Very pretty dress, perfect length for shorter girls, and good size for girls with larger chests.
RTR sent me this dress the day of the event after the two original dresses I ordered did not fit. The stylist suggested this dress because I needed a dress that fits my 36DD bra size. The 42R fit, but it was a little tight, I probably cold have worn the 44R. The dress is comfortable but it forces you to sit up straight and the zipper is a little difficult to close. The length is perfect, I wore 4" heels and the dress did not drag on the floor. I recommend this dress, it is simple but flattering.

I rented the 42R also and am glad I did not have to wear it because it was missing beads on the shoulder, as it had been worn before. I would have been disappointed if I would have had to wear that size. The 44R had never been worn before, so it was perfect.
This dress ran a little big on me because I am between sizes, so the 42R was too small, making the 44R slightly too big. However, it wasn't that bad. This is a beautiful, beautiful dress. You can't go wrong with black. You also can't go wrong with this fit. It's comfortable and classy at the same time! The detail on the shoulder and down the side of the dress is beautiful!

This dress is so ultra flattering on a curvy body. I am large chested and it fit perfectly. I ended up not wearing this as it was just a bit to formal. I can honestly say that I don't know that another dress has ever been so flattering on. The ruching in the front and back were fantastic. I wish I owned this dress :)

This gown was lovely and elegant. I am between a 6 and an 8 usually and I wore the smaller size, and it was a little big in the bust (I'm a 36B). It was a teeny bit wrinkly but the fabric gathers nicely so you can't even tell. I wore this to a black tie gallery opening at a museum in New York. It was a hit and I got lots of compliments.

Nice style but the satin looks flimsy; almost like a Halloween costume.

This is such an elegant dress with unusual details that set it apart from other black dresses. I recently wore this gown to a black tie wedding in Manhattan and got lots of compliments. I'm just shy of 5'9" and weigh 128lbs with a 32D chest, and the 38L (size 4L equivalent) fit perfectly. (I'm usually a 4-6 in dress sizes.) You'll need a steamer to get out the wrinkles from shipping, since the dress is silk. Also, it's hard to see in the pictures, but there is a panel of chiffon that runs down the side--another unusual, elegant detail. I loved wearing this dress and will definitely use RTR again in the future!
