Love this dress for work. Couple of things - the top is quite tight - and you can't wear a bra with straps as if shoes through the cut out detail. It's stretchy material so you want to be comfortable that it's going to be tight ! Really nice look though - I got some compliments!

The fabric is thick and warm with good stretch. It was a flattering cut for my figure. I especially liked where the waist hit and the detail on the skirt - no mommy tummy! The only down-side was the white looked a little gray from regular wear/cleaning in person.
