After being unhappy with the first dress I bought for my senior prom, I insisted on going to Georgetown and seeing if Rent the Runway had any dresses I thought I could wear instead. I browsed for about 20 minutes and this beautiful gown hit me like a truck, I had to try it on. It was the first dress I tried on in the store I knew I couldn't leave without renting it. I looked angelic. I received the dress on the exact delivery day and it fit perfectly still. I wore my hair up and simple jewelry and I received compliments all night long. All the parents told me that I stood out from all the other girls there and I owe it to this dress.

This dress was so so beautiful, I couldn't have asked for anything better! This was my 4th rental and by far my favorite. It's a little more expensive than I would like to spend especially since I'm not keeping it, but boy was it worth every penny. It felt like I was wearing a gown that was worthy for any red carpet. I'm usually a 6 and ended up wearing a 6. Although the straps were a little long all I did was use some safety pins to shorten them up top and you couldn't even tell! Also huge plus that The length was perfect with 4inch heels! Don't hesitate rent this dress!!!!!!!!

My sister got married in Central Park in May. The dress could not have been more spectacular. If you have blue eyes, it will make them pop to their fullest. It was elegant, timeless and exactly what I was looking for. The detail was exquisite. Comfort is very important to me. Typically, I am hesitant to go for a more form fitted dress, but I am so happy I did. If you have more full hips, do not count this dress out. It was my favorite dress that I have ever worn and will accentuate your figure beautifully. I was getting stopped on the streets of New York by random strangers and by wedding guests constantly giving compliments on how beautiful the dress was. You won't be disappointed. Get your second free option a size up if you tend to have more curves just to make sure that you will have the right fit. I felt radiant.

Dress came on time around 6 pm Friday Fit like it was tailored for me Hemline was perfect length barefooted so I wore teeny tiny almost kitten heels to accommodate Only felt the slightest bit tight around the waist band when I was sitting, but extremely comfortable Usually a size 2/4 depending, but the 4R fit fine just needed the dress to be a bit longer for taller heels Now for the dress: This dress is a work of art. A lot of prom dresses are very flashy with large jewels and cutouts, and not my taste. I picked this dress because I was thinking when I pull out these pictures from my prom I don't want a cliche prom dress that everyone else was wearing variation of. This timeless piece earned me compliments like, "That dress is such a Maggie dress" "If I had to pick a dress I would want yours" "You look stunning" and many heart eyed emojis on my instagram picture. I felt so amazing in this dress, needless to say it was an all around winner!

This dress is truly timeless and remarkable. I felt sooo elegant and beautiful in it! It does run small so order a size up. 100% pleased with the product as well as customer service with RTR.

I originally ordered the Catherine Dean Patricia gown, but due to damage from a previous renter I could not have that dress. My stylist, Megan E, was the most helpful in every way possible through this whole experience. This was my first time renting with RTR and they notified me about 2 weeks before the wedding, so I nearly had a breakdown as I wasn't prepared for this to happen. RTR told me that I could rent any dress no matter what the cost as a replacement. The dress they had suggested me to wear was the Catherine Deane Aqua Amira Gown. This dress had just been added to their inventory and there weren't any reviews so I was a little unsure about it especially because it looks white on the website and I didn't want to wear a white gown to the wedding. I told Megan E that and she offered to send me a backup gown just in case, at no extra cost. So RTR sent me two different style dresses in two different sizes, 4 total dresses at no extra cost, now that is some exceptional customer service if you ask me. I loved both of the dresses so much I ended up wearing the backup for the rehearsal dinner and this one for the wedding. The dress was an absolute dream and I was in love with it. Everyone and I mean everyone at the wedding was raving about it asking me where I bought it. I was easily the best dressed guest at the wedding. The dress is not white at all, the underlay is light aqua blue as well as the lace. It was superb quality and the lace is so intricate and beautiful you will not be disappointed. I am 5'1 and had to wear my highest heels, 5 inch platforms, so that it would not drag on the ground. I rented a 4R and 6R and had to go with the 6R because of the bust area. I am a 34C and did not wear a bra since they had straps and cups built into the dress. The lace straps were a little loose on me so I used double sided tape and pulled the straps to make a draping look in the back.

It's slightly tight where the waist comes in, but actually has a lot of room through the hips (I usually have the opposite problem). The embroidery/lace sleeves/color are really nice in person; very feminine dress.

This dress is divine! From the elegant lace to the deep back, this dress is hands down the most stunning gown I have ever worn. I felt like a princess from the moment I slipped it on. Although the lining appears white under the blue lace in the online picture , it is actually light blue/aqua (in darker lighting it can appear white). Be prepared to receive many complements (I was someone's favorite dress of the night!)! No gown held a candle to it. I felt like the belle of the ball! Per the nature of Catherine Deane's designs, this gown does run small. I am typically between a 2 and 0; however, I had to size up to a 4R. It fit through the waist, but it wouldn't zip up all the way through my rib cage and chest. The 4R fit very well. It was a tiny bit loose in the chest, but I easily solved this problem by wearing a sticky bra underneath. If you have a larger chest, you can probably get away without wearing a bra, since there are cups built into the dress. The straps fell a couple times, but it wasn't an issue. It would be a good idea to use some fashion tape to keep them up if they bother you (RTR sent a complementary sample with my order). It was the perfect length, perhaps a bit long. I wore 3" heels, and the dress skimmed the floor. I held it up just to be cautious. This was my first rental, and I'm sure it will not be my last. Customer service has been TOP NOTCH from the start. I originally ordered the Catherine Deane Rita gown, but RTR emailed me two weeks before my event saying that my dress would not be available (on account of damage or late return). My heart sank; however, my fears were immediately eased when I read that I could rent any gown regardless of cost. They answered all my questions quickly and professionally, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about their team (Thanks Molly H. You rock!). My only regret is that I am so sad to be returning this stunning dress :)

The dress is low cut in the front and you can only wear a strapless bra with no back. I decided to opt out of wearing a bra and I felt better. With the bra, I had lots of cleavage going on and felt a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, great fit, true to size.

Although I had to pin up the straps a bit, it fit perfectly everywhere else. I was the (step) mother of the bride at a beach wedding. It was very elegant and I was pleased. I am already a repeat customer and will continue to be one. Thanks to my stylist at the Flatiron store who helped me. I wish I could remember her name. She was awesome and knew her stuff!!!

Beautiful details make this dress stand out, I used it for Save the Date photos- and it worked beautifully! It ran a little large in the bust/strap area but I think a 6 would have been too small in the hips. Definitely worth renting!

I'm not sure which to praise first: the actual dress or the exceptional customer service I experienced through the entire rental process. From the decision making process (the rep I spoke with over the phone couldn't have been more helpful assisting me with sizing information), to the last minute/separate order of the "must have" bracelet, the entire rental process was effortless. The RTR staff is top-notch!! As for the dress, it was absolutely perfect; it's very true to size (yes, as the other ladies have commented, it's definitely snug but I wouldn't say it's "sized small"...and I lost count of the number of compliments! I highly recommend both RTR and this specific dress!

fit great, except not good support, you cannot wear a bra with this dress b/c of back and straps and it doesn't have great support. Other than that, it was great!

Fits true to size and was extremely comfortable.
