The color of this dress was so pretty, and the fabric had a nice heft. It didn't wrinkle from sitting at my desk all day the way I worried it would. Definitely would be good if you're going for a '30s or '40s vibe. I think the top was supposed to be blousier, but I have a large bust, so the fit of the chest part was off (too tight) on me.

Lovely color and material for summer. I wore this to work. I'm a pretty true 6 and sized up to an 8. It was for sure too big but I wore it anyway and still received tons of compliments. I'd say this runs TTS. Definitely recommend for work or daytime event in spring and summer!

Pretty dress for a warm weather occasion. It's a rather simple dress, not a stand-out piece, but perfect if you just want a nice, easy outfit for a formal event. I'm usually a 6 but got the 4 in this so that it was a little more fitted in the mid-section, but be careful because it is pretty short (I'm 5'8").

I wore this to my brother’s graduation yesterday (outdoor ceremony, 90 degree heat in the southern US). It was a really stand-out dress: flowy fabric, quite beautiful and very elegant. It felt like something a princess would wear on a tour. My only gripe was that it was a bit baggy in the bust and shoulders (even though I wore the smaller size) and that the fabric is a bit stifling (really traps heat) since it’s polyester. However it was very nicely lined (I wore nude undergarments anyway though), pairs well with pearl jewelry and a tan. Overall would order again.

Dress itself was great! I'm always happy to fit into the smaller size too. It was super comfy for family pictures and very flattering. Larger size had lipstick stains on it so am very glad I didn't need to wear. Seems like RTR is spending less time on sending clean dresses as my back up dress also came to me super stained. I've learned my lesson to not rent light colored dresses from them anymore.

Didn't realize the cape back until after I ordered. And the middle of the dress laid awkwardly. Not for me
