I did wear the shorts walking around NYC one day. However the cuffs do not stay up. I had to iron them and double stick tape the whole cuff to make it stay up. Sadly I couldn't iron the cuffs flats as they are sewed to fold up on the sides. The material is very light perhaps that's why they don't stay folded up. With the tape and ironing they did work and looked very nice in the end. I will not rent again as that was simply too much work. I'm 5'5" 150l bs & wore the 14UK

Rented the UK 10/ US 6 size and was swimming in this. Earlier this summer rented a different pair of shorts from the same brand and adored them. I felt absolutely matronly in these - these felt very long and oversized. The rainbow tie was cute, but will not rent these again.
