I love this preppy by Current/Elliott! Running true to size with no stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and going up for your back-up. This style is roomy throughout the midsection and loose at the hips. It works for all cup sizes. You are able to wear a standard bra with this dress. At 5'0", the length hit knee length on me. This was a cute dress, great for the Spring/Summer season. Pair with tennis shoes and a cute accessory to complete your outfit!

I liked this dress a lot. It is great quality! My dress was a tad bit too tight. I received a size 2 which is not my size. I am certain that I did not order a size 2 so I was confused when it arrived. But I still wore it lol... super cute and fun dress

Got this so I could wear it on a yacht party and also to work. Fabric is soft and breathable and super comfortable. As a short person, the length was just right. The belt has a double layer which made the overall look special

It's super on trend but also it actually fits! For a petite person, it has slits on the side to make it not too long, and the belt finches your waste.

It was a little big in the chest and arms. Also a little shorter in the front than I would've liked but very cute! The arm holes have a little fringe that I wasn't expecting but overall I loved it.

The arm holes are very large. I am normally a 2 and ordered the 1, and while I could make t"it work, it was definite big on me.

I normally wear a size 4/6 but this dress came in a size 2 and it was still a little big. loved the belt...it even took me awhile to realized the stripes were vertical and horizontal on the dress. I work it for a work event at a hot golf outing all day and it was perfect.

I've rented this twice now and have worn it on vacation in Paris, over the weekend as a casual day dress, and even to work a couple times. It's fun and summery, and the print definitely gives it something a little bit different. I did find it ran large, so I would recommend sizing down. I'm 5'3" and length was appropriate enough for work, but may start getting short for taller girls.

I loved this dress! I wore it a couple times. It's such a great office dress with flats and could easily been worn everyday with sandals or sneakers.

I bought this dress! It really worked for me! I received so many compliments when I wore this on casual night for my cruise! Everyone loved it and even people I didn't know were coming up to me asking where I bought my dress! It is casual and comfortable. I felt my body type perfectly and even if I lose those 10 pounds (I put on from the cruise lol) it will still fit thanks to the belt! LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress! It is a bit short but for me it worked perfect!

Didn't think I would be a size 1 (usually a 4 or 6 in dresses) but fit great!

I used other reviews and photos to make a decision about ordering. Would normally have tried the 2, but when I saw that people said it runs "huge" I went with the 1. So glad I did. I can't believe it actually fits my bust, which is normally an issue when dealing with a button-up front. There is zero pulling, and I didn't even need to use my fashion tape! Amazing! I have narrow hips, and I would think that if you are my size but quite curvy on the bottom, you may want to size up. The dress is cut a little narrower on the bottom which works well for me. I have a shorter toros/longer legs, relatively speaking, and the dress was not at all too short in the front or sides, and I dress modestly for work. The belt makes all the difference - it's really wide and you can spread it out so it's more flattering. I love love love this dress. Busty girls rejoice.

True to size

Loved getting to know this brand with rent the runway. Pretty much everything I've had from them I absolutely love the fit the style everything about it. This dress has a nice big sash and it didn't gape at the bust for me even at 34D. Slightly tight around the hips but definitely still fit fine. Really loved the color the brightness even the slight raw edge around the arm holes. overall would 100% rent this again.

This does run small, but it's so cute. Very fun for summer and would pair well with wedges or sneakers. I ordered a size up and it fit well overall. I still felt self-conscious when I sat down though.

I liked the style of it. Well made and perfect for summer. However it came up on the sides, making it too short to wear to work. In general, I felt like it was a little short on me....I actually felt like I was wearing a shirt but as a dress. I kept going to wear it for something and then changing out of it into something that made me feel more comfortable. I think it would probably look better on someone shorter (I'm 5'6" for reference).

Simple dress for summer. The fit wasn't quite right for me. The armholes were too big, so it gaped and you could see the sides of my bra, but I wouldn't have been able to size down because then I wouldn't have been able to button it over my chest. It worked enough that I wore it a handful of times. When the weather cooled a bit, it also worked with leggings.

Great for the beach, but the fit was honestly just okay. A lot of material and baggy.

My dress came without a belt as advertised on the image. That's the reason for the 4 star rating. Everything else was perfect. Lovely color. Nice fit. Very comfortable for summer heat. Perfect with a pair of sneakers or sandals

Length and color are great, the belt was a little odd and I just ended up tying in a bow. Chest area for well however the arm openings were big and I didn't like the stitching, it may have looked ok with a shirt underneath but it's hot in Texas. Dress was ok

I really liked this dress - it was perfect for work for me. However two things: 1// the armholes are LARGE - multiple times throughout the day I noticed my bra was quite visible and 2// the slits are prettty high when you sit down.. its long in the front and back so standing is fine, but when you sit most of your outer thigh is showing.

Very cute and got tons of compliments! The only thing is the sleeve openings gapped a little. It looked great with a denim jacket or cardigan. ***Side note: my car broke down while I was wearing this and I ended up standing on the side of the intersection to wait for a tow truck. MULTIPLE people stopped to compliment me on this dress (and offer help). It stopped traffic!

I'm actually going to buy it - it's so cute and comfortable but it didn't arrive with the belt of the same material. I just used a white belt but I hope they might find the missing belt and send it to me.

Dress overall is very cute and I received a lot of compliments. I paid with skinny black belt and black pumps for work on a casual-ish Friday. While dress length is fine, where panels meet in sides it significantly creeps upwards- resulting in ~2in. gap on either leg that's ~4in. higher than rest of hem. Not entirely too revealing but a little too peek-a-boo if you cross your legs. Overall do recommend, but maybe with flats.

I think I would have probably worn this dress, at least once, had I found a belt to go with it. There was none in the shipping bag, that I could find.
