Pro- Beautiful Dress, Great Quality, Easy to Wear Cons- Bra not really a manageable option, which is okay because the fabric is thick, but be aware that the straps are long. Some Fashion tape would have gone a long way to making me feel like I didn't have to stay straight backed all night.

The dress was the perfect maxi dress to wear on my honeymoon. It was super comfortable to wear for dinner on my cruise. It was flowy and flattering and my husband loved it too! My only issue was that since you cannot wear a bra with the dress, I had to pin back the straps a little bit.

The fit was true to size for me, I ordered a 2 for a backup but opted to wear the 4. I could have worn the 2 as well though. It is very flattering and I imagine it would be great on many body types. The only thing I suggest is if you have anything larger going on up top (which I do not) to use fashion tape. I imagine that fuller busted ladies would need that. I had no problem though. Also, the length for me was just long enough to wear heels. If you are much taller than 5'5'', you might want to get the longer size. Definitely rent it! It is really beautiful, classy, and flattering!

This dress was very lovely and fit perfectly... I would suggest this dress for a fall or winter event only because it was a lot of heavier than I thought it would be. Otherwise I loved the dress and the ability to have different sizes to try was a great plus.

This dress fit me perfectly! Definitely size up if you are bustier. This dress is great to be dressed up or worn casual! I wore it with sandals but if I wore heels I would definitely need the longer length! Gorgeous print, love the twisted straps and flowing fabric in the back!

I have rented many dresses from RTR and this one takes the cake!!. I rented it for a 4th of July party and the colors were perfect. The dress flowed beautifully with the beach breeze and was so elegant. It's a total knock-out, no one else will even come close to you

This dress is one of my favorites, mainly due to the fabric. But, since there is no zipper and they use elastic around the bust area, it is very forgiving. The maxi aspect is also very flattering to the figure.

I loved this dress. It came the day before my prom and I was worried about the fit, but it was absolutely perfect. The length and everything was great! I wear about a 34c for a bra size, and this dress seemed a little loose in the chest area, but besides that it was amazing! It looks exactly like in the picture, the coloring is no different in person.

I loved this dress so much when I was trying on dresses for my sister's wedding that I had to find an occasion to rent it for, so when I needed something to wear to my cousin's wedding I made sure to rent this one. I wanted this dress so badly that I risked same day shipping since it wasn't available the day before. The dress arrived around noon to my hotel and I was (relieved I had something to wear and) over-the-moon with my choice. The dress is great and perfect for an outdoor wedding. If you're looking for something that will set you apart, look no further than this Carlos Miele. I got so many compliments and no one was wearing anything remotely similar, which can be a concern when you opt for something more traditional. The material is beautiful and, at 5'8", I was able to wear the regular with flats. The only issue I had with the dress was that it seemed like the straps were loose from being over-worn. I would recommend some fashion tape to make sure you don't have to keep adjusting throughout the night. I didn't have a wardrobe malfunction, but it was a concern! That being said, I loved wearing the dress and I was very sad to have to send it back.

This dress was great for a beach wedding in October. Almost everyone I encountered commented on how beautiful it was. A complete stranger approached me at the reception and asked me how it felt to be the most gorgeous woman in the room. (I am assuming the dress had something to do with it, along with the fact that the man was well intoxicated!) Nevertheless, the dress is a stunner. I give it 4 stars because both of the dresses I received (34R and 36R) had imperfections in the delicate fabric, obviously caused by previous wearings. Luckily, the print camouflaged these imperfections well enough that I could live with it. I could have worn either size, but prefered the fit in the back on the 36R, as well as the fabric print. The dress was very comfortable and easily worn throughout the night.

I loved the dress and the unique look - it def stood a part from the other dresses from the black tie wedding I attended plus it photographs well. The only reason for 4 stars was the strap kept falling and I had a hard time securing fashion tape in the chest to make sure there wasn't any wardrobe malfunctions. But overall other than having to fuss with the dress a little, I felt gorgeous in it!

