Fit was perfect. Loved the swirl and light feel of the bottom combined with the leather top. Everyone LOVED it. I paired it with a Rebecca Taylor jacket to add a more polished vibe to it but took it off at night for a more flirty vibe. Cedric Charlier dresses are always worth the price.

The leather top was pretty tight so definitely make sure that the measurements are true to your size, I was lucky that it fit like a glove. Overall beautiful dress and the leather added an edge that made it different than the rest of the black dresses there.

I loved this dress - The fit was great on top - tight but in a good way, and the bottom was swingy and light. Wore out to dinner for fiance's birthday and it was perfect! Pair with strappy barely there sandals.

This dress is universally flattering! Fitted bodice + A-line skirt = instant hourglass. The corset-style leather bodice has plenty of stretch to accommodate larger busts--I needed to wear a strapless bra to fill it out (size 34C)--but also is supportive and thick enough to be worn braless. The top gives way to a gorgeous pleated silk skirt that was tea- length on my 5'5" frame. The modesty of the skirt tempers the sexiness of the bodice for a look that leaves a little something to the imagination. On top of that, the longer length is perfect for spotlighting a pair of killer heels: lace-up sandals in my case. I should also mention that the dress was super comfortable. The high waistline and full skirt accommodates full bellies post wining and dining (in my case, 24 pieces of sushi). I'd even recommend it to a newly expecting friend. Beyond that, the fabric is real silk so the dress feels breathable and light despite the leather bodice. I wore the dress out for a date night, but would be comfortable wearing this to fancier occasions like holiday parties, cocktail weddings or a bachelorette. It really can do it all!

A dramatic dress with a great leather bodice! I fell in love with the dress because of the adjustable strapless in the back. You do not need to wear a bra with this depending on how comfortable you feel or how big your bust size is. At 5'4 I would consider this a tea length dress on me since I am on the shorter side. I really liked the pleats on the skirt of this dress as well. You can complete this look with a pair of killer heels and sleek jewelry!

I wore this dress for engagement photos, and it was almost perfect. The movement of the skirt was amazing, and it was mostly really flattering. I was slightly uncomfortable in the bodice, which technically fit, but was still a little too big on me. I didn't wear a bra, but maybe that would have helped.I think the straps are just a little too long and kept slipping. The leather is definitely luxurious, and I had a great time wearing it.

I loved this dress. So beautiful with and edge. It was very tight around my chest. I was also concerned the whole night because there was so much cleavage. Overall great, but beware of you don't want the girls hanging out!

I wore this dress last night and couldn't wait to post my review. Simply sensational! A dream of a dress, with a vintage feel, luxurious textiles. Stops people in their tracks - I received compliments all night. It fits like a glove and is so flattering. (I'm a 32C and the sz 38 fit my chest and bodice perfectly ). The skirt is swingy and silky - gorgeous when you walk and perfect for dancing. It doesn't need jewelry or accessories bc it is perfect on its own in every way. I did not want to take it off. Rent this dress, and dance the night away!!

This is an amazing dress. I found that it ran true to size. The straps are long and make it a little love cut, but you can tweak that by pinning the straps (which I did). I didn't have any problems with it wrinkling- it's a pleated dress with sort of bias overlaps running diagonally so it has a unique look but it's pretty obvious that it's the style of the dress and not wrinkling. Loved. Highly recommend.

I normally wear a 2 sometimes a 0 depending on fit. I ordered a size 40 and it was big on the top. I would suggest a 38. I wore it anyways and it's a super fun dress. The bottom flows and moves as you walk. I would rent again in a smaller size :)

It's extremely well made with beautiful materials. It's gorgeous and sexy. I loved this dress. I have a small bust and I think this dress might be hard to wear if you have a large bust.

I danced tango in this and besides being a bit weirdly unbreathy in the bodice it was the most perfect, floaty thing. It moves and shimmers, and makes my tiny waist look tiny nd the rest of me look elegant. It's a little goth in person and LOW CUT. I also wore it to a bar and felt sexy and classic and pretty, in an unstuffy way. I LOVE it. Fit wise, I wear a 2 and things sometimes gap at my waist. This was tight at my natural waist but roomier higher up on the bodice. I had space in the cups so I wore a nubra (chicken cutlets), also some space under the arms. I get this, as its not stretchy it needs to accommodate different women. If I owned it I would have darts put in under the arms and shorten the straps. As it is though, it's nearly perfect. I feel SO lovely and fun in it.

The skirt is a great fabric and texture and contrasts nicely with the bodice. The only downside is the straps are not adjustable and I would have liked to have been able to shorten them a little bit.

Very pretty dress. I found it to run every so slightly large on the top (for a small busted person). It was an interesting mixture of racy and demure with the leather top and midi length pleated skirt.

i rented the 42 (supposedly the equivalent of a 4), and it was too big in the bust. other than that it was fine...seemed like it had been worn a few times, but still totally wearable. probably would have worked if i had gone down a size, but i found something i liked better anyway.

I am 5'5, currently 163 pounds, and I usually wear about a 10; I wear a 36DD bra. The 44 was far too big for me. I rented this for vacation, so I was really disappointed. I didn't fill out the top portion; very sad, because the stress was beautiful.

This was at one time a great dress, the leather up top was really nice- I was worried the leather might look cheap but it didn't- super wearable up top. However, the pleats of the dress I received were all pressed out of it so I could not wear it. And since the pleats were fairly permanent, you could still see them a bit so it just looked wrinkled at the bottom. I have unlimited so it wasn't a big deal I just returned but I would decommission this particular dress I received.
