This is a great, goes with everything shirt. It is full in the front, and cinched with a front belt. I liked this shirt, but I could have sized down due to the fullness. There is a lot of fabric to pull in. Sleeves were a perfect length. I would wear this again.

Perfect fit- TTS! Very flattering. I had to iron it, but that's the nature of the material. Only con is it's a little see through.

I went up a size as that was what was available and the self tie made it so that it looked like it fit normally. Very flattering/forgiving and professional enough for work but relaxed enough to wear on the weekend as well.

Fits well, the tie is nice so you can fit it to your body. But it does not stay crisp, it gets wrinkly easily.

I loved this shirt and I normally wear a 6 so I got it in a 6. Everything fit fine but it was so tight in my arms.

I loved the look and style. It was a great upgrade to a normal white button up and not too hot in the warm Florida weather. My only complaint is that it wrinkles so easily. It really needs to be starched. I steamed everything out and it was wrinkled the next minute. It's supposed to look crisp and clean but I looked like a wrinkly mess all day.
