I am an apple shape build with broad shoulders and a broad ribcage. This problem makes finding cute career dresses next to impossible. This dress zipped without any problems. It has a little bit of stretch which helps get around my bust and ribcage but is not loose or baggy around the hips or rear. I am able to move my arms freely. It falls just above my knees. Highly recommend this to my broad ribcage and shoulder girls!

Ordered size 0 and 2, the 2 fit me better. The length is perfect. Great to wear to business meetings and to after hour work events. I received many compliments, will definitely rent again!

It was probably true to size but I lost some weight between the order and actual wearing of it. I could have done a 6, but the 8 had room so it was comfortable to wear at work and long enough. I got many compliments on the style, shape & leather detailing.

I wore this dress as my everyday professional wardrobe. When I pulled it out of the bag, I thought it was a little short, it wasn't! I am 5'5" and it hit above my knee. It actually made my legs look longer. It fits true to size and is a great choice for an hourglass shape as the leather accentuates the waist. This dress is also great for someone with a large chest, not tight. It is form fitting and I had to tug it down whenever I would stand up, but it was no biggie. The dress has a little stretch, which makes it very comfortable. it also does not wrinkle. The only odd thing was the opening under the arm area was a little weird, it was too wide and showed anything you may have pushed up on the side over your bra. It would not deter me from renting this dress. the cap sleeve is another plus for hourglass shapes, it has a slight shoulder pad which made my shoulders look a little wider than they are and balance out my hips a little.

Loved the length and fit. Expensive-looking details in the waist and arms/shoulders make this a great upgrade of a classic work dress. I loved the fabric; if had just enough stretch and hugged all the right places (and I have HIPS). As a pear shape I especially appreciated how this dress highlighted my waist and made my shoulders appear slightly larger than they are. It helped to balance out my bottom half.

Perfect fit, great dress for work or cocktail event. I'm usually in between an 8 and 10 and the 10 fit great.

This dress fit true to size for the cut. It was ever so slightly shorter than I would prefer for work, but I think that was just me. Especially paired with black tights and booties, it was work-appropriate. The sleeves had a structured puff to them, which would have gone better with a blazer for warmth, but I went with a basic basic Jcrew sweater. Definitely recommend for work or a dressy-ish cocktail hour!

I rented the 4 and 8 size (RTR was out of the 6 size.) The four was a little snug and the 8 was a tad big but I wanted to be comfortable so I went with the 8. The 6 probably would've fit perfectly. Loved the dress and got a lot of compliments!

I loved this dress - I'm tall and I thought it was just the right length for work. The sleeves are capped and make it a bit dressier, while the leather trim accentuates the waist while still being conservative. It's nothing standout - i would only wear it to work or something more casual and not super dressy. I should have worn a size 4, but they were out - this was a little baggy around the waist in a size 6.

I wore this for a work event and it felt on-trend but still professional.The material for this dress was nice and thick, but not so much that it made you hot. I have some hips, but the dress still worked and wasn't too tight around the tummy. The side panels are also awesome in that they accentuate curves.

A great dress for day or night! This style runs true to size and works great for any cup size. It can be worn with a standard bra. The fabric does not have any stretch. It can easily transition from work to play. Pair it with a leather jacket for a night on the town!

Really enjoyed wearing this dress for a day of meetings in Miami. Not exciting but nice details. Not the best pic but you can see the leather does show up. If it didn't have the leather detail, it would have been ho hum. The fit was perfect! Paired with nude heels For day and black at night.

Dress was in good condition, but was a tad short on me and wasn't very flattering in the midsection. There were some ripples in the fabric above the bust, so it didn't seem to fit my body correctly there either. Finally, the leather detailing wasn't really my style. I did size up to a 10 which was a good call per others' comments. Sent back without wearing.

This dress was so comfortable and long enough for work. Dresses are often a little shorter on me because I have a longer torso. The leather detail made this dress he perfect transition for desk to dinner or happy hour. Almost kept it!

I rented this for work as part of my unlimited and I still can't part ways with it, I've literally have been wearing it once a week. It's just so comfortable, trendy and work appropriate. I love how it slightly hugs my body but not in a body con kind of way. I truly love this dress.

I wore this for a work conference. It was just the right mix of attractive yet professional. I had changed midday from jeans and a top to this dress and my co-workers joked it was like superman changing in a phonebooth! I didn't do a single thing different to my hair and wore the same heels and instantly I looked professional and put together! It was very comfortable to wear and I didn't feel the need to wear a blazer with the cap sleeves. The faux leather insets gave the dress just a little bit of edge and interest. Very happy with this rental and wouldn't hesitate to rent again!

slight issue with getting the zipper to go up but once I managed to get it, no complaints. It's very comfortable.

Love the fit of this dress. Material is comfortable and forgiving. I have a very long torso so sometimes embellishments at the waist appear too high but this dress was cut perfectly. Will definitely be renting again in the fall.

Sadly I forgot to take a picture but I wore this for work that turned into date night. Size up for some extra space. I imagine the 4 would have been ok but not as comfortable. The black sides with the navy dress is so pretty. Definitely recommend!!!

This is an awesome dress but is very fitted. If you're a curvy girl order a size up or spanx will be necessary. I didn't end up wearing the 8 but I will def order again and size up.

Dress fits well and can easily be paired with a navy or black blazer which i paired with navy pumps Dress didn't rise up and didn't show to much leg when I sat down

This dress was so flattering. My arms a little big and the cut of the sleeves helps hide this. It also cinched my waist to create a slimming effect.
