This dress is very cute, and the material is high quality. You will almost definitely want to size up. I only had the 6 to try on, and as you can see I need more room. I'm a 6/8 these days with my post-baby midsection being my biggest problem. I might try this one again sometime, it was very pretty and different. You won't be able to wear a regular bra (you'll either need backless or low back) and if you are my height it is fairly short, but still cocktail party appropriate as long as you're comfortable (I happen to like short dresses).

I've got a lot of hip action going on, so I sized up for this dress--the 8 was a great fit. I tend to be a bit short-waisted, so the top was a little long for me, but I didn't really mind. I love the detailing on this dress--the white lapels on the shoulders are super cool. Fabric has enough give that you can walk around with a reasonable stride.

The material does not stretch at all and it runs small. Make sure to order one size up. The white part looks more like a bone or cream color, perhaps for the use, overall it was a good dress just not too comfortable as it didn't stretch at all.

The dress is gorgeous. Material feels high quality. Mine came in the mail with a small rip in the outside seam about 2 inches. I still wore it bc it was cute and just for a date night plus I have unlimited. No one even noticed and I got many compliments. My friend also tried it on and we are both zero but she has smaller hips and bigger boobs and it really looked much better on her.

I am usually between a 2 and a 4. I wouldn't say that this dress runs small as much as this dress is very, very tailored and the fabric doesn't give. The dress felt like a suit than a dress. I would walk, sit and dance in it and the dress wouldn't need adjustment. Very high quality dress, very couture. TIP: Make sure you have the body type to fill this dress. If you have a body type with a thick waist and tummy, this is not the dress for you.
