Love the dress. It was so comfortable, fit me perfectly, and was ideal for a black tie wedding

I wore this to a charity formal. It was comfortable all night and I would wear a normal bra which is always a plus. I wore spanx. I wish this dress was in more colors because I would keep renting as a fail safe event dress. The $6.99 amazon gloves were a hit too.

Would rent again in a heartbeat. Super comfortable, felt awesome. Didn’t need a bra, and the dress didn’t show any underwear lines. Great movement in the skirt, too.

I'm shorter (5'-1.25"), with about 2.5/3 inch heels this was perfect. A flattering solid black staple for a formal affair. I ended up not wearing this dress; not because I didn't love it, but because we ended up not being able to attend the event for other reasons. Of the two dresses I received though, this is the one I would have worn to the event. In fact, I'd buy this dress if I had enough formal events to attend. Fit was true-to-size. I'm normally a size 0P and that is the size that fit me in this dress as well.

I rented this for a wedding where the dress code was formal. It was the perfect black dress for a wedding guest. Well fitting and sexy.

This was the perfect classic black gown, sleek, slenderizing and just the right amount of sexy for a corporate formal affair. I usually wear a size 0, but in this designer I always size up one size. I am petite, but I wanted a little length and with the high-low the 2R worked out just right.

This is a lovely classic and fits particularly well if you’re on the smaller/shorter size. I wore the 2R but also tried the 4P (could have worn but big/wide on bottom). Whole pic looks plain it’s lovely, classy, curve hugging, but not in a cheesy way. I wore to a gala in NYC with work associates.

This dress was a Very flattering shape, accents the waist and flatters the hips. Only draw back would be if you have a larger chest (perfect for my 36B chest). It doesn't have much stretch to it but I would say it fits true to size. The long length was perfect for my 5'10" with small 2in heels.

I loved how slimming the fabric is and it just holds you in so nice. I didn't need to wear a bra or shape wear but felt tucked in all night. Gorgeous motion in the dress and perfect for an old Hollywood themed gala.

Loved this dress! It was so comfortable, hugged all my curves but was easy to move and dance in. An adhesive bra was necessary but I'll definitely rent again in the future!

I normally wear a 12, and rented a 14R. This fit like a dream. If I had more events to go to, I would've bought this dress. I've never received more compliments. It made me look so slim, hugged my curves correctly & the fabric was the right amount of thickness that just worked!

Wore this to a wedding what a show stopper. Runs a bit snug as it doesn't have much stretch so I sized up to a 14, I'm usually a 12. Nice thick fabric, very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Perfect dress for the occasion. Form fitting, but with a thick material so I did not feel uncomfortable. Fit true to size, I fluctuate between a 6/8 and glad I am glad I went with the 8. So many compliments while attending the Gala. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing basic black dress, the material was thick and held you in, no need for a bra, The cut was very flattering and the flare at the bottom was so fun and made the dress stand out. Would have bought it if I had more places to wear it! Perfect for a formal wedding.

Ended up wearing a different dress, but I will rent this again for a future event.

Fit like a glove and was fun to dance in if a tiny bit of a tripping hazard on the stairs. Otherwise flattering and fun!

This was perfect for the black tie NYE wedding I went to. I am smaller on top and curvy on bottom and usually wear a 6 in dresses and this fit like a glove. It was snug but had some give so it didn’t feel too tight when sitting at dinner, I’m 5’6” and needed to wear 3” high heels so it only slightly touched the floor in the back.

Received so many compliments on this dress-Lined great so I didn’t have a wear a bra and hugged all the right spots perfectly.

Wore to a black tux optional gala. It’s a classy black dress with the bottom adding a touch of flair. I’m 5’7, 135lbs, 34b, 27 in pants (size 2 or xs), and size s in top. Typically wear size 4 in dress. I had to wear a shapewear to smooth out my mom pooch and wore a strapless bra. It was a tight fit but in a comfortable way. I wore 3-inch heels and the length was perfect - not too long but not too short. I tried size 6L but the it was too wide in the hip area and too long. It would suggest size 6 for someone bustier and with a wider hip, who doesn’t want a tight fit but want some comfort.

