Loved how fitted it was on me. It hugged all of my curves just at the right places. The bolero-looking jacket that was attached to the dress, added the sleek touch to the lovely gown.

Great experience. I would suggest renting again! Due to complications with my first choice dress I ended up receiving two different sizes in two different dresses. I followed other reviews for size suggestions and they all fit and looked amazing. It made it hard to decide.

The fit was great. While it looks black in photos it is actually a deep blue. I wore it opened on the top. I"m also short and the length was great -- wore with 4 inch heels . It is very warm so don't wear to a summer event. Overall, great dress. It was my first experience with RTR and can't wait to use them again. Have already joined Pro!

Dress seemed about to fit true to size. I am almost 6' tall, with 34D chest. Was worried the dress might still fall short (even tho I ordered a 4L) and/or the chest would be too snug. It all worked great, is plenty of room to be comfy in hips and fitted in waist. The hubby loved it too...and he is picky!! :-D

I ordered 2 dresses this one was my back-up dress. The day before they sent the dresses the 1st one wasn't available as it was damaged, so Rent the Runway emailed me this issue and I called them to see if they can possibly send another one being that it was short notice. Their customer service was great and helped me pick 2 other dresses in Lieu of the one that wasn't available as a courtesy. All 3 dresses were delivered on time one day prior to the event. The 2 dresses didn't fit, But my back-up dress fit amazing! I emailed Rent the Runway about this issue and how the other 2 dressed didn't fit. Today I received a box of Godiva Chocolates with a note from them apologizing for my experience. I have to say that I will keep ordering from them. Customer Service with attention to detail was amazing. Plus their dresses are gorgeous! I was so confident in this dress and it made me feel beautiful!

It looks black, but the dress is actually navy. The fabric is heavy enough to hold you in. I loved wearing this dress.

Simple, yet flattering and elegant!

This dress was amazing! It fit like a glove (which the staff assured me of before hand). I usually wear a 12 and the stylist assured me that this dress runs a little large and has stretch! The only con was the back hook and eye on the top kept popping open while I was dancing. The process was easy and I will defiantly be using rent the runway again for these types of events!

Really flattering fit and overall a comfortable dress. I am typically a solid 8R when it comes to formal dresses and I occasionally have to size up to a 10 because I have broader shoulders and certain dresses tend to run a bit too tight across the bust. However, with this dress, I wish I'd requested the 6R as my alternate size as the 8 ran a bit large throughout. Also, unlike many reviewers, I definitely could've used the help of additional support in the bust area as well, although I'm sure the looser fit contributed to that issue. Overall though, really liked the dress - would just recommend sizing down for your backup.

Sadly, this dress does not come in 0R. The 2R was slightly too large, so I could not wear it. But the fabric and the attention to detail in this dress is amazing. The color is understated but slightly different than all the black in the room. Also, the cut is pretty and flattering, but totally appropriate for a formal function where you want to maintain professionalism.

Fit like a glove (I'm brazilian with curves in all the right places - e.g., chest and hips). This is the type of dress that accentuates curves in a really classy way. The fabric is thick so I wouldn't recommend it for an outdoor event, but perfect for a formal affair. My boyfriend was enamored with this dress and said "you can tell it's an expensive dress." Didn't have to wear a bra or spanx - the dress is built well so it's good for someone with a bigger bust (36 B-C). The long fit worked perfectly for 5'7 with 2' heels. Really great dress, I've rented plenty from RTR and this was a favorite.
