I love this brand so much- these shorts fit true to size but are snug in the waist. The best part is that they are adjustable! I definitely recommend sizing up if you have wider hips only bc there is only so much room to pull these up and over that area before re-adjusting to your waist size. They are meant to have an oversized loose fit, so these will have a poof near the bum area. So easy and comfortable for every day.

These shorts are literally like wearing a paper bag... very on trend, sadly not flattering. I'd size down if interested in attempting.

These are such a thick material, they looked more like a diaper from the back.

Not my style. Not flattering. Super baggy in the butt and legs. I sized down and they were still very large although the waist kinda fit. They just don't look good. I wore them one day out and about and was almost kinda embarrassed I was wearing them

Could be cute if you are into this oversized look, i didn't hate them. Was disappointed tho bc i have rented the basslike paper bag blue and white tie-dye pants and they were soooo flattering. These just didn't hit that mark.

Front looked great, but these were a bit diapery in the back. Super comfy!

very comfortable—i wore these almost every day in hawaii. other reviews mention they’re not super flattering, which is kind of true, but if you pair it with a crop top it’s a fun way to offset the bagginess. i have pretty big hips for my frame and was just able to slide them up. it might be an issue for a super hourglass figure.

It was a fun wear for a weekend day just hanging out with friends! I wouldn’t buy it though, because I’m not sure I’d wear it all that often!

I loved these shorts. They were very comfortable and I wore them a lot. They have a fitted waist but an oversized look so I felt they were trendy but flattering. I wore these with crop tops and tucked in shirts/tanks- my favorite look was when I had a looser tank tucked in. This was a nice choice for hot weather and casual events.

Perfect for a beach vacation. Wore with my swim suit top. Got a lot of compliments!

I've always struggled with shorts bc of my thicker thighs. These were so amazing and I felt great in them. I'm 5'9 around 160 right now and almost felt like I could have worn a medium. Large was safe and great tho.

These are probably my favorite rental since using this service. I have wanted paperbag shorts for so long, but they've never quite fit correctly - either looking way too baggy and misproportioned from behind or to snug still around the hip area if they fit my waist correctly. These were PERFECT. The waistline is so comfortable and they fall at the perfect place. Super-versatile with either cropped or tucked shirts. I am considering buying these guys.

These were easy to wear and comfortable but gave total 90's mom jean vibes. Made me look like I had a fupa (sp?) and big butt. I did get lots of compliments on them though!

The pants were so comfortable I wore a few times with a simple tee shirt. Normally it's hard for me to pull off jeans and t shirt due to my larger stomach. I love the wrist had a band that made it adjustable, super easy to slip on and off and didn't feel tight at all. Would order again. Minor complain is the plastic piece at the end of the strings fell off easily. Other than that I would order again.

I am so glad I rented these shorts for our trip to Maine. They are more fun that the jean shorts I have. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I definitely needed an XS but thankfully the tie waist makes it ok. The legs are just a bit large.

Cute style but runs small and this style needs to fit a little oversized so the paper bag part makes your waist look small/cinched in comparison. These were too small to give that look so wasn't able to wear.
