, but the buttons are too far apart, so you end up exposing quite a bit when you sit down due to the way the fabric gaps. But when standing up it's super cute!

Eh... nothing special

I picked this up at the store because there was nothing else that caught my eye. It was a decent looking skirt on the rack, but after about 15 minutes of wearing it, it was so wrinkled that it looked really bad and sloppy. Additionally, the wrinkles made gaps between the buttons--I felt like I was flashing people all day. Recommend wearing with a slip. Fits true to size. The waist has no give, though, so factor that in. I'm normally a 10-12 and the 12 was the right fit.

Nice skirt. Size up

I ordered a size 4 per the reviews to size up. It fit in the waist but I have hips. When standing the skirt is fine but I soon as I sat down the buttons were tight and you could see everything. Light great for spring. You can dress up or down.

Poorly designed

Like other reviews, the front seam does not close. I pinned with safety pins to try and remain "buttoned up." Not a repeat wear!