I am typically a size 2/4. The 2 fit perfect. It was snug but in the right way. I got compliments all night and it was one of my favorite formal dresses I’ve worn! I’m 5’2 and wore 4” heels and the length worked well!

Rented this for an awards gala and loved it. The one surprise was that there is a bit of a train so had to be careful on escalators, etc but I was fine. No bra also a huge bonus!

It feels ridiculous to say this was too large, but I’m only a hair under 5’4 and the straps were slightly too long on me. There was also a little bit of extra space in the back of the dress but no one noticed. Loved the way the boobs looked and it was so elegant and beautiful

I wore this to a black tie wedding & loved it! The material was thick & compressive, which gave a high quality air without being too hot. The dress can accommodate large busts, but I did need help with the zipper. I ordered a 0, but likely could have ordered a 2 for this reason- otherwise it fit like a glove. I wore 3 inch heels and the flared bottom did drag a bit; I think the style was appropriate nonetheless.

Loved this dress so much! I ordered 2petite, I’m 5’3”, 125lbs, 32c, athletic build and this fit me perfectly, didn’t even need a bra. Wore 3” heels and the dress just dusted the floor. The fabric is thick and stretchy, hugs you in all the right places. Very comfortable! Highly recommend.

This dress is magical, and if it was a little less expensive I’d buy it. Perfect fit, comfortable, and comes with an endless string of complements! Wore the 8, if you have a bigger bust size up by one.

This was such a beautiful dress that I wore for a black tie optional wedding! The fabric is thicker so it really smoothes everything and makes you feel so confident. The pictures of the dress looked a little boring but once you have it on, it’s magic! I received many compliments. I’m 5’10 and wore 2.75 inch heels and the length of the 4L was perfect. Honestly this dress fit like an absolute glove. I received many compliments and felt like a million bucks. I got a size 8R and it fit very well.

I wore this to take engagement photos with my fiance and this dress was PERFECT! It was simple enough to not be too distracting in photos but the movement in the skirt on the bottom was the perfect amount of interest. I was concerned the petite size would be too short for me but it was the perfect length - I chose to wear fun shoes to add a little pizzazz with the mermaid skirt. You definitely don't need any sort of bra or cup inserts, it fits somewhat snug in the chest. Comfortable to wear all night, definitely recommend.

Lots of compliments. The fabric was thick enough feel expensive, but not hot. The neckline, length and bodice fit great. May want to size up if larger chested because this was snug on my rib cage without a bra.

Wore this dress to a formal wedding while 21 weeks pregnant. The 10 had some extra room, but the 8 fit like a glove and made me feel more secure, so I went with the smaller size. There was plenty of stretch to accommodate the bump and pregnancy weight (usually around 140, but was about 155 at this point). Was able to sit, bend down, dance, etc without issue. Ended up wearing shapewear and a strapless bra underneath. Wore 4in heels which made the dress skim the floor. The straps did feel a tad long at times, but that was not a deal breaker. Comfortable dress and would rent again!

I ordered a 0Reg and 2Petite out of fear the recommended 0R would be too tight and possibly too long. I’m 5’3” and 119 lbs. The 2 was comfy, like comfy PJs (I know you know lol), while the 0 was legitimate perfection. I wore 3 1/4” heels and the dress just kissed the floor. Looked fab and felt fab. This one was a showstopper.

Modest fit but still sexy! Classic look; wore it to a governor’s inaugural ball. Comfortable and fabulous! I have a bigger hips/rear and am pretty small chested. This dress accommodated both perfectly! I could wear a strapless bra which I loved! I could sit comfortably. It was structured but also had enough give that I didn’t feel constricted. I LOVED this dress!
