I definitely loved this dress! It was gorgeous & I was continuously receiving comments the whole night! It fits true to size, I had rented size 4 with a back up size 6 & ended up going with the size 4 only due to my own preference of wearing more fitted dresses. They both looked great but the 6 tended to run a smidge looser around my shoulder & thighs. It's a comfy, stretchy type of material everywhere except from the waist. It felt like an elastic type band only minus the elastic which once you have eaten to your heart's content, it might be a little more snug haha .. Aside from that, most definitely recommended!

Rented two dresses for this work event. This dress was dressy, sexy yet professional. Runs small, I usually wear a 0 or 2 but decided on the 4 since the top of the 2 was a bit too snug.

I just wore this to a wedding and absolutely loved it! Just some things I would note for anyone ordering this dress. It actually has an exposed side zipper that is gold so I would go with gold accessories. It also runs small. I am normally a size 0 or 2 and had to go with the size 4 in this one, so I was glad I ordered a backup size. It is also short. I am only 5'2" and it was still about 2-3 inches above my knee, so if you are tall be ready for this to be a very short dress. Spanx were also a must for me, as I have 2 children ages 1 and 3. Got lots of compliments and I just loved the color with a summer tan and dark hair.

It fit pretty true to size and was mostly flattering (the end of the night food baby is almost highlighted in a way). The color of this dress changes SIGNIFICANTLY depending on light (from teal to blue). It's also a little confusing to tie.

For the record, the full body picture doesn't do it justice. Between my being pleasantly buzzed and afflicted with horrendous food baby (buffet style wedding), I just couldn't take a decent picture! BUT DON'T let that stop you from renting this dress. I wore it to a spring wedding just north of LA in Oxnard, CA. It was beachside so there was plenty of sun and the perfect amount of breeze. // It's extremely well-made, with multiple layers, feels heavy on the hanger, and is somehow still very light. Pre-foodbaby, it cinched me in very well, but with a size 6 I needed help zipping it up. As a personal preference, I was wearing shapewear. My friends loved the feel and fit and couldn't wait to find out where I'd gotten it. // Downsides: if you are on the taller side this dress may show a little more than you'd like. Also, the sash definitely takes some figuring out. Make sure to practice with it before putting it on!

I rented this for New Year's Eve and was not disappointed with my choice! It's form fitting and flattering, but still super comfortable and great for dancing. I loved the asymmetry of it. Only issue I had was that when the dress arrived, several of the ties were behind the dress instead of in front. It took a little figuring out to make it look like the dress in the photo, but after that I was good to go. I hope RTR does a similar NYE promotion next year!

Very pretty dress. It's actually a really nice teal color...not the bright blue that it looks in photographs. It has an exposed gold zipper on the side---so I wore gold accessories and gold shoes. Very form fitting, the size 4 fit perfectly. The draping on the dress can be quite complicated---I couldn't figure out how to tie the front of the dress properly. I don't feel like this dress was quite as stunning as some of the other dresses I've rented on here...but it got the job done.

Gorgeous dress--received so many compliments that evening. The fabric is very forgiving and the rouching is very flattering for the figure (especially after a meal). I was comfortable the entire night. My only con was that the intricacies of the rouching detail itself was a little confusing when I first put it on. Took 2 or 3 times to get the pieces into place, but otherwise a highly recommended dress for both style and comfort.

The best thing about this dress is that the sheer layering covers up any flaws that you may think you have. It was a bit snug and I wavered between the 4 and the 6 but ended up wearing the 4 and it was quite comfortable. Received lots of compliments on it and would recommend it. I wore it to a birthday party night out and to a dinner/dance party. The side zipper is gold so wore gold accessories and this may go without saying but you'll want a strapless bra for underneath.

loved the color of this dress. It was actually a little bit longer than I expected. Luckily with the ruching, it was easier to pull up but still be classy. I ordered an 8 and a 10, because I was nervous about the bust being too tight, but the 8 fit just fine.

I originally ordered this in a 2 and a 4- the 2 was damaged so they sent me another dress that I ended up loving. This was the 4 that was SUPER tight. I'm a 34C and have wide hips (37") and I could barely zip it. The gathering was also really weird across my stomach. You can't really adjust how the gathering falls. Pretty, but not for my body type.

I typically wear a size 4 dress, but I tried on the 6 first and that fit perfectly, so I went with that. I needed some help to figure out how to tie it, but once I got it together, it looked great. This did have some stretch to it and I felt like I could eat in it and dance in it comfortably.

The rouching makes for a forgiving fit. Very comfortable fit and the color is really beautiful. True to size. Will be renting this dress again!

Fit great... only complaint was that the zipper on the side was super noticeable and the tie in the front was not tied correctly when I received it so it took a little figuring out.

Fabulous color and easy to move around in. I have a large chest (38DD) and small waist. This dress hugged all the right curves and downplayed my chest while still being sexy. Zero cons to this dress.

The fabric was very high end and the details looked awesome! The skirt was a little shorter than I prefer (I'm 5'10"), but my friends thought I looked great. The rouching effect made me feel a little "thicker" around the waist, but that give it the ability to hide flaws.

Pros: Color is nice, Fabric sits on your body, true mini, and the top is fitted Negatives: You have to mess with the way the fabric is tied. The side zipper is awkward. If you have large breast, this dress may be tight on top. I wore the 6 and it was snug.

This dress does run small. I usually wear a 2 but had to wear the 4.

I ordered 3 dresses and could not wear it. Oust of the three this was the best on unfortunately it was too small. However my sister was able to wear it and she looked amazing! I would defiantly order it again.

I rented this dress for the date night. This is my second rental here and I do tend to pick comfortable dress - because I love walking, dancing, and enjoying the moment! Still, I want to look great! Since I'm the first one to write a review, here's some comment on the dress itself. FYI - I recently gained some weight. I usually wear regular 8, but I think I'm in between 8 and 9 now. Uploaded photo isn't definitely my very best shot (without makeup) but that's my only shot with the entire look together. 1. I ordered 8 and 10, ended up wearing 10. Size 8 looked better on me (better length, I say - 10 was bit longer) but bust was bit tight and I needed spanx to look better on the waist. This was our casual night out (but I wanted to get dressed up!) so I didn't want to wear spanx. So I just went ahead with 10. But for more formal occasion, I'd definitely have chosen size 8 with spanx - the fabric stretches for bit, so it's still comfortable. 2. Color - darker blue than I expected. Still, beautiful dress. 3. On the size & fit page, it says the dress runs slightly small - but I don't think so. I think this dress runs true to size. That's also the answer I got from the stylist (because I was worried that I might not even fit into 10) Overall, this is very nice summer dress for any occasion. :)

Nice color and construction. Made me look like a teal mummy though- too many pieces wrapping and draping.

The one shoulder was pretty wide...and almost ate up my upper body. Also, the tassels/loose material was hard to figure out and looked disheveled. Both sizes I got didnt fit me well (4 and 6) and I'm usually a 4. 4 was WAY tight and not comfy....6 was loose. Bummer as the color is lovely.

Maybe because I am 5'3" the upper body piece did not compliment by figure. There was a spot on the front so I could not wear. NOTE THE DRESS IS NOT JERSEY BUT HEAVY CREPE.
