I got lots of compliments on this - wore it first to an outdoor press conference then on an out of town trip. The plunging neckline works for someone like me who's not very busty. There is a hint of shimmer that I don't think is reflected in the photos, but I don't think this makes it feel too dressy.

I want to start by saying I loved this dress so much and felt so pretty in it. I also received a ton of compliments . However, the two buttons at the most critical part of the waistline would not stay closed. The waistline is already on the snug side to begin with and the fabric is lightweight but no has no stretch. I used fashion tape to try and force the buttons to stay shut and it did a decent job holding up during the day I wore the dress.

Had the same problem with buttons coming undone. I was able to fix it with safety pins from the inside (fastened with the dress inside out) then pulling over my head. Not ideal, but it did look great for a baby shower and I got lots of compliments! Almost too low cut but it just worked.

Wore this to a baby shower with sandals and it was perfect for the occasion. It was a bit big in the bust and waist for me so it was a little less flattering than I had hoped. But that being said, I got a ton of compliments and still felt confident. As other reviewers have said, the buttons really do not stay closed- even when it is fitting on the loose end. Had to safety pin and tape it and still had people on watch for a peekaboo moment.

Perfect for afternoon brunch or a casual wedding! Low cut but not overly sexy.

Just as an FYI, the dress had some sparkle and there panels on the side of the top are a bit sheer (you can see my bright pink bra -whoops) but I got SO MANY COMPLIMENTS from COMPLETE STRANGERS about this dress. So soft and comfortable too!

I got tons of compliments on this dress! You will likely need to safety pin the buttons in the waist and bust to ensure they don't come open, but otherwise very comfy and easy to wear.

Slimming design. Gorgeous fabric. Metallic thread is a bit itchy at first but then it was fine. I had same issue as some others with middle buttons opening but fixable and worth it. Loved the longer length. Bust not too revealing.

Love this dress! Paired with a pair of black Victorian lace-up boots, this dress turned heads. I felt elegant and confident out on the dance floor. Dress has metallic threads running through the fabric, adding a touch of sparkle. The only snafu was a button on the waistline, it kept popping open. Easily remedied with some fashion tape.

Like others have mentioned, these buttons do NOT stay closed. Luckily I knew this from reading the reviews and testing it out before leaving the house. I reinforced with safety pins from the back.

I gave it 4 stars not five because it's a touch unforgiving in the material even though the cut is super flattering.

As previous reviewers noted the buttons down the dress are a frequent problem, but I came prepared with safety pins and had three down the top buttons. It is a slightly deeper v-neck than I'm usually used to but it never felt truly revealing. I didn't find the metallic thread through the fabric all that itchy as previous wearers had noted, even wearing it through the final day of a very hot and humid vacation and then through the airport and onto 2 planes. Overall great dress and I would have considered buying, just wish the buttons weren't such a pain. Lots of compliments, breezy, light, and comfortable!

This dress is flowy & beautiful. The detail is lovely. What people say about the buttons is true. The dress wasn't tight or pulling but the buttons around the waist repeatedly came undone.

This dress has a low cut but is very conservative! I always feel very uncomfortable with very low cuts because I am busty but this dress hit in the right places and show the right amount of cleavage. The only issue is the little buttons do come undo ALOT!!! I would recommend if you are willing to put up with the buttons all day long

Super flattering. Size 0 still had looseness to it but as other said buttons popped opened regularly (otherwise it would be 5 stars). Wore regular bra. Several people asked where to buy it they liked it so much. Material is quite thin- not see-through but doesn't provide much warmth.

What everyone says about the buttons are true, they come undone anywhere that's not perfectly lie-flat (for me under the boobs). It was long but not too long on my petite self. Super cute and light for summer tho!

Dress is beautiful but the third button was opening constantly. Fixed with a safety pin! Otherwise, it fit nicely, I was able to wear a strapless bra, and length was flattering.

Definitely base the size off your chest. I got the size 2 and have B cups and it was tight throughout the chest and one of the buttons kept popping undone. Only wore it a couple hours so the itchy material wasn't too bad with a tank top underneath. The material is light and flowy and the color/design is beautiful. It would be nice for a day event or shower but wouldn't recommend wearing it all day since I had to keep adjusting the top buttons.

I loved this dress but the details killed me! I ordered it in a smaller size that did not fit my chest so reordered it in a larger size. The buttons still came undone regularly and I had to use tape to keep the dress in the right spots. But the fabric is so beautiful and the fit is lovely. I wish wish wish the buttons weren't so persnickety.

Flowy and floral, would have been perfect for less active event. Wore to a backyard picnic running after a toddler, and the buttons kept unbuttoning (button holes were too big for the buttons).

This dress fit very lovely but I rented it as a backup dress for Easter. It fit true to size but I agree with the other ladies that a camisole might be handy if you don't want to show off too much cleavage. I didn't think it was appropriate for a family dinner so I wore my first choice. The fabric is beautiful and very feminine with intricate detail.

I originally got a size 1 and swapped it for a size 2 because the buttons kept popping open. Well...even with the bigger size I still had to re-button this dress all day. It's pretty, but fussy and I wouldn't rent it again. Also, it's got some shiny thread in it that I didn't notice in the photos.

This dress was definitely pretty but it buttons all the way up. The buttons are fabric and come undone easily. I ordered the size 1 and 2. I thought maybe it was an issue with it being too small but it happened with the 2 as well which was a bit loose. I didn't end up wearing it.

I think this dress is so flattering and the fit was perfect. Usually I have to pin low cut dresses especially as I have a short waist but I didn't need to with this one. The fit was just right. The buttons do come undone so I had to pin the ones by my waist and it was fine. I wore this a few times and felt beautiful. The material is a little itchy but I didn't mind.

Trust the other reviewers. The top/bottom proportions on this dress are ridiculous. I sized up and I still couldn't get the top closed at all. Had to return it unworn.

The fabric is very much like sheer stationery, although it isn't quite that sheer. Very delicate and pretty, very understated although it has a shiny thread that runs through it. Nice enough.
