I rented two dresses for a wedding. This was my backup in case my toddler spilled something on me. Ironically, I wound up wearing it because my mother spilled wine on her dress so we did a wardrobe swap. As a petite girl, the waistline was a tad lower than I’d prefer, but it still worked. Overall, the fit was great.

This dress is gorgeous! It does run a little small but has the most flattering shape and slight slit.

This dress fit perfectly, like it was tailored just for me. Super flattering and comfortable, and the style was professional but still fun for a work event. Got lots of compliments, would rent again!

Hugs all the right places, the material is fitted but has a little give to it, the slit is in the perfect place to make it classy AND a little sexy. I actually will most likely buy this dress for other gatherings in the future

Beautiful color and fit like a glove! I wore this to a wedding and it was easy to dance. No bra needed because the fabric was thick and I felt supported.

I was concerned it might be a bit too maroon but is a nice plum in person. Wore as a bridesmaid dress. Was a bit snug on the hips but found that there is a tiny bit of give so made it fine to sit and be comfortable overall throughout the day. Lots of compliments.

Wore to an residency graduation. Fit like a glove and very flattering. Does run very small, I am usually a 0 or 2 depending on brand, but had to wear the 4. So, size up.

I love this dress! Received lots of compliments and felt beautiful in it. Color is a brighter plum in person. Rented for a Midwest early September wedding and the weight of fabric was perfect for 75 degrees and sunny. It does run small- I listened to reviews and went up to a 2 despite mostly wear 0 in dresses. The 2 was perfect with little room to spare. There is minimal stretch to the fabric and it did feel a little stiff when sitting down. Otherwise would totally rent again!

I really loved this dress. It was comfortable, I could wear a normal bra with it, form fitting yet forgiving. The color is gorgeous. Longer length but the slit made it still feel sexy. It runs small in my opinion. I wore a 10 and that was my back up size. I am 5'3", 127 lbs, 34DD and pretty straight through the waist. Only "complaint" was for my bust size you could see a little of my bra showing on the sides. If it were not a rental that could have been solved by a little alteration - shortening the sleeve opening. Would rent again!

Similar to other reviews, this dress runs a full size small. Sized up from a 6 to 8 and it was perfect and form fitting. Thicker fabric is forgiving but I was not overheated. The best part was being able to wear a sports bra to a wedding and being comfortable to dance all night. Would highly recommend!

Snug fit, nice thick material. Works well for small bust. I am 5’5” and have a 24.5-25” waist and am a 32A.

I'm between sizes 2 and 4, and after reading reviews I'm glad I went with the 4. It fit perfectly. It's stretchy like a glove and made me look like I have a waist for the first time in my life. Lots of compliments! I didn't even wear a bra.

Between the incredible customer service and this gorgeous dress, I am officially hooked! This dress is a beautiful plum color. It is a tight dress but the material was thick so that it accentuated my figure instead of showing flaws. I am 5'6 and 145 lbs, I am usually between a 6 or an 8. I originally ordered a different dress that FedEx delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted RTR that my dress was missing they immediately overnighted me this dress and couldn't have been more helpful.

The length and structure of the dress is perfect for a wedding or even a work event. I could of worn the 10 but it would have been really snug and I felt that with the 12 I had breathing room. Looking at the pictures I think I should have worn the 10 because it looks a little loose in some areas but overall it was a great dress and I received a lot of compliments!

I can wear a 4 or a 6 in a dress depending on the make and cut. Definitely a 6 in this one with little room to go. Fits snug but very comfortable. Figure flattering with lots of compliments. Worn for a garden cocktail attire outdoor wedding in Florida.

This dress did run a little small so I’m glad I got the bigger size as the backup. It was very comfortable and flattering. Loved the color. Would definitely rent it again!

This is a form fitting dress that you will feel good in. I have a bigger chest so after trying a V cut dress that made me self conscious I discovered this beauty. You may need help zippering but I finally got it up!

Was simple, yet still had a little flair with the slit, and the color popped. Definitely stood out in my dress at the wedding reception.

I tried both the 4 and the 6 as I’m usually between sizes. I couldn’t zip up the 4 unfortunately, I liked the length better on me than the 6. I am 5’5 with boobs and a butt, and a bit of a belly, so I usually shy away from fitted dressed like this but I really liked it! The dress was tight enough to go without a bra! 32E and just wore nipple covers.

I am 5'6" 150 lb, normal size 6 I wore a size 8 in this dress and it was still very snug. I would consider sizing up to a 10 to feel like you can breathe. Nice, thick fabric and beautiful color.

This dress has nothing wrong with it but didn't wow me. Wore for a Vegas wedding and wish I had gone with something flashier! Definitely ran small, sized up but was still tight in the chest. I do not have a large chest (deflated after breastfeeding) and I wish I had a little more room in the chest.

I wore this for an October wedding. I loved the color, slit, and classy high neckline and the dress was a high quality - structured and well made. I am a 34D and felt the top of the size 6 was a bit tight and hard to zip, even though I usually wear that size. Fit nicely through tummy and hips.

Thick fabric makes it wearable without a bra but I felt like I really needed to stand up straight so it fell right, Spanx might have been a good idea too. Being on the short side, the length wasn't great on me. Bottom line: it's a nice dress but I think it would have been better for a taller, thinner person at a fancier event.

I usual wear a size 8 and this was a great fit! I read the previous reviews so I also ordered a 10 since it was noted that it runs a little small but the 1 would have been way too large, especially in the mid section. It was a little snug on the hips when sitting but no way I could have worn the 10.

Beautiful eggplant color! Loved the style & color. Hourglass fit. Material quality was thick & heavier than I would've thought. It had no stretch and ran small so size up! Overall, loved the dress, but was a little tighter than I wanted even wearing the larger size since it didn't have any give to the material. Would rent again, just would order 1 or 2 sizes bigger than thought.

This hugs all my curves but is a little forgiving around the stomach. It was a little long but that's to be expected at 5ft My widest point around my thighs/hips is 37 inches and it was a little tight there

Almost every review says this dress runs small. In actuality, this dress runs true to size everywhere EXCEPT the lower midsection (hips and booty.) I have minimal curviness down low and I have never experienced a dress fitting so tightly in this area. I wore my normal size 10 and did not have to force the zipper. I could not size up to the 12 (my backup size) because the rest of the dress fit too loose and lumpy. This dress needs to lay against your body to look right so I had to wear the 10. As a result, the fabric clings to my stomach and makes me look almost pregnant. The bottom of the zipper in the back sticks out a bit. But worst of all and the reason this dress gets 1 star: Because the fabric has zero stretchiness and it is so tight against my derriere, undergarments are constantly being pulled down and shifting around underneath, and there is nothing you can do to put them back into place without taking the dress off and stepping back into it! I did not discover this until I was already at the party - it was terrible!! I wore my coat or had my back to the wall the entire time. I cannot recommend this dress.

I LOVED this dress. I wore it to a January wedding and it was perfect. It hugged in all the right places but not too tightly. I was able to comfortably dance the night away and still felt like I was looking cute by the end. I got tons of compliments too! Sending it back was so sad!
