I absolutely adored this dress. I felt so beautiful and classy. I ended up wearing the size four, which fit like a glove. I'm 5'7 and 133 pounds and the dress was slightly tight, but not so much that it was uncomfortable. It does run a little tight in the hips if you have any curves.

I had ordered another dress that did not fit me well. Luckily, RTR's policy of sending you a different dress is incredible. I got this one. This one was beautiful!! I received compliments all night long. It fit really well and showed off my curves while allowing my to dance and play with my 15 month old daughter who was running around the wedding everywhere.

This dress was perfect for a wedding with a “cocktail” dress code. I’m usually a 10, ordered a 10, and it took some finessing to close the zipper. I would recommend ordering one size up, especially if you’re curvy! Though small, it was still surprisingly comfortable; I spent all night on the dance floor with no issues.

It was an outdoor wedding on a hot day… the material is very thick! Good for a fall wedding or a cool summer night/day. The size 6 was a little big on me (I’m 5’6” 140 34D-DD) I have no butt and not much for hips, but this dress gave me curves and I got SO many compliments! Will rent again for every event that I won’t see the same people lol!

I found that this fit true to size, though a tiny bit tight around the chest (I'm either B or C cup depending on the bra), so I recommend going up one size for the backup dress. It's a nice, thick material and I loved the shape of the skirt! I wore it with a strapless bra, but I think no bra would work as well since the material is sturdy. I wore it for a cocktail wedding and it would work for black tie too!

I love this dress. It's a classic little black dress with elegant mermaid cut. It's such a great rental for formal/black tie wedding.

I am 5'5, size 34 B and 125 pounds. I wore a 4R. It was a bit loose on the chest part (the side where there is no strap) and a bit loose on my waist, but snug around my thighs. Overall, I think it was the perfect fit, had no issues with it the whole night, felt very comfortable and it was great quality. Would absolutely rent it again.

Wore to a formal wedding and it was a huge hit! Definitely a fitted look and runs a little small but 100% worth the rental. Shapewear could also help with fit but definitely not needed. Can be styled with fun earrings and a bright lip

This dress was my back up style but I ended up wearing it instead. It fit me in all the right places. Great for an athletic body as it shows off your shoulders and strong curves but still conservative. It is very comfortable. Great LBD for any formal occasion.

I was worried this dress would be too small after reading reviews, but it was perfect!! There was even a little extra room in the waist. I am 5'7, regular size 6, 34D, 28 jean. I wore spanx for the extra security and slimming but left the sticky boobs/bra at home!! So comfortable. Did not have any issues. Loved the dress.

Rented this for a black tie wedding. It perfectly hugged my frame but has a little give so was extremely comfortable all night long. Was long because of my height which is exactly what I was going for. This is a classic black dress that I'd happily wear over and over again. Wore Nippies Skin with it which I highly recommend!

Rented this stunner for an October wedding and it was a show stopper! Love the classic shape with a fun frilly twist at the bottom. Received compliments all night! I will say, this dress does run small as I ordered 1 size up and it fit like a glove.

My kids tried to talk me into wearing this dress for an upcoming wedding--my teenage son called it a 'RED CARPET SHOWSTOPPER!" which totally made my day, but it was just TOO tight. Perhaps it's true to size for pear-shapes or hourglass-shapes, but for a girl who leans APPLE with a really full bust (34F), a size 10 was nearly impossible to zip up and it was SO TIGHT around my middle. The fabric is thick and I felt liked I looked pretty good, but I would never have had space to eat! Even though I generally where a size 8 or 10, I could have used a size 12 in this dress!

The silhouette of this dress was stunning and the length was perfect. I'm 5'4" and the back fell right at my heel, great with taller shoes. This dress runs small and the fabric has very little give. However, the weight of the dress is great for fall or winter events. Tough for larger chested ladies. I'm a 36DD and sized up for more room but it was still a squeeze without a bra. Would definitely recommend sizing up.

I am normally a size 8/10 and ended up going with the size 12. I am 5'11", 38C and 165lbs. It was a little roomy from the waist down, but tighter in the chest area. I gave it 4 stars because the clip at the top of the zipper was missing, but I made it work with a safety pin.

Rented this dress for the style but then was extra impressed by the comfort + function. Thick material with hold & stretch. Wore this to a family wedding where we'd spent prior three days feasting on Chinese food and this dress still fit with comfort & flatter! Before packing for the trip, I'd already decided to size up from 0R to the 2R. I'd say if you want this fitting bodycon tight, go with your usual size but if you want form hugging with ability to eat / move comfortably, size up one notch!
