Vacay perfection!

I don't know about the naysayers...this dress packed well and wore even better! Sexy, flowy and showed no imperfections- can't ask for more! Got a million compliments and wish it was mine!

Bump friendly-ish

This dress is really unique! The skirt is heavy and very long making it bump friendly; however, the dress is designed to have a loser fit in the back. Since, I'm thicker in the middle these days, the back did not hang the right way, so I tucked in the bottom back straps (see photos) to the back of the dress. I saw another reviewer wear the lower back straps on the sides which added a little more coverage in the boob area, but I liked them better just tucked in.

College spring formal

This dress really brought the WOW factor. I loved how long it was with the low cut front and open back contrasted. The print is super cute and kind of earthy. The fabric was similar to parachute fabric? but this really emphasized the little pleats all throughout the skirt. I think this dress is flattering on taller figures because it does have so much fabric in the skirt. Also, I have a very small chest and they were just covered enough by the fabric. I wore pasties, but if you are larger know that side boob and cleavage will be out there!

Didn't listen to the reviews- rookie mistake

I love this dress but I gave it 3 stars because it's way too long and I tripped over it. It's hard to look fierce in the dress with a skinned knee. I wore wedges and was cautious because I had seen in the reviews it was too long. I should have listened and rented something else because I tripped over the front of dress. There is too much material to gather up even when your being careful. It just doesn't work. If you buy it and have it altered the dress is 5 star for sure.

Beautiful dress and perfect for Fall photos. My boobs are large now that I'm expecting so I would suggest the use of tape.

Better in person.

Photos don't do this dress justice! The colors are perfect for heading into fall and more vibrant in person. It's a more formal, thicker fabric than it appears online. Absolutely loved, another ba&sh win. See other reviews for the amazing back.

Beautiful sun dress

I love love love the dropping open back of this dress!! I felt feminine and beautiful. It's perfect for summer. I wore it out to dinner with my friend then we went on the Ferris wheel and overlooked the bay. I highly recommend it. Passerby kept complimenting me on the dress :)

Great Vacation Look

Per the prior reviews, this is made of a heavy material. I wore it out at night in a hot climate and was fine - the open back makes for such a sexy look. Runs a little on the bigger side, but lovely nonetheless.

Beautiful & So Long!

After reading reviews, I went fo the regular size instead of long. Thank goodness! I wore 2 inch heels and this reached the ground (I'm 5'9") Anyone shorter should consider getting the petite size. Tons of compliments and I felt just the right amount of "extra" for a girls' wine tasting day :)

Perfect for vacation

I wore this dress in a size 1R due to the straps, they were tighter around my shoulders in the 0R. The back of the dress also fell lower on my bottom with the looser dress. I received many compliments. I am 5'3" and I wore tall platform wedges (around 5"?) and I still held the dress up as I walked, although, the dress hit the floor nicely when standing still. Definitely recommend!

Sunset whale-watching cruise in Maui

Wore this with strappy black sandals and popped on a blazer when it got chilly in the evening. Gorgeous, flowy, quality substantial material that held up extremely well in a tightly packed carry-on. Straps were a smidge long, but a strategically placed piece of tape in the back fixed it perfectly. Will certainly rent again this summer

Perfect dress for our family photos

I ordered the 1R and 1L and didn't see a difference length wise between them. That saide, I'm 5'10" and this was skimming the floor for me in flats so it's got plenty of length! It's a completely open back and it felt like it might be a bit risky chest wise until I put it on and the weight of the dress definitely kept everything in place for me up top. Got a ton of compliments on the gorgeous colors!

Makes my boobs look amazing

Bump friendly, super flattering neckline but very long I'm a little over 5'4 and even with heels I had to be careful, still loved this dress. It fit perfectly at over 6mo preggo although I'm sure my normal not pregnant bust would've been to small to fill it out properly, normally a 32C, right now dress is a perfect fit at 32/4 D.

Bohemian Chic!

I wore this for our wedding party hosted by friends at one of their homes. Casual attire called for this bohemian chic beauty! I did purchase sticky silicone pads from Macy's (tear drop shape) to give me a slight chest lift. I cut the stickies down as the triangles of the dress were smaller than the sticky bras. If your tatas are fake or naturally perky, you'll likely only need some fashion tape (maybe nipple stickies for the modest) to keep the dress in place pending fit. Get it right and show off your set;) The back of the dress is totally open with 2 skinny straps ( = GORGEOUS) which laid a bit funky across my back. I used navy thread from an emergency "Hollywood" fashion kit to tie straps together at the base to solve the problem without harm to the dress. I'm tall and love heels, so the oh so long length paired perfectly with taupe/brown open toed 4" wedges. The description says there is a zipper... I never found one. I wouldn't advise getting dressed alone on this one. I needed another set of hands:) The emerald green gives vibrancy to the color which is understated on RTRs website. (The dress looks boring on RTRs website, but is anything but!) The dress was a bit shifty during the after-party dance off, but totally worth it!! The thick fabric does not give but creates a tight empire waist that flatters down to the floor. (Pregnant mamas could pull this off easy pending chest size). I recommend having an emergency fashion kit plus a couple sizes of sticky silicone bras (you don't mind cutting) on hand when the dress arrives just in case bc comfortable & confident totally rocks this dress!!

