The dress is short, but probably could be paired with flats if I wanted to go bare legs. The pattern and the material combine to ensure a wrinkle-free day. The full zipper and v-neck on the back are pretty added details.

Im normally an 8 and the 8 fit like most others, perfect fit. I paired it with black tights and knee high boots because it was cold. Dress could be worn without tights and heels and still be cute. The front is a little plain for my taste though. The back is all zipper from top to bottom woth a v in the back but not low enough that your bra shows. Its a cute dress but not necessarily my style.

I was worried as an apple shape that this would be the type of dress that clings every curve, but it's very flattering and hangs straight. Wore it for an early September wedding and it was the right for the temperature and season.

It is a shift dress, and it is a bit short when you raise your arms and in the back but nothing unmanageable. I felt fun, pretty, and confident. I would definitely rent again.

I loved the large blue floral print. The zipper down the back modernized it. It was a bit on the boxy side but I think that's the style. It's meant to accentuate the legs. Very comfortable and pretty.

Super cute- I wore it once for date night, once to afternoon tea, and once for a day dress- just changed shoes and hairstyles for the different events. I really liked this one and it was affordable if one wanted to buy. Only negative was my BFF thought it was a Loft dress- it's cute but not very high end looking.

This dress is fantastic! Super flattering for work; the photos don't do it justice. It's very professional, but also at the same time super fun. The low back is sexy but in a way that wouldn't violate norms in even the most conservative office. The shape is a true shift: a little wider than the body, and straight down. It fit me perfectly, but prob would have done the same for different body types too. With heels and some red tasseled earrings, I felt amazing in this outfit! Highly recommended. Got several compliments on the pretty color and pattern.

I got both a S and M, I ended up wearing the M because the length was better. The S fit overall, I felt it was a bit short for a church function. Although it does appear quite short on the RTR website, I am 5’2 so I figured the length would be ok for me. This dress was super comfortable.

I wore this to a baby shower. The fit was great and was very comfortable. The back was great, and you can wear a bra! Overall a great dress.

I wore this as the Godmother for a Baptism and it was pretty perfect! I went with my usual size small and it fit great so I never even tried the medium on. I paired it with black tights and booties since it was snowing out. It looks really short on the model but if you are average height or shorter than the length will be more mid-thigh or just above the knee. I got so many complements and I loved the colors!!

Worn to my nephew's confirmation. Easy to wear, the back is super cute, flowed nicely. Received compliments.

Dress was loose through the waist and hips, which was nice and made it easy to move around. Super comfortable as well. Really like the flared sleeves. I'm 5'3", and the dress hit just at the knee, which was perfect for me.

I was happy with this dress! The pattern is pretty and different from my standard solids. I ordered my usual size and it fit, a tiny bit snug around the hips so if you don't like it to be form-fitting, I'd consider ordering a size up. Also a bit short for a formal environment... I'm 5'7" and it was ~3" above my knees, but this was fine for me !

This was a very cute dress but nothing spectacular. It fit true to size. I am an 8 and wore a medium. The fit is much looser than my photo really shows. It was long enough to wear to work, which I ended up doing with a sweater, only because the back zip felt a little sexy for my job. After work, I wore the dress out on a date, so it was a nice transition from work to fun.

I received lots of compliments on the eye-catching colors and patterns, but that low back did not work for me whatsoever. Did other women go braless in this? Don't see how a bra would have worked unless it was a halter one that wrapped around the waste. Instead, I just wore it over a black winter underwear top so that made it acceptable, but defeated the idea of the designer I'm afraid. Also I prefer more of a waste than this had, so I added a big black belt. Very stylish dress for some, just not right for me.

I loved how this dress fit. The print was nice but I wish it had lined the inside of the bell sleeves. Instead you could see the back side of the fabric which was white so I found it distracting.

This would work better for taller ladies. I'm petite, 5'0" 107lbs and was drowning in this. It was way too loose, but not in a good way. Was like a mumu on me!

Fits true to size

I wore this dress to my husband's work party. It was conservative enough for a professional environment - mid-thigh length, no cleavage, etc. - but also more fun than a typical work dress, with the low back, fun print, and bell sleeves. I ordered both a Small and Medium, and the Small fit okay, but it was a little tight on my hips (fyi, my hip measurement is 37 inches). If you want a classic shift silhouette and have any hint of butt or hips, size up.

I wore this to a college alumni event, where you have to draw the line between business and fun. It was very comfortable and fit incredibly well.

I loved this dress so much that I bought it in solid black. I loved the print but felt I would get more use out of it in a solid color. The fit is flattering but I would recommend sizing up if you have wider hips like me. There are built in bra hooks at the shoulders so that you can wear a normal bra. The slight plunge in the back and full zipper give the dress some edge. It was just long enough that I felt comfortable, but it may run a little short on someone taller.
