I bought this bc it was such a great fit, flexible & comfy fabric. The sleeves are just long enough and the length is perfect for cooler days. Can we work with flats, heels or boots/booties. A very nice, casual dress that can be dressed up a bit for a casual evening out!

I rented this dress for a confidence boost for an important work presentation, and it did its job and more! The material is nice and thick and high quality, so there were zero worries about panty lines, etc. It has just enough stretch to fit elegantly but isn't too tight. I especially loved the mid-calf length and mini-puff shoulders. This dress is just plain classic.

The cut and color of this dress are so flattering! I just wish it were shorter. Even with heels it still felt very matronly on me.

I think a slightly shorter length would have been more flattering on my 5'5 frame, but overall it was a solid work dress. Nice heavy fabric, cute sleeves, interesting color.

This dress is long and worked best with high heels. I wore it with a chunky necklace - a cuff bracelet would also work. I love the color and the fabric is a heavy cotton that is both comfortable and easy to wear on a long day.

Shoulders were too big.

Loved this dress but I could not get the zipper to close over the waist seams. It wasn't my size, the zipper was just tough. I emailed the RTR concierge and they took care of it so quickly. Would still recommend this dress because it was cute.

Like the dress, wasn't as thick as reviews made it out to be. Might size up and rent again.

I rented this for work, but it was very unflattering. Large at the hips and arms and an odd midi length. I'm afraid this was a no go for me.

Very little stretch and I couldn't zip it.

Love the color and the modern sillouette. Material is comfy but the structured shoulders give it a more professional look.

Loved this dress. Perfect paired with a blazer and a snake skin booties. I'm 5'5" and really liked the length but definitely looked best with heels or heeled booties. Someone taller could probably get away with flats.

This dress is INCREDIBLY flattering! I felt like such a boss babe walking around the office in this. The material is a little thicker so you don't have to worry about any bumps showing. I was slightly concerned about a panty line showing at work but it turned out to not be an issue. I would have worn this dress more than once had the zipper not completely busted when I took it off. I unfortunately wasn't able to get the zipper back on the track due to how the zipper is constructed in the dress which is a shame because I absolutely loved this dress and how I felt in it.