This was a stunning dress for a formal summer wedding. I ordered the long becasue I am very tall, but it fit like a glove and seemed as it was made JUST for me!

I wore a 42R to my cousin's wedding -- so glad I did! I typically wear a size 10 shirt and size 12 pants. This dress drapes so nicely I recommend going with your shirt size -- your hips will give you gentle curves. I did have a little trouble with the straps; they were too long. I am 5'4'' so I had to clip the straps together in the back to bring the front up enough for decency. :-)

Got this dress as a back up when another one didn't have the 2 sizes that I needed. I ended up wearing it for a more casual party the night before a wedding. Liked the dress but wasn't crazy about the fit. The fit and pattern combination didn't do a lot for my figure. Didn't love the dress but it was fun and something different!

I picked up my gown in the store and was given a size 38 which the salesperson explained is equivalent to a size 0 (it's actually a size 6). I was in a rush and didn't realize what was being said so by the time I got to my affair and put the gown on, the straps were way too big. I had to use fabric tape to shorten them. This helped, but the straps fell down a few times throughout the evening. I did however get several compliments on the gown.

This dress is gorgeous. The fabric is stunning and the cut is very flattering for those of us with more junk in the trunk. But I'm a busty girl, 34D, and I had to seriously wrangle my girls with a nu-bra and an enormous amount of double-sided "Hollywood Tape." I was paranoid I was going to fall out of my dress all night. Also, I have a really short torso (I always need to get straps shortened) and there was no way for me to do that with this dress, because the straps are braided and can't be changed. I ended up tucking them under and clipping them (didn't want to pin because the fabric is delicate silk) and I was messing with them all night. I am 5'3" and the dress length was perfect with 3" black heels.

under bust was elastic and no zippers so it was a very easy fit. I had to secure and shorten straps slightly with a safety pin, they were a bit too long for my upper torso.

Really great dress - no cons for me. Flowy, easy to dance in. Color really pops - I got a lot of compliments on the blue. I found nothing wrong with it, it's perfect for a wedding or party that is outside or somewhere hot.

This dress was so comfortable to dance and eat in. The braided straps and top portion were very sexy and classy. I had to use fashion tape to keep my chest covered. This won't work with a regular strapless bra because the strap will be exposed in the back.

Great fit, I didn't even really need the fashion tape (but I used it anyway). Flowy and gorgeous. I should have gotten the long version because the R was too short for the heels I wanted to wear. I ended up wearing strappy 1 1/2 inch heels instead of the 4 inch heels I had planned to wear with this dress!

I wore this to my HS reunion and received tons of compliments.The straps bothered me a bit because they were a bit too long however I got used to them during the evening. The dress ran a bit big in some areas for me but was very comfortable! Would rent again.

It is very low cut, so I couldn't find a bra that would work with it. As I am a 34D I wasn't thrilled with going braless, but it looked ok. I think it would be be a bit more flattering on a smaller chested woman. Having said that it felt great on and very comfortable. I enjoyed wearing it!

This dress definitely shows off the décolletage. Since I am not very busty, I felt as though my girls were prone to make an appearance all night. (Thankfully wearing pasties prevented some unnecessary immodesty). Definitely consider some double-sided tape or using safety-pins to shorten the straps (they are not adjustable). The fabric is also not stretchy (sheer with solid overlay underneath), but still very light-weight and comfortable. Works well with high heels!

I loved the colors and really wanted to wear this to my senior prom, but the fit did not really do anything for me. It was not very fitted at all so it did not hang well on me since I am pretty short.

Loved the pattern and the flow of this dress. Would have totally worn it to a small party with friends, but thought it was too busty and revealing (in bust area) for my more formal event.

I ordered the size 40 and 42. The 42 fit but it was noticeably damaged and dirty. There was a stain on the interior left breast and the bottom was torn. Although it appeared as though a repair to the torn dress was attempted, the damage was so obvious that it could not be worn. I wore one of my own dresses instead and thankfully, Rent the Runway refunded my rental charge in full.
