The dress fit me big but still worked beautifully. Lots of compliments. I wore 3.25" inch heals and hem rested on the floor. The belt moved quite a bit. I would recommend using dress tape to keep it flat and in place all night. I would've ordered one size smaller but it wasn't available. I would rent this dress again. This is a classy dress and very comfortable.

The most beautifully made dress I've ever worn. The fabric and fit were perfect. Rented for a debutante ball and it was just the right amount of formal and modest. I will definitely be checking out more Carlos Miele in the future.

This dress was beautiful in person! The fabric is really elegant and the back cutout detail made the dress really unique! I also loved the way the belt cinched my waist. I wore the 36R and it was slightly big on me; however,I would still size up in your backup size because this dress as no stretch! I wore this gown with the Yours to Keep Emerald Earrings to add a great pop of color!

Loved the length, color, and sophistication of this dress. The self-fabric sash was very pretty. I did have a little bit of difficulty "hiding" the top of my Spanx because they had to sit at the right place on my hips because the opening in the back is larger than it appears on the model, but other than that it is a very flattering and forgiving fabric. The back opening was probably an 8" triangle instead of 4" as it appears on the model, but I could still wear a normal bra. Definitely true to size. I wore a Bauble Bar necklace with it, and it was perfect. Definitely need some sort of statement necklace, because otherwise the front is fairly plain.

Loved the dress. The material and the style was beautiful. I ordered a 42 & 44. I wish I would have ordered a size down (40) as it was a little big and the belt wasn't included with the order so maybe this would have made it better. However I wore and loved the dress and received plenty of compliments. Can't wait to rent another dress.

I'm usually an 8 or 10. 5'10 160# with super long legs. With 3" heels this dress was the perfect length. The top was very large on me but it comes with a bow to tie around that can adjust and easily hide mistakes. I felt like I sized down and still could have gone to a 40. Can wear with a regular bra. It also has an open triangle in the small of the back for a little extra detail. The wedding was in super humid/hot eastern KS and the fabric was great for an outdoor reception!

I'm typically a size 6 in everything I wear but this was a little bit loose in natural waist so it didn't drape as much as I would have liked on top. I wish I would have done the backup size in a 4 vs. the 8 to see if is would have draped more by catching more at the waist. I also had a difficult time finding a good bra because the opening in the back was larger than I expected and non of my strapless bras worked. . I'm 5'6 and the 3 in heel I wore made it the perfect length.

the dress was not sent with the belt but it looked great without it. Even though I got the long, being 5' 10" sill meant I couldn't wear heels

Dress was perfect for a formal affair. It is very sophisticated and the back is a little playful with the cutout. You absolutely can not wear a bra with this dress as the cut out is much larger than it looks like in the picture. I did wear spanks that came up to my waist and didnt have a problem hiding them.

I rented this as my back up dress for a formal ball. The dress details and fabric are beautiful. The cut out in the back is larger than shown on the model. I should have sized down for a better fit. Also, the dress did not arrive with the belt so I could not wear. This dress can not be worn with hign waist spanx because of the back cut out and you need to be careful of your bra as well. The cut out was open above my bra strap to the top of my undies (bikini not granny). I am a size 6, 134 pounds and 5'6" tall. Regular build with 34C/D top. This dress would be flattering with the correct undergarments and the belt. Happy shopping!!

Just too big! Would've loved the 2.

This was my back up dress so I did not wear it to my event. When I tried it on it was too big overall, mostly in the top. The color is nice, but the rest of the dress is kind of blah. The dress came with some heavy creases, so plan time to iron/steam before you wear it.

I'm sure this dress is beautiful on someone, but not me. The material was very nice, however, it resembled a draped sheet :(

Ordered my usual size, four, and the dress swallowed me. To put in context, I usually order a 4 & 6, and the 4 was too big!
