Rented for a bachelorette party. It was stretchy and fun and comfortable. It was discounted 90% (probably because the fraying) but I didn't mind so I bought it to keep!

Very cute dress. However I wore a 4 when I usually wear a 2 and the 4 was tight around my chest. Also the layers are not hemmed so there were frays showing on the layers.

The high quality fabric of this dress with ruffles on the hips makes it very fun to dance in. The 10 fit me well and I'm usually a 8. I'm 5'9" and it wasn't too short especially since it's more revealing on top. It was perfect for a night out.

Absolutely LOVED this dress! The reviews are true; it is made of a heavier fabric, but I felt totally cool and collected the whole night. I am usually a 6, but I ended up wearing a size 8, and it fit like a glove! I have never felt more comfortable and beautiful in a dress; I wholeheartedly recommend this for anyone looking for a classy, yet super in-style option :) Would keep it if I could!

I felt great in this style. Not as modest as I would normally go with for a wedding but I loved it. The ruffle adds a great bit of movement to the dress. Fit perfect. Very flattering

This was actually my backup dress. Loved the primary but decided it was too revealing for this work related event. Luckily I had read reviews and sized up with the 8. It was a tight fit around the chest. Didn't wear a bra as it may have been too tight and honestly it didn't need it. Despite this the dress was super comfortable! I had friends see pics and tell me they wanted to borrow the dress (haha!). This was my first time using rent the runway and certainly won't be the last.

Agree with other reviews that the material is heavier than depicted in photos, but it's not too heavy where you can't enjoy wearing it. Loved wearing and would rent again. Hugs and shapes in the right places, and the ruffles make it extra fun to dance in!

I loved this rental- fit very well and true to size. This dress even gave me some cleavage and I am small up top so it was much appreciated. The fabric is a little heavy but that is the only downside. Had a great time dancing the night away!

This dress runs very small especially in the chest area. I typically fit in a size 6 but this dress was very tight in the bust. I definitely showed off a lot of cleavage. However, the dress is super fun, love all the cuts& angles. It was perfect for dancing. The length was perfect. It was a little heavy with all the fabric but it didn't make it uncomfortable at all.

It was a little tough to clasp and zip and it fit a little on the small side. Overall I loved it!

This dress fit like a glove, I was able to wear it with no bra. It was very comfortable but the fabric was very thick so I was pretty hot during the outdoor wedding ceremony. Overall it was a fun and easy dress to wear.

This dress is so fun and so cute. I got compliments on it all night and it's a blast to dance in! However, I'm a 36 DD and that was too much for this dress to handle. I could barely zip the 8 up around my boobs (I'm normally a 4-6). And it flattened my boobs like a sports bra that was two sizes too small. Because I'm normally a 4 and order a 6 and a 8 for my chest, the straps were WAY too long and I had to safety pin them.

This is a great little black dress for cocktail party or similar. I actually did not wear it because I rented two dresses for one event. I didn't wear this one because it was low-cut with more cleavage than I was comfortable with for company Xmas party. If it was not work related I definitely would have worn it!

Super cute for a date night or cocktail party. The material is thick so I was able to wear lace undergarments without lines showing and the fitted waist with the ruffles are very form flattering. I will definitely rent this again.

I have never seen myself be able to wear body con, so this was definitely a surprise when it was! I am very tall so the length was a little bit of an issue, but for a night of dancing, i didn't have to pull the dress or adjust the dress at all! I loved this dress 100% and will definitely rent it again!

Hugged all the right places. This was picked out by a stylist, which I'm so glad I made arrangements for an appointment as I would have never picked this on my own. Nice weight fabric. Got compliments all night. Paired this with black fur shrug. Looked and felt like a million bucks.

I loved this dress so much that I just bought it from Saks Off 5th so I could wear it again and again. I rented it for a weekend in Vegas and it's perfect for pear-shaped bodies and smooths everything out. It's classy, sexy, and fun. It could work for all kinds of events.

This was the perfect amount of sexy for a dressy cocktail/dinner party. Husband loved it. Size 8 was a little tight, so I wore the 10 which was perfect except for the bust which was a little gapey. I wore black strapless bra on underneath and it just blended into the outfit. I felt great in this. Will rent again.

This dress was gorgeous! Too bad it was too small in the chest. I ordered a size 10 based off other reviews. It fit everywhere except the chest, which isn't unusual for me. If you wear a size 10 and are smaller than a size 34G bust, it will fit you perfectly. There was no stretch in the material, so it just didn't work out for me. I would definitely recommend this dress if you are looking to rent it.

i wore a 32c bra with this, and it looked great, but beware it's definitely showing a ton of boob, especially if you are wearing a pushup bra or have a large chest (which i dont - usually 32b).

It fit in all the right places. I felt gorgeous in it! It was comfortable, kept me cool in a room full of packed people. It made my shoulders and back look amazing.

But somehow, it's not terrible to move around and sit in. Absolutely size up.. I wish whoever had the size 12 would exchange for something new so I could snag this dress up and buy it. Unfortunately dress did not fit - couldn't zip it up. But i loved it, I didn't have time to exchange but would definitely get again in a larger size for another occasion! Material was really nice, was comfortable and style was great. I am 130 & 5'1 - size 8 was way too small, guessing need to go up 2 sizes to a 12. I do have a thicker middle and am a 34DD - hope this help someone else with sizing!
