Not a flattering fit. Way too tight if you have big boobs and weird thing happening where the pockets poked out.

Lightweight, but substantive, this cutie got lots of compliments in the office. It was comfortable and perfect for spring/ summer. The pockets are fun and practical and the print is a nice contrasts to what almost feels like a regular button up shirt. I'd definitely rent again and may even buy. I'm pear shaped and this let me size down, but I'd say it's pretty true to size.

Really liked this dress! At 5'2 I don't have much of a torso so the pockets don't hit at the hip as intended. This ended up creating a second hip, but when I stood up very straight it was less noticeable, so longer torso people will love it!

It's a cute dress! Size down, the waist runs huge! Pockets are cute, cut is unique.

I usually wear a 4 but this 2 was perfect! Fitted through waist and but not snug at all...such a cute concept for a dress...looks casual but still work appropriate! The sleeves were short on me so I just unbuttoned them and rolled them up. Basically this is a take on a tailored work shirt turned dress. LOVED!

I love this so much on all the other reviewers and was excited to get it because I love a good shirtdress and this looks so fresh and springy. This was so staggeringly unflattering and ill-fitting on my figure! What a bummer. I'd watch out if you have a full chest and a short waist. The fabric and the style are both really lovely, though, if you don't have these fit concerns.

The fabric is thicker on the top than I expected. But the perfect dress for a warm day when the office ac is on high. The stripes are actually 3 different colors. Dark red navy then blue in a different part. Effect is very pretty and interesting. Very comfortable.

This dress was everything. I looked good, I felt even better. Will def rent this again. It runs true to size if you don't like fitted. Just amazing!

Rented this for everyday/business casual. It was long enough on me to wear to work with no issues, and it did not wrinkle as easily as I expected. The material is pretty stiff and on me combined with the pockets that meant the fit around the hips was a little boxy. It might have looked better belted but I didn't have the right belt. Overall I thought it looked much nicer than the retail price would suggest.

The sleeves do run awkwardly short. I cuffed them up a bit and they looked fine. Otherwise, the fit was great! Easy length and comfortable for work but interesting for other occasions.

Well, it's a classic case of a garment looking better on the hanger than on my body. It's quality garment. Good material, but I am on the curvier side, I felt like I was wearing a hotel maid uniform. The sleeves were way too short so I had to roll them. Better suited for small frames, less curves.

I liked the concept of this dress, but the fit was all wrong for a tall curvy woman. It was too tight at the chest and not tight enough around the hips. I also thought the dress flared weirdly at the bottom.

It looks cooler on the model. Made me look too frumpy. I didn't end up wearing this one.

This was cute and I did receive compliments but I was uncomfortable all day. It was a windy day and I was constantly concerned that my butt was going to show. The flouncy skirt was getting picked up by the slightest breeze. Despite being a size 14, it was tight up top, particularly in the armpit and breast area (though I was surprised the buttons didn't gap). Raising one's arms would not be an option due to tightness there and the dress' length. The sleeves are a weird length. Not long enough to be normal and not short enough to be 3/4. So I wore them rolled up.

Did not get to wear small in the chest area large in the waist. Poor fit
