This was maybe my favorite dress I have ever worn! It looked and felt amazing and I got a TON of compliments on it! The color was so great in real life and the sheer back is amazing. I wore this to a black tie gala with nude pumps and simple drop earrings. Both sizes that I ordered fit, but I ended up going with the larger size because it hung a little prettier in the larger size. I would definitely recommend Spanx, as it is pretty clingy, as well as a sticky bra (sheer back). Overall- I LOVE, love, love this dress.

This dress is awesome! The back is sheer so it lends a bit of sexiness to the dress. My big concern was of course the length, as I'm only 5'1". I wore 3.5" heels with the dress and it was still too long but I was able just to safety pin it up without too much problem. I wore it to a black tie optional wedding and loved that it had such a fun color!

This site made going to a formal wedding the easiest process! The dress was perfectly pressed upon arrival and sending it back could not have been easier! I received so many compliments in a sea of black and navy dresses. Thank you RTR fr making my night!

I tried this on at the Rent the Runway NYC showroom. It fit like a glove and I have to say, I felt pretty fabulous in it!

As most reviews claim, the arm holes are a bit small, so keep that in mind, but definitely don't let it stop you from renting this. I think other people may have stretched out the arms over time, but they really were not bad for me at all. Also, the dress is shorter than expected. Per the other reviews I wore it with flats and it was right at the ground. That said,I wish I would have worn small heels because as the night went on, it stretched out a bit and was a little longer than I would have liked. These are just minor details. The color is divine, the fit is perfect to accentuate curves, and it's just beyond comfortable. Definitely my favorite rental to date!!

I wore this dress to my law school's barrister ball and it was perfect! It was the perfect mix of appropriate and sexy. It fit like a glove and the color popped! I only wish the sheer panel in the back was more sheer - but that's just my preference for a more bare looking back. I wore this dress with a skinny orange belt, pink shoes, and a pink lace mask (it was a masquerade ball). It was a bold dress that really stood out in a sea of black and grey. Plus, the soft slinky material made it feel like I was in pj's all night instead of formal wear. The dress was perfect and I was receiving compliments for weeks after the event.

I loved this dress! The color is beautiful and vibrant and I loved that the back is sheer at the top. This dress does run a little short, the regular length hit right at my ankles in flats. This dress is very stretchy; however, it does run a little small so I would size up in back up. I would also recommend SPANX because the material is clingy.

This dress was form fitting and beautiful! It is true to size, the only down side was the length, as I am 5'7 + with heels, so the dress hit just at the ankle to show off the shoe. My only wish was that it was floor length, like photographed.

This dress was absolutely perfect. Plan to wear flats with it, and look for bra-tape or petal pasties to wear (it clings to you and a bra would show through the sheer back), and you'll be all set! It was gorgeous, comfy (stretchy), and since it's just long enough to wear flats, I was able to run around and dance all night comfortably!

Chic, simple, and effortlessly sexy, this dress is a perfect alternative to run of the mill black tie. I agree with other reviewers that it's form fitting and doesn't allow for much in the way of undergarments (I went with a seamless thong on the bottom and nothing on top) so I paired it with a big chunky necklace to break up the lines and take focus off my chest. Oh, also the color is definitely more orange than coral but try it on before you get scared off by the brightness.

I wore this to a formal event that was both work and social, so I wanted to look good without being too revealing. This dress was PERFECT. I'm normally a 0/2, and the 0 was too small (particularly in the arms as people have noted). The 2 fit perfectly and the dress was a true standout. The clingy fabric and sheer back make undergarments difficult. Just be aware. Ultimately - beautiful. Wish I could have kept it!

Only complaint was it is hard to find the right undergarments to wear. The back is completely sheer so you need an adhesive bra unless you want straps to show. Also, it is not ideal to wear spanks with this dress because every line shows through. Otherwise absolutely gorgeous dress and is very easy to accessorize! Loved it

This dress is beautiful but unfortunately I wasn't able to wear it to my event. As one reviewer already mentioned, the arm holes are tight. The rest of the dress fit perfectly, but it pinched my arms awkwardly and I would've been too uncomfortable (not to mention self conscious -- no one likes weird arm flab!) to wear it. Outside of the tight fit around the arms, the rest of the dress was very comfortable. The length with 4" heels would not have been an issue (I'm 5'3" so long dresses can sometimes get tricky). One thing future renters might want to note -- it would be difficult to wear Spanx with this dress. The back has a sheer panel from the neck to the natural waist, so you wouldn't be able to pull them up super high without having them show. Only the 0R was available when I ordered so I'm not sure if I would've had a similar arm hole problem with the 2R, but the dress was great looking so I'd be willing to try again. RTR customer service was stellar and messengered me another dress as a back up. Thanks RTR!

I rented this for a formal wedding, I loved the color and the cut is very chic and modern. The material on the back panel is sheer though (from the neck down to about lower back), so I ended up wearing an adhesive bra. I suppose you could wear a regular bra, but the straps will definitely be visible in the back and I thought it looked a little tacky. Overall, it looked great with some gold accessories.

This dress is stunning in person and fit like a glove however I'm 5'9" and the dress was a good 6 inches too short for me to pull off. Because it does not come with an optional long size if you're on the tall side and generally require a longer fit I'd recommend renting something else.

First of all, this dress is beautiful. The color is true to the picture and the fabric was very comfortable, and the sheer back was super cute. However, it definitely runs small and, for me, it was much too short. I needed at least another 5 inches for it to reach the ground, and another 4 to wear it with heels. I got a medium which I thought would fit, but it was still very tight. I felt very uncomfortable in this dress because it showed my stomach, love handles, and butt through the dress. Everything I wanted hidden was sticking out. I think it would have looked better if I got a 4L. (only the MR was available at the time I needed it—this was a second option as my first dress had been double booked) I'm sure I would have been happy with the dress if I got my size, unfortunately, I could not due to factors out of my control.

i was slightly underwhelmed by this dress...it was a little short (regular at 5'6") and i had expected the sheer back to be more of a statement but it really isn't too sheer...the color is nice, more orangey-red, but i felt like it was pretty simple...to be expected by calvin klein i guess! i wore the backup dress.

I rented this dress to wear to a wedding and unfortunately, I wasn't able to. The arm hole openings are extremely small. By no means are my arms large, and I was able to get them threw, just not comfortably and it didn't look good.
