Fun little black dress with some flair! The texture at the bottom really adds to this dress. This dress runs true to size with no stretch to the fabric so I would size up for the backup. There is comfortable room in the bust - it is great for any cup size. Any standard bra may be worn with this. The length comes to about mid thigh. There is a decent amount of room in the waist and hips - if you have curvier hips, I would size up in this. I would pair this with black heels and colorful statement jewelry!

It fit well, not too loose around the waist. Came to right about 3 inches above my knee. Loved the subtle detail on the bottom. Strong, thicker fabric and fully lined. Overall loved this dress and would rent again!

Great LBD that's sophisticated enough for work but flirty enough you'll want to wear it out! I am generally a 2/0 but wore a size 4 to accommodate for the very fitted, racer bodice (I find I do this with most Cinq a Sept dresses) Slight school girl vibes because of the pleated skirt but it's kept contemporary with the sleek drop waist. 10/10 recommend!

This dress was amazing, I was the first one to wear it since I received it with the tags on it. I wore it to work then a date afterwords - I was getting compliments all day long and didn't want to take it off. I would rent this dress again - it is a perfect, classic black dress good for any occasion!

My original dress was too small so this was a last minute rental. The dress was large on me (size 10 vs usually a size 6). Regardless, I enjoyed this dress since it was comfortable and made it easy for dancing.

I rented this for my high school reunion, which was held at a bar, so I wanted something cute, but not too formal. I loved the updated twist on the LBD. The dress is well made and lined at the bottom under the ruffle. I loved the cut at the top, which allowed me to wear a racerback bra. That said, by the end of the night, the top part of the dress felt a little tight. Overall, very happy with the dress!

I typically I wear a 4 and occasionally that runs big on me, but this dress is a 6 and fit me. Around the chest it was a good fit, Lois and comfortable around the waist, but not baggy. Nice quality material and pleats adds a little something to it. Over all not a really a wow dress.

I wore this dress to a rehearsal dinner and it was perfect! It was the perfect balance of formal, but simple enough that I wasn't overdressed. I kept it simple with strappy black heels and sparkly earrings. Definitely size up for this one though! I ordered a 12 instead of a 10 after reading the reviews, and it was a perfect fit!

It's a classic black LBD for work, but the detail on the was very flattering. Simple and very chic for work or a work event. It was a little snug around my bottom since I have a larger bottom, but not noticeable and still fit great.

This dress is longer than it appears in the pictures so it was able to be worn to work with a blazer. The lining comes all the way down to the bottom of the dress which I really like. The top is definitely tighter than the bottom of the dress. It made the dress very comfortable to move in while wearing heals and walking around at work. I normally wear a 4 and sized up to the 6 and it was the perfect fit.

Loved this dress for work and will rent again. Only thing odd was fit. I knew to size up based on previous reviews of this brand. I usually wear a 2/4, have hips and have a small chest (34B), so if a dress is ever tight on me it's usually the hips. However this dress fit well in the hips, even a tad big, but was so tight in the chest I didn't wear a bra so I had more breathing room. Nipple covers did the trick. Felt terrific in this edgy yet professional dress. Perfect for work to drinks.

I usually wear 6 to 8, so I rented size 8. Bottom fit well but top was too tight to wear. Runs small so size up as other reviews have recommended. The dress is beautiful.. I will rent a 10 next time.

The pleat detail is a lot of fun but the top is clean and simple, which makes it perfect for pairing with a jacket. Other reviewers said the top felt tight while the rest of the dress felt more loose around the waist, which is true for me as well. I'm a street size 4, designer size 6, and if I ever struggle with one area of the zipper, it's mid way up the waist. With this dress, I had plenty of room around the waist, but the upper ribs and bust felt really tight. I could still wear the dress comfortably, but it wasn't perfect.

Was a backup dress that a stylist picked for me. Its cute on the hanger but I Couldn't wear it because it runs way too small. I would order a size up.
