I work in tech and wear casual clothes every day. This top is a great casual with a flair top to pair with my jeans wnd boots for work. I'm normally a small in tops, and this fits great.

Fabric is really nice with cute detailed sleeves. XS was a little tight in the bust so would rent S next time.

Snug in the shoulders and arms. Too short to tuck into work pants. Returned.

Had to wear a top under. Felt a bit big.

Lined top, cute sleeves. Wasn't very comfortable to wear all day long. The top is very boxy and not as flattering as i hoped it would be. May go better with a skirt or high waisted pants.

Fits small in the elbows and very boxy in the body. I have smaller arms so it's okay, but be aware if your arms are more muscular. If it fits though, this is the perfect shirt for transitioning from work to drinks/date in the evening!

Versatile for various occasions

Perfect everyday top from Cooper & Ella! The simple black color and the cute sleeves make this the perfect top for every day! Running true to size, I would suggest going one size up for the backup size. Since this top is not fitted, there is comfortable room at the bust and is great for any cup size. The straight cut of this top allows for comfortable room at the midsection and the sleeves are very comfortable I think the ties on the sleeves give this simple top a little bit of flair. Pair with any kind of jean and black shoe to complete the look!

I wore this one 4 times before returning it. Great fit, well made, very comfortable!

This is a great black long sleeve blouse to have in your rotation! I was going to dress it up with leather pants and a pair of black pumps... but unfortunately (like a lot of other Cooper & Ella tops), the bust is pretty tight. I've rented other tops in a medium before and they fit fine, but this one was just a little too constricting (for reference, I'm a 32/34 DDD). Otherwise a really cute top! Just enough detail to make it interesting.

Very tight through chest and shoulders. The sleeve details are cute, wish I would have sizes up but then would have been too loose on waist

The fit at the chest was a little strange. Tighter when the rest of the short was loose.

Sadly i didn't end up wearing this. It fit super well, true to size. Nice fabric, flattering cut but wasn't special enough for what I was looking for. Great black staple shirt.

Top is wide at the bottom, so gives your body no shape. Not flattering, made me feel like i was huge, so i didn't wear this and retuned it immediately.