Perfection and sassy

I LOVED THISS DRESS I needed up wearing it two or three times on our 9 day trip. It is long at 5'2 I wore wedges and it was perfect. The low back is amazing only complaint would be that the straps aren't adjustable in the back at all there are ones near the side and hips that were a bit large for me which created some bulging in the front but it wasn't too noticeable

Perfect Flowy Dress for Music Festival

Listen to the reviews and size up for large-busted gals! I originally ordered the 1R, as I'm a solid Size 4 in other designers, but the bust portion of the dress was waaaayyyyy too small. I ended up wearing a Size 2R, which fit me in the bust, but was a little too large everywhere else. As noted in some of the other reviews, the back pieces of fabric wouldn't lie flat, so I ended up pinning them. Despite these minor issues, I absolutely loved this dress! It was the perfect option for a hot, fall festival day. I loved the open back and the way the maxi skirt flowed. I felt like a goddess when I was dancing! And I received soooo many compliments! This dress really is a stunner!

Everyone was in love!

I wanted to buy this gorgeous maxi but it is such a statement I'm happy to rent! It was flattering and sexy and comfortable all at once. - I'm 5'7" and it had a little bit of a train which was cute but I wouldn't recommend it for dancing or going out anywhere with tons of people.

Super flowy. Fit like a dream.

I would never have chose this dress based on the RTR photo, but I happened to try it on in the RTR store and just loved it. The skirt portion's fabric is crinkled and so full. When the wind picks up, you feel like you could fly.

Amazing dress...but for tall girls only!

This dress is amazing...the colors, the open back. It runs large and unfortunately it was just too long for me at 5'3" even thought I rented the regular and not the long. Wore heels and had to hold the dress when walking to avoid stepping on it and falling down. It runs large but has no stretch or zipper so putting it on is a bit of a struggle...once you do it, it's so worth it! Perfect for vacation or a summer party!

Beautiful but not meant for busty ladies

I'm 7 months pregnant and my cup size has ballooned to a 34GGG, this dress left me feeling really exposed and I had to wear a cami underneath. It was also really long and I had to wear very high heels in order to be able to walk in it. That said it was really comfortable to wear while sitting for dinner.

Maternity Anniversary Outfit

I wore this dress out for my wedding anniversary, and 32 weeks pregnant. The empire waist makes it a perfect maternity silhouette. Issue 1: It's a loooong dress for someone my height (5'5.5") so the room my belly took up made it a more appropriate length for me...especially since my feet are much too swollen for heals! Even with that, however, i still had to pick up the tail when walking as to not slip on it. Issue 2: While the body of the dress fit perfectly, the chest was much too skimpy to securely cover my boobs. I purchased a cheap little bra top in one of the many colors in the dress to wear underneath it, and that fixed my issue (see picture). Overall, I loved this dress and would definitely wear it again!

Not for busty women

Amazing fit and so flattering

I'm 5'3 and wore this dress with decently high heels, but still found it to be long. The top of the dress fit surprisingly well and I didn't feel uncomfortable with the deep V as the dress didn't move or shift. The open back was beautiful and an overall flattering dress. The side flaps of the dress did tend to not stay flat against my back and the dress itself was a bit heavier than you'd expect on the bottom

Beautiful

This dress is absolutely beautiful. Not casual. Quality fabric and the skirt part is heavy and long even w my sky high wedges. As others said, very small on top. I'm a 34D and comfortable with a little side boob but it was a little too much. I brought a denim jacket to throw over in case i got uncomfortable.

So many compliments! Gorgeous fabric. Interesting back.

I loved the look of this, but it's insanely LONG! I'm 5'5' and I wore 3 " heels and I still tripped over it...a ton! It's really dumb that it's so long. Otherwise it's a great look. Revealing in the front, but not too much..and it hangs so that everything stays in place without slipping around.

cute but not perfect

this dress was pretty but i didn't love it. the pattern and the strappy back were my favorite parts, although maybe the proportions of the minimal back to the full skirt is what felt off. if i were to order again, i would size down, as i'm small- busted and the length (as others have described) is long - though it was fine for dancing with heels. overall, a decent rental and got the job done for a late fall Texas wedding, but not my fave.

Liked it but wish I would've paid more attention to reviews

Picked this maxi as an update item because I figured I could where this to multiple events, work stuff (I work I fashion/so a little more casual wear) It was VERY busty. Kind of that thing where your bust is so far out you lose any bit of your shape. Ended up wearing it on a couple occasions but not nearly as often as I would have liked. Coworker had rented it previously and said the same thing. Lots of compliments but be warned... VERY busty (and I am someone who generally doesn't mind that at all!)

Very cute, but so long!

I got this to wear as an everyday maxi, something fun with a great print. The dress is fab, a little heavy so beware on a really hot day. The main issue is the length. It's nearly impossible to wear with flats unless you are very tall. I ended up knotting the bottom and carrying the skirt the whole day. Dress is very cute but could be a bit shorter.

Great details

Another great maxi dress by ba&sh. I took off one star for some fraying on the hem in front. It was the right length for me in flats but I'd need the long if I wanted to wear heels. Love the print and the details on the straps.

Wanted to love..

I loved the color of this dress. The fabric had tiny pleats in it, which made it look luxurious. Loved the bo-ho back. I didn't mind looser fit. Didn't love that the dress was super long. I am 5'9'' and this dress swallowed me and my shoes (I selected tallest heels I have). I couldn't help but step onto this dress. Wouldn't rent this one.

Very heavy fabric for such a summery cut

This dress is probably perfect for a 70 degree day, one where you wouldn't need anything on your arms to keep you warm. It has so much fabric and no real shape that adding something to keep warm could look very unflattering. The fabric itself is very heavy, so when I tried it on to wear on an 80 degree day, it felt oppressive.
