I love everything Clu makes. Very beautiful and different. Please note the top of the dress is like a nice t-shirt material so that makes it a little more casual.

I thought I would try a more daring modern look than my usual classic conservative style but instead I felt like I was wearing the kitchen curtains! I wore it out to dinner anyway and got some definite sideways looks from friends and strangers. I thought about sizing down to see if the problem was just too much fabric but ultimately decided to try a different dress.

Wore this dress to work in the summer and liked it a lot more than I expected. The top is a stretchy fabric and the bottom is loose and flowy. It seems like the type of dress that can be worn with heels to be a little fancier but I dressed it down with sneakers.

The fit runs a little large and probably could have used a medium instead of large especially because of the cut. The hemline is very unique and is super flowy. I will rent again !

This is a trapeze dress. Luckily I love oversized clothes. Usually asymmetric hems drive me crazy but I found this one flattering, maybe due to the length. The top is like a stretchy jersey T-shirt and the body is lined. The outer fabric is slightly shiny and the large print is... a statement. Someone with a micro-bio degree told me it looks like a virus. I like it though! Very easy to wear all day.

You can't tell in pictures but the white color is actually a light metallic silver. The fabric is very high-quality and light, it is not see-through. I was worried that it wouldn't fit in my chest so I got a size bigger but it was almost too big.

I normally order XL in letter sizes just because you never quite know what that means in terms of number sizes... I wear a 14/16 normally. After reading the reviews I ordered a L and it fit perfect, any smaller and it would have been too tight around the chest (D-DD) but if you don't have a big chest you could probably go down to a M. At first, I wasn't a super fan of the dress, not the cutest on, kind of has a mumu vibe but it grew on me, especially when I added heels. It is very roomy and comfortable for sitting at a desk all day and work appropriate. It's a good length if you're taller too, hits right below the knee cap which helps it not look too informal/mumu like. Overall would suggest but not in love with it.

The shoulder seams came at least two inches down my arms, making the top of the dress feel very baggy. The print in the skirt looked good and I did get a compliment from an associate.

I wore this twice and liked it less and less with every hour. The top black part was like a super heavy tee-shirt material. The bottom black and white patterned part was a material that wrinkles really easily. Under this there is a liner that only serves to trap heat. This dress was awful.

I ordered my regular size, and the fit was perfect. The description says that its asymmetrical, but I found that the hem was even all around. The bodice is a ponte knit that gives it a bit of structure and body. The skirt of the dress is a flowy fabric in light gray with black print and the dress is lined. The length is longish but still versatile enough to wear with heels, flats, or a cute pair of sneakers. It's lined and its lightweight - I wore it all day long for entertaining visitors, going out and about in 70-degree weather, and then and then going out to dinner. I'm looking forward to wearing it at my next all day board meeting.

I rented for my first day in a new job, a senior role in a creative field, and it was perfect; covered and polished but the delicate, floaty skirt made it feel elegant and feminine. Loved the asymmetrical hemline, and in fact just bought it in a smaller size after watching and waiting. Works in three seasons, depending on the weather and can be dressed up or down. Fabulous!

I end up wearing this on Sunday for my mother's day dinner. It's a very lovely dress - I wore it since the morning and the dress held up nicely. It covers my mommy pouch perfectly. Even I am 5'2, the dress was not overwhelming. It is a nice step-up from a very casual summer dress. I think this dress will be perfect for travel. Def will rent it again this summer month!

I rented the size available, which was slightly large. But comfy and pretty. The neck is a tight crew. The sleeves fell above my elbows.

Top black solid fabric was heavy. Actually pushed down on the chest giving me an odd shape, event with my best support bra. Bottom part was so light and wrinkled easily. Looked odd on me being only 5 ft 2.

I got a lot of compliments on this dress! It was very comfy and the print/cut made for something a little different. I sized down and was glad I did!

The top fits like a t-shirt. I normally tend to wear M/L because I have broad shoulders. I opted for a M. It fit well, I could have probably even worn a small. Super cute, comfortable and perfect for the office.

Sooo many compliments today! The fabric is very flowy and silky. I thought it might look like a moo moo but it is actually flattering. I plan to hang on to it a bit longer so I can wear it to an outdoor picnic party this weekend and then teaching a day-long workshop next week. It's that versatile! Note: it's more of a shimmery silver-gray than white background. Loved this dress!

This was big on me. I could have gotten a large instead.

I thought it would be stark white, it was not... more of a silvery grey, but once I got over that it was a cool dress. Comfy and with a slight edge. It was too big, but I wore it anyway. Next time I'd get a size smaller.

Great for work because of the longer length. My only complaint is that the material wrinkles easily so it's helpful to have a steamer and is likely better if you won't be sitting all day.

Definitely a "different" style of dress. Foremost, I'm nearly 7 mo. pregnant and I sized up in this dress from my normal pre-pregnancy size - I absolutely did NOT need to, as it runs huge everywhere! Very comfortable and flowy. I wore it with strapped high heels to dress it up a bit for work. Some additional notes: the black part of the dress is almost like a sweatshirt material and the white is almost silvery. It does also wrinkle fairly easily. Shortest part of the dress hit me just about the knees, similar to the model in the photo.

Great maternity dress, I wore this 9 months pregnant. Didnt love that the color wasn't white, but it worked for what I needed!

Wore with one end knotted to let the black slip underneath show. Wore with simple black sling back sandals, as shown with RTR model. Pros: This dress was meant for comfort. Cons: The dress and print overwhelmed my frame and my husband commented that the dress was wearing me vs. me wearing it. I still wore it but rolled up sleeves to look more like cap sleeves and create dimension on my frame.

Pretty dress. Lovely material.

This was not one of my favorites. The black and white fabric is beautiful but the sleeves are long and under the arms is large. I would suggest going down a size.
