The pic doesn’t do it justice. Was very flattering- I read the reviews so knew to size up and I did so it was perfect. I wore once to a dinner in Turks then for work one day on my return.

I wore with white pants. It worked out perfectly.

Loved this dress. It is fitted but not too tight. Runs TTS but if you’re between sizes or have a larger chest, I suggest sizing up. Also a bit short when sitting.

I sized up as per the reviews but it was too big on the waist. The dress form is meant to be fitted. It was just ok, but I may try again in a smaller size.

Pictures are very deceiving with this dress. First, it’s one of the best items I’ve ever rented from RTR. Unbelievably sexy for what I intended to be a casual summer work dress. Second, It is very fitted and hugs your curves. I sized up as others suggested and it was still pretty tight. If I wanted any shot at wearing this in a professional setting I’d need to go up in size again. Last, it is short! The bottom button hit right at my underwear. Don’t rent this for work but maybe a hot date on a sail boat!

I will always dress for the occasion 👔 Love this dress. The ruching at the center is slimming. My only negative - the dress rides up (I was wearing shaper- could be the culprit) I do not like having to adjust myself and I did that a lot, pull and tug. Still great though!!!

As others have noted, this is very cute and flattering, but tough office material if that’s your plan for it. I made it work with a sweater on top, but it’s definitely low cut and short. Great for date night or out with friends.

Very cute but def size up. The way the buttons are can be odd when seated so you may want to wear undergarments just in case 😊

Comfortable and flattering fit. A tad short for work but I went with it!

I thought I had sufficiently sized up but was still too small. For context, I’m 5’9” and 135 lbs - typically a size 4. If you have any sort of hips or butt, you need to size up more

This dress was super cute but too short for work. The lowest button was too high up the dress, just above my crotch. I had to bring a sweater with me to every meeting and wear it on my lap😬 This size was also very tight, would size up next time. Loved the fabric though!

I’m a pretty standard 4 and this was tight overall and especially in the butt. The slit is pretty high so I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it out.

I’ll definitely try to rent again but with a larger size! Way too tight and short

Only issue is that it is a little short and I am only 5'5".

Got TTS and was very comfortable, flattering and comfortable for a work trip in Hawaii.

Could have been a little more fitted if I ordered the 46. The 48 was comfortable but not as flattering. I was so so nervous about it being a tight fit I probably overdid it with the sizing up.

the tapered waist with stripes is very flattering. The slit up the front is fairly high, especially when sitting.

Great fit and the cut is very flattering. The top cut is a bit low for work so I had to wear something over my bra (and a pair of shorts under). Overall I loved it!

Body hugging, very flattering. Casual but with an attention to curves. Cinches at waist, highlights your hips and legs. Love it.

I have to size up in Callas but I really liked this shirt dress for work. It was cute, easy and flattering. Looked good with heels or sneakers.

Great on a hot day, I just rolled up the sleeves. It wasn't too tight.

Super cute. Lots of compliments! You’ll need some fashion tape to keep the gaps between buttons closed because the waist area is smaller than the usual size. You may also want to use fashion tape to close the slit after the bottom button - otherwise, the dress opens very high on your thighs.

I don‘t know why but I got MORE compliments in this outfit than in anything else! It‘s sown beautifully where it really hugs the body in the mid section and is SUPER flattering. Not just any button down shirt dress!

Was too short for a dress, but I put white shorts and a white top on and have that over it to wear in the Hamptons and it looked really cute

Cool and Comfortable

Really cute, a little bit too low to wear for work, and too hot the week I had it to wear casually.

Beautifully constructed, just short for my taste. Really stands out as a well made dress despite being a common print. I wore it with short shorts under.

Arrived NWT and when I first tried on I was obsessed: a shirt dress so far from frumpy/boxy it actually hugged my curves without being tight. And the bottom button hits just high enough… almost too high for the office! One more nitpicky thing is that it was a bit wide in the shoulders and the collar kind of splayed out, making the top kinda big overall. I found myself adjusting it a lot. But the pros far outweighed the cons. I’d rent it again.

Wore this more than expected. Dressed up... dressed down and always felt put together.
